I can highly recommend Supercraft from ordering the door to fitting the door the service was amazing and could not fault anything at all. The two guys who fitted the door were brilliant there work was to a high standard and both were professional in there approach and workmanship was outstanding, I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting doors or windows a brilliant service from start to finish.

We had French doors installed by Justin and Martin, from the onset you could tell they were professional and knew their job. The doors were installed to a high standard and during the installation we were kept informed of the progress.

I Visited the Supercraft showroom to purchase a new composite door for the front of my house and saw exactly what I wanted immediately upon walking in, a deal was struck and was told up to 8 weeks for installation, I was called around about the 4th week saying the door was ready and would be fitted the following week which by then was nearly a month earlier than expected, two fitters turned up on the day as expected who were polite at all times and within a few hours my new door was installed even in the pouring rain and all mess was tidied up before they left, I would have no problem recommending Supercraft as everything went smoothly from start to finish, absolutely delighted with my new front door money well spent, thanks Supercraft.

I recommend this company. From start to finish all staff were helpful and friendly. They gave good advice and communicated well. The fitters were very thorough and accurate. They cleared up every day and did a super job. When they hit a snag they dealt with it well and solved the problem. The finished job is just what we wanted. We are very pleased

I knew Supercraft had a good reputation for doing a job well, which is why I approached them in the first place. I was literally so excited to get my new front door installed. The day prior to the installation, I called Supercraft to see if the installation was going ahead, because as you know things can get changed at the last minute and the installation team quickly put my mind at ease and re-confirmed the time of arrival. Then, the team arrived on time the next morning (JP and Tim) and completed the most amazing job. They took care of my home when completing the installation, they made zero mess of the walls around the door which I was expecting to be honest, they were so polite and because they cared so much about the installation the finished look was just literally beautiful. I just wanted to keep staring at my new Front door for the rest of the day :). Also, numerous neighbours have commented on the quality of the door and installation. The installers are a credit to the company and I would definitely recommend anyone to use Supercraft.

Very happy with Supercraft both the office and fitting teams. They advised on the best replacement for a leaky roof, the roof was an integral part of our home. The work was completed work efficiently, keeping us informed throughout. We are very happy with our new orangery roof, it survived storm Eunice and Dudley, shortly after the installation was completed. Would recommend and we would use again.

Excellent service again, we are so pleased with supercraft, installation of our new conservatory, Faz came out to measure up and gave us a price which we were happy with, from start to finish, i can not fault supercraft workmanship, rang me with a date and time Ian and Dave arrived very polite, nothing was to much trouble, worked none stop, left everything clean and tidy. Plasterer arrived can not fault anything, Phil the electrician arrived very happy with the everything he installed. We would recommend supercraft and definitely use them again, we are thrilled with the conservatory thank you.

we had new front windows installed on our bungalow they arrived when said laid dust sheets very polite fitted new windows and cleaned up after the work we had no dust or mess and everything was taken away the quote to the installation was all explained about everything that was going to happen on the day of the work beginning the office kept us informed very from start to finish first class company

I have used Supercraft twice before and decided to get a quote again. I don't mind paying a bit more if it is a company that I trust to do a good job. The price came back in line with other quotes and having been happy before proceeded with them. The surveyor came out and found that we needed lintels putting in. This added to the cost, but I would rather know the job has been done properly. This involved taking the bricks above the windows out and re-laying them with a steel lintel behind. The bricklayers did an amazing job, matching the mortar colour and work was impeccable. The new uPVC is now fitted along with a front door and rear patio door. The quality is top-notch. Really happy with the guys that came and fitted them. They left the house cleaner than when they started! Excellent.

Very professional company we have used before, rang Supercraft about a canopy on the front of the house, Faz came out to measured & gave us a price which we were happy with. The fitters arrived on time, they were very polite, quick working even in the terrible weather and they cleaned up after themselves. Electrician arrived to fit the lights brilliant job they do just set the canopy off at night. Canopy is lovely and has made such a difference to the house.

We selected Supercraft after reading the various positive review, I have got to say they were fully justified. From start to finish we could not fault the company or any of the people we spoke with or the workmen they sent. The interaction between ourselves and the company, especially during the covid period was excellent they kept us fully informed of all issues and answered any question we needed answering. Special mention goes to the two builders who were sent to do the building work They were polite cheerful always arrived early were so tidy and did a brilliant job regarding the brick work. Also the two fitters who came to fit the roof they to were hard working, very professional and did a lovely job. We can not fault the finished item it is stunning and we love it. We researched four providers after deciding on a new conservatory. We chose Supercraft for several reasons: The consistently positive online reviews The initial visit to provide a quote, which was carried by a senior, knowledgeable and clearly experienced representative of the company, without any form of pressure or “hard sell”. A competitive quote. The opportunity to view a wide range of conservatories at their easily-accessible showroom. The reassuring “Which” accreditation. Our experience of the actual build was very good. The initial date was put back because materials from the supplier did not pass Supercraft’s quality control. This was far more of an inconvenience to them than it was to us, and gave us confidence they would not try to pass off inferior quality goods to facilitate their own work schedule. The fitters clearly took pride in performing the fit to a high standard. They were tidy, approachable and as helpful as they could be with light fittings etc. without exceeding their scope of practice. The work was completed well within the estimated time frame. A small pane was discovered by the fitters to be slightly incorrect at a late stage and this was dealt with as a matter of priority, even after full payment (which did not exceed the estimate) had been remitted. Admin staff responded to all emails, before and after the build, quickly and efficiently. We really could not fault them and would not hesitate to recommend Supercraft to friends.

