Christian came the next day after I sent an email. In the entrance lobby he stepped into a white overall, like a hazmat suit with a hood. He pulled on white shoe coverings. The whole operation was very professional. After asking me about the bites I was getting and asking if I had any photos, he went to look at the bed. His examination was thorough and included the drawers under the divan. He took the pillowcases off and examined the sheets and mattress. He pulled the bed out and examined the frame. When he came back downstairs, he did the same with the armchair I always sit in. In my case, Christian did not find any pests but, even so, he gave me good advice about a way forward if I continue to have problems. I am more than happy to recommend his company.
