Very pleased with installation of our new Worcester Bosch boiler and associated installation. Strong plumbing, we’re knowledgeable and efficient taking time to fully explain all the relevant stages and how to work the system, and answer any queries. Cleaned up very well after the work was completed.

"Wet" underfloor heating, expertly installed, & working extremely well. Good advice beforehand & throughout. Dealt without fuss & without further charge when encountering problems with existing heating controls. Testament to the quality of work was that the company laying the floor on top were very impressed. My only slight quibble is that it was difficult getting hold of him before the work started (partly no doubt due to high demand). But overall this was obviously very good quality work & service.

Strong Plumbing responded quickly to a leaking shower caused by a previous faulty installation by another plumber. In addition, they rectified 2 faulty cisterns and overall did and excellent job. Highly recommended.

Lee provided a worcester bosch boiler, plumbed it in, tidied up and explained it all to me. They were so efficient and pleasant I would certainly recommend them. When I struggled with the thermostat, he popped back to sort it out for me.

Lee recently installed a Worcester Bosch Boiler, Rads and converted our heating to an unvented system. All work was very neat and tidy and carried out to a very high standard. The work was carried out on time and within budget. Lee was very helpful and knowledgeable, I would have no problem recommending Strong Heating and Plumbing to anyone.

Lee Strong was recommended by a neighbour and having seen his work asked him to come and see me. I was interested in changing my hot water tank and mass of pipes for an Unvented cylinder but had several questions before making a final decision. Lee explained everything and during this period I gained complete trust in him. Not a decision I usually make in haste. I did get another quote which was a slightly less but having discussed with Lee he agreed to match. Lee and his assistant arrived on time and just before we were due to go away for a few days. He immediately put floor covering down, including the stairs, having first taken his shoes off, which he always did. When we returned we found everything working and very tidy. A great job. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will certainly have my boiler replaced by them when the time comes.

Lee fitted a new kitchen sink and repositioned a boiler condensate pipe. His work was of a very high standard. He was professional, polite, friendly and a tidy worker. His prices were competitive. Lee refitted our shower room five years ago so we did not hesitate to use him again for this job. The shower room was beautifully done and we haven’t had any problems with it. We would certainly recommend Lee.

We have been really impressed with Lee. When we asked Lee round for a quote, he really showed a lot of knowledge about our issues in the house. Our house had a lot of plumbing problems. It was a quick turn around on the quote and booked quickly. Lee was flexible as the job took longer than expected but kept us informed on everything. All new tank, piping, moving of current boiler into loft. We now have a very powerful system that works amazingly well. Lee was efficient, tidy and always on time. We even got him back to service our boiler a couple of weeks later. We would not hesitate to get Lee back for more jobs or recommend him to others.

This was my first time using this business. I chose them out of several local options because Lee provided a reasonable quote for replacing my old boiler with a combi boiler, and gave lots of clear explanations and helpful advice. The work was done to the agreed schedule and budget. Lee and his colleagues were cheerful and professional. Lee exchanged our old boiler for a new Worcester Bosch model and also replaced the timer, thermostat and other minor parts in the heating system which he identified as advisable. Lee came promptly on a Saturday morning to assess our requirements - he gave us his recommendations and explained everything in easy to understand terms. The quote was supplied promptly and he arranged to do the work within a couple of weeks. The work was undertaken on the date booked and completed in one day - was exactly as expected and to budget. We found Lee friendly, approachable and conscientious - he worked a long day and tidied up well - taking away all the old scrap. The after-sales service was also excellent - we were unsure how to re-programme the thermostat and Lee happily came back to offer us advice. We would highly recommend Lee.

Lee carried out a powerflush of my central heating system which took about 6 hours. This was the first time I have met Lee. He turned up on time, his van was clean and in good condition, he was polite, he removed his outdoor shoes and kept every room spotlessly clean throughout the day. He explained what he was doing at all times and answered all my questions about my system. He was friendly, enthusiastic and appeared very competent. I was so impressed with his knowledge and the quality of his work that I have asked him to carry out some plumbing work at my mother's house. I highly recommend Lee.

Lee installed a new Worcester Bosch Boiler, carried out a full chemical power flush, fitted new central heating pump and valves, installed a smart heating control plus other required devices. I can highly recommend Lee from Strong Plumbing and Heating. He was punctual, polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We experienced issues with our hot water and heating for a number of weeks - the heating was permanently on, the hot water sporadic and the boiler tripped repeatedly. Two engineer visits from a rival firm failed to diagnose the issue correctly. Having replaced various parts without resolution, we were told the boiler needed to be replaced as the parts were obsolete. We called Strong Plumbing and Heating initially for a boiler quote but Lee took the time to understand the issues we had been experiencing. Within minutes, he was able to ascertain that the problem was with the electrical wiring of the valve rather than the boiler itself, and he was able to resolve the issue without the need to replace the boiler. We are so grateful to Lee at Strong Plumbing and Heating. He will be our first port of call for any future heating issues.

I found Lee on the Which Trusted Traders site after some poor experiences with other local central heating companies, and have been delighted with all aspects of his service. Everything he did, from his original advice and quote to carrying out the job efficiently, cheerfully, on time and without mess was excellent, and I can thoroughly recommend him. He even texted me the evening before to let me know the time he would arrive, as well as after completing the job to check I was happy with the results. He and his colleague power-flushed the central heating, fixed all new thermostatic radiator valves, then Lee rewired the central heating and installed a new Hive control, so my system is now working much better. I will be asking Lee back for regular servicing of my boiler, and have already recommended him to a friend

We have used strong’s plumbing services for our plumbing and heating for many years. We decided to get a new bathroom installed and of course we asked Lee. We explained to Lee what we wanted and Lee took over from there. The plan was to have the work done while we were away on holiday. Lee kept us updated with photos etc while we were away. We came back to a clean and tidy house and we was over the moon With the bathroom. I would recommend Lee to anyone as he is a top class plumber. 5 stars all round.

New extension, Lee was introduced to us by our builder, he repositioned and supplied a new boiler, sourced and put new radiators in the extension and old part of the house, put a new en-suite in, new bathroom and new cloakroom, he's a very pleasant man, he even suggested certain things to us we'd not thought of, he turned up when he said he would and always kept in touch with you he worked for us for a few months and nothing was too much trouble for him he also fitted my washing machine dishwasher, quooker and water softener. I would highly recommend Lee, he also cleans up after doing the work. Very professional man, and a lovely bloke, also as we were not living there we trusted him with the house keys, very reliable, trustworthy and very good at his job Very happy customer
