Supercraft Windows delivered an outstanding service from start to finish. The whole job was incredibly well organised — the team removed the old patio door, the builders put up the new wall, and the fitters installed the window, all in a single day. The coordination was seamless and the workmanship was excellent. A special mention goes to Neama, who once again provided brilliant service throughout.

We have just had a complete refit of all our doors and windows by Supercraft. The experience from start to finish has been excellent. Originally making contact via the website Supercraft were very efficient in responding and sending Nema out to review our requirements and quote. Nema listened to our requirements and offered resolutions without any pressure to purchase. Their installation team Jason and Dan were onsite for 4 days and did a great job. They kept in contact each day giving progress updates and worked very efficiently and cleanly. The customer service at every level has been excellent. A stress free experience. I would highly recommend.

Last year we have had all our windows and doors replaced to our dormer bungalow by Supercraft Windows .After an initial visit to the showroom Mark came to see us and was very helpful with choosing the type of windows and doors we wanted. Mark quickly sent us the price but there was no pressure to purchase exerted by Supercraft. We chose the Residence 7 Painswick windows and doors which have greatly enhanced the appearance of our property. The work was carried out by Ian and Dave who were very professional at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and their attention to detail was excellent.We made sure tea/coffee was always available and they worked very hard.We were so pleased with the quality and standard of fitting that we revisited the showroom and ordered a replacement conservatory to match the new windows.This was again replaced to the same high standard and we were thrilled with the result. The electrician and plasterer provide by Supercraft produced work quickly and of the same high standard.A big thank you to all at Supercraft especially Marc ,Ian and Dave for a wonderful outcome.

Mark came to see us and was a breath of fresh air compared to the other companies we met. We had an existing conservatory and wanted to replace the polycarbonate roof with a solid roof, and also replace the side frames, glass and doors. Mark provided very good ideas and input into our plans and a fair quote with no pressure or silly sales "techniques". We also visited the showroom which helped us to understand options around type of glass, roof tiles etc etc. We had delays to the work start date due to illness, but were kept informed and timing was not important to us. Once the date was agreed the main build was completed very efficiently over a week, with no return visits needed. The electrical work and plastering were also completed quickly and we are very pleased with the final result. Throughout the process I had total confidence that the company would look after my interests if any issues arose and would do what they promised. Supercraft provided great service to my parents many many years ago and are still an excellent firm to work with.

Our first experience with Supercraft was when Mark came out to discuss what work we wanted. He arrived promptly and talked through our ideas, sharing what options were available. His quote was quick to arrive and very reasonable, and when we decided to change a couple of things, he provided us with a new quote with a clear breakdown of costs. We had 7 windows, the patio doors and front door replaced by a two-man team. They worked efficiently and professionally, answering any questions we had. Before leaving each day, they made sure they had cleaned up. It took 3 days altogether to complete the work. After they left, we came across several minor issues. We liaised with Supercraft and there was no problem getting these remedial works sorted in a short time frame. We would definitely recommend Supercraft and if we need any work doing in the future, we won't hesitate to use them again.

Had a new inner front door fitted, part of the inside wall collapsed during the fitting (No fault of fitters) it was design fault when built! Supercraft sent Andy to fit the beading once the wall repaired! Andy is a great person, always smiling, knowledgeable and conscientious! We have always used Supercraft for all our windows and even had them build a beautiful Orangery when we downsized! The workmanship and attention to detail was amazing plus timescale was perfect. Would recommend them to anyone, for new windows, doors etc and their after sales service is exemplary.

From the initial survey to completion of work I am extremely impressed with this company. Neama the sales/surveyer was very friendly and professional in his work measuring my windows,doors, facia,soffitt and guttering. I then had the pleasure of meeting the fitters Jason and Dan who were hardworking and very professional in their work nothing was to much trouble and they went out of their way to help me. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone reading this.

My husband and I decided to have our old polycarbonate conservatory roof changed to a glass roof with a blue self cleaning tint. Many of the neighbours in our road including my parents have used Supercraft and due to their excellent recommendations we decided to book our date for replacement. As promised two very friendly and personable installation fitters, John & Gareth, turned up at 8am as they did for the duration of the fit. These fitters were exceptional carrying out the replacement with a minimal amount of mess, they worked continually, tirelessly and without any moans or groans. ( Just keep them topped up with coffee and 2 sugars. When they had finished the roof installation everything was was cleaned down and it looked like we had had a complete new conservatory not just the roof. From first meeting Neama in the Stoke showroom, we were given very informative advice, with no pressure to purchase, and we deemed this to be a hassle-free 5-star experience. We would definitely contact this family business again if we require any work to be carried out in the future. I've have had 6 windows, a sliding door and a composite front door fitted . The company from start to finish was amazing. There was no pressure in the showroom, no pressure at the home measure. The quality is outstanding. It has added so much to each and every room. The fitters Martin and Justin were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they were very pleasant and professional. They have done an excellent job on fitting the windows and the finish is superb. I am so pleased I chose supercraft. I'm sure judging by the quality they will last many years. I am one happy customer 😊
