Darren came to me via a friends recommendation. He refurbished my bathroom using the contents that I had pre-purchased, he kept me up to date with his progress each night by sending photos. We hit a few problems with the shower not being compatible, and not enough tiles, Darren phoned me to update me and went himself to replace, even going to 3 different stores to get the right tiles. He did a fabulous job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him

Darren and his team, Matt and Sam were absolutely brilliant. We had to change the dates with them at very short notice, and they were so helpful, and no trouble at all for them. We had recently moved house, and they put in a new central heating system for us, had to take out the water tanks, and put in a new boiler, and I explained about some extra jobs that I wanted to book them in for, and they very kindly fitted them in, as well as the work they already had to do. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Nothing was too much trouble, they were polite, hard working, and cleaned up any dust or mess. We has a small problem with the boiler, and they came out very quickly to rectify it. Would throroughly recommend them, and will use them again.

I am buying a property in Malvern, and asked Sunrise plumbing to do a gas and heating safety check, as my house survey had identified a few issues. I didn't know any tradesmen in the area, and chose sunrise heating because of the good reviews. Darren was very easy to work with, kept me informed at all times, sent me photos not only of the water tanks in the loft, but also of the recorded heat from the radiators, which was extremely important to us due to my husband's health conditions. He sent the gas safety certificate immediately, and works in a timely manner, explained what needed to be done clearly, and absolutely nothing was too much trouble for him. I recommend Darren and Sunrise heating.
