This is our second purchase from Supercraft and once again, we have had excellent products. The installers Trevor and Nick worked with great care and precision and were very professional. Their craftmanship was excellent. Over the last two years we have purchased two doors and six windows and have always received excellent service and communication from Supercraft. We would highly recommend them!

I chose Supercraft because they have been trading for many years and are a family run business. They fitted a light weight tiled roof on my conservatory. Everything went to plan and the workmen were excellent, hard working, friendly and efficient. They use good quality products for a good price and they have a large showroom with excellent staff.

We felt every confidence in choosing Supercraft Windows having used them at our previous property but this was a much larger project, they did not let us down. From entering the showroom to final installation they were very helpful and supportive, with no hard sales approach and brilliant workmanship. The installers were amazing, very courteous, clean and tidy work and did everything to the highest standards. Couldn’t recommend this company highly enough and we’ve already booked them for our new conservatory build

We had used Supercraft before and had no hesitation in using them again in our new house. We weren't disappointed as the products were fabulous and the workmanship could not have been better. We had been looking for a new front door and approached Supercraft on a friend's recommendation, lovely showroom staff and did not push us into something cost us above our budget. The installation was carried out very professionally and quick and we had our beautiful new front door in no time, we will be using Supercraft again in the future and it's always good when a company can be relied on to get a job done correctly.

First class local firm that provided a very low experience price and confirmed in writing without haggling. The owner gave a genuine discount for my being an NHS worker as advertised. The team that installed my windows and door were punctual, quick, clean and courteous. There is a problem with one of the frames. I had not noticed however they pointed this out and will replace as a matter of cause. The owner is a true gentleman he was the person that impressed me by his passion to help and serve me as a customer nothing was too much trouble and did everything possible to win me as a customer. I felt valued and am delighted to have chosen Supercraft Windows.
