We have used Summit Roofing & Contractors to clear our guttering, this involved needing scaffolding as our conservatory restricts access. Scaffolding was organised by Summit and the gutters cleared. We have previously used their services to clear ad replace gutters previously. Summit have always been professional with good customer service and I would highly recommend them.

Paul has completed some gutter repairs for me in the past so when the roof started leaking just after I'd moved into a new property, I knew who to call. As before, Paul is punctual, courteous, communicative, scrupulously tidy, does an excellent job for a reasonable price. Above all I find that I can trust his opinion, safe in the knowledge that he wouldn't suggest additional work that isn't necessary.

I have used Paul and the Summit team a number of times for a range of roofing jobs at current house and previous. Each time, they have done a grand job and have come back and resolved any minor issue to satisfy my neuroses! Latest job was removal and bagging of asbestos garage roof and replacement with a modern safe equivalent. Paul also added felt to a flat roof which was pooling. Very happy with both jobs. Site also left very clean. Thank you. Paul also advised that being a commercial entity his disposal of the asbestos would be expensive and so I hired a van, got a van licence for disposal of the asbestos at a local waste/recycle site and of course saved a fair amount of money.

Initial inspection of problem roof was helpful and informative. Within 3 days an itemised quote had arrived, with other information about the company and the work proposed.
