Our bathroom double glazed window handle moved freely but would not open the window. I emailed Strudwick Glazing Solutions LTD for their help. Within 2 days we had confirmed a date to visit and assess the problem. Josh arrived on the day on time. He quickly assessed the issue and provided a quote for the repair and we agreed a fix date for 3 days later. This allowed Josh time to get a new mechanism for the window. Later, Josh returned just as arranged. The window was quickly repaired and we received a detailed receipt for the work completed. Throughout Josh was professional and courteous. I am delighted with the prompt service and the very fair price agreed for the work. I used this company because I had first come across them 6 years ago to repair another window. They impressed me then and so I had no hesitation to call upon them again.

Replaced our Patio Door with French Doors. We had used Strudwick Glazing Solutions LTD previously and didn't hesitate to contact them for a quote to do this work. Once we selected our preferred option I received a quote within hours. We confirmed our order and paid the 25% deposit with the balance payable on completion. A date was set and Josh turned up with a colleague on schedule, the work undertaken and completed to a very professional level. On this occasion we had 2 bay windows and a specialised port hole window fitted by Strudwick Glazing Solutions. As with previous work they have done, we found them to be incredibly tidy, punctual and they carry out the work to a very high standard. We have found their pricing to be very reasonable and the price they quote is always the price that they charge. It is clear that they take pride in their work and delivering an exceptional service.

We had a window pane replaced in the bottom of our kitchen door. We have also previously had window panes replaced when one shattered and due to fogging on some older windows. Josh was always on time, was conscientious and cleared up everything before he left.

Contacted strudwick and next day they provided a quote. Was happy with the quote and work booked in - availability was good. On day the day, they arrived promptly, completed work in a quick and tidy manner.

I had a new front door and glass panneled frame along with some cladding and new handles for French doors The work was carried out to a very high standard From order to completion every was very professional , work was prompt and the site was left clean and tidy when finished

Replace blown double glazed unit

Josh has replaced glass in various double glazed windows over the last 6 years. He is always quick to respond to requests and is very quick and efficient when doing the work. He is happy to give estimates but never pushes you into accepting anything. I would definitely recommend him

I recently had a damaged double glazed window pane replaced (supplied / fitted) by Strudwick Glazing Solutions. Josh attended the site, provided a quote and scheduled a date for repair all on the day that I called to report the problem! Work was undertaken on the date / time given and the job was completed without issue. Tidied up nicely and disposed of old glass. Invoice supplied by email and paid by bank transfer.
