Brilliant Window company, we first contacted them because we found a door online that we really liked, and they were the local dealers for the manufacturer Endurance doors. That was the start of a very smooth, and easy process. Mark came to look at what we required. Mark was really friendly, and helpful, but what really impressed me was when he was talking about Supercraft, and how they were a family business, and his obvious pride for his company, and their reputation, confirmed to me that they would be the right company to fit our door and windows. He contacted me the next day with a price, which was only slightly dearer than the cheapest quote of the three we had. I'm sure the extra money was well spent. The door we had was exactly what we wanted, and we loved the leaded design in the door, and wanted a matching design in the top windows. Mark arranged with the glass supplier to get this done. The window fitters came and fitted everything quickly, and made hardly any dust and cleaned up after themselves. The door and windows look great, and were fitted really well and all the finishing is really neat, and there was no damage to the decorating. There was one glass panel, that had a cloudy mark within the glazing,they got us a replacement quickly, which also had an issue, but it's now replaced, and it's fine. I recommended Supercraft to my neighbour, who has now ordered windows from them.

We took on a lot of alterations to our property at the same time. Supercraft supplied the internal doors and external bi-fold doors. Despite the issues we caused them, Faz sorted out their part of our alterations. The installers, builders and plasterer were exceptional. Their workmanship was spot on. The result is we are very happy with the results. A massive improvement. Thanks to all at Supercraft for their part in the whole process from start to finish.

I contacted SuperCraft to explore options for having the bay window converted to French doors. I contacted several companies and decided on SuperCraft for their expertise, knowledge, and price. Mark from sales was very nice and explained everything to me. Ian and Dave, who completed the job, were very considerate and kept all areas tidy and removed all rubbish. The job was completed in a day, the hottest day in May. They arrived promptly and started to work straight away. I cannot praise them enough. I am extremely happy with my new French doors. Sarra at the office kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I are delighted with our new conservatory roof. The quality of workmanship was second to none. From start to finish, it was completely stress free. Communication was excellent. Everything was clearly explained and the price compared very favourably with other quotes. Ian and Dave worked solidly throughout, barely seeming to take a break. Received an excellent service from Supercraft starting from our visit to the showroom straight through to the installation of 7 windows and a composite front door. All staff were very pleasant and helpful and Jason and Dan did a great job with the installation. Lot of attention to detail and making sure that everything was finished off perfectly. Would highly recommend.