I choose Supercraft, as a returning customer and the service is as good as it was twenty five years ago. They came and gave us a very fair quotation with professional and friendly advice, followed by the surveyor the following week. I was contacted when the fitters would arrive, eight am arrival, introduced himself, very professional and polite. We got on very well with the lads, nothing was too much trouble, worked hard and left no mess whatsoever. Supercraft replaced eleven windows, three composite doors and French doors all in one week. All the windows and doors are a very high quality and look excellent, the service from start to finish was first class. No hesitation recommending Supercraft to anyone, five stars.

I chose Supercraft windows on recommendations from different people. From the first phone call, through to the survey and the quote, which was within budget, I was impressed by this company. I was given an estimated time for the work to start which was to replace double glazing to the lounge, six window bow and a two window kitchen, work was to be carried out over two days. I was contacted to tell me of a date to complete the work which was earlier than the estimated date which suited us fine. The fitters arrived on time, they introduced themselves and explained the order in which the work would be carried out. They were very professional and very polite but friendly, we got on very well with the lads. I have to say they worked very hard and their workmanship was in my opinion second to none. We are absolutely over the moon with the result of their work, it looks fantastic. The difference in the the old and new windows is fabulous much warmer, and the look of them is smashing. We are so pleased by the new look windows, the workmanship is excellent, I can not praise them enough. They left no mess whatsoever and were professional at all times. I will be using Supercraft in the future. I would definitely recommend Supercraft windows to anyone.

I was recommended to Supercraft windows by my sister who had had work done by them in the past. I had a home visit by them and they helped with problems I was experiencing and he made some recommendations. Well before the completion date my new windows were fitted and they were considerate, careful, courteous in every way. The workmanship was exemplary and have placed a further order for more windows. I felt completely confident in their ability to carry out the work and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Well done a superb job and without any stress or anxiety and a very competitive price. Real value for money, from start to finish great - thank you to you all.

We had 12 windows replaced along with full soffit, facia and guttering replacement. Throughout the whole process the Supercraft team were professional, courteous and helpful. There were a couple of issues with the supply and installation, but these were sorted out quickly and efficiently with little impact to us. We still have a number of windows to replace and we will certainly be returning to Supercraft in the future. We can highly recommend them.

We had been looking to replace the original wooden windows to the front of our property (7) plus the front door for some time. Eventually we settled on Supercraft which was not the cheapest. However we are glad we did. The whole experience from start to finish was first class. We visited their showroom in Stoke-on-Trent to be met by Neama who could not have been more helpful in explaining the various products available, all without putting any pressure on us to proceed. After we decided to proceed, the surveyor came out and measured everything carefully answering our questions. On the day of instalation Martin and Justin arrived promptly at 8am, put down dust sheets and set to work. They worked non stop all day and installed all the windows. They were polite throughout and very professional. After the installation they vacuumed the carpets and tidied up. The front door had been delivered with a slight defect and was not sent out but returned to the factory for a replacement. The replacement came quite quickly and the door fitted in around 2 hours. The standard of workmanship cannot be faulted. The windows and door are excellent and have made a real difference both to the look of the house as well as considerably reducing outside noise. The windows and door are also draft free! We have work that we would like doing at the rear of the house and will go back to Supercraft. Based upon our experience we would have no hesitation in recommending them. Five stars.

John and Gareth the fitters did a really good job as they laid down sheets from the door to the work place ,kept us informed on what they would be doing and when, were happy to do a couple of extra jobs at no cost. Could not fault them or Supercraft. We got exactly what we wanted good job at the right price and the right quality.

We had 18 windows replaced with a top quality product at a competitive price. The fitters Martin and Justin were first class, extremely tidy and constructive when solutions needed to be found and their workmanship is faultless. Likewise the advice and response from everyone we dealt with was friendly and constructive.

We have only positive comments about this company. Everyone was pleasant and helpful from walking into the showroom to completing the job. When choosing our windows and doors everything was explained to us to help us make the right choice to suit our needs. Once we'd chosen the ordering process was simple. Considering the pandemic we didn't have to wait too long once ordered either. The chaps that fitted them were friendly and worked hard to get the job done within the timeframe. 10 windows and French doors completed in just 3 days! They tidied everything after they'd finished, not just the old windows and packaging left behind but hoovering the carpet and wiping sills etc. Any teething problems were addressed straight away without question and our guarantee arrived the very next day following final payment. We can definitely recommend this company.

We had been looking to have our orangery roof replaced with a Warm Roof for about 3 years, then Covid hit!! The price Supercraft quoted just before the pandemic still stood when they started the first week in September this year. Right from the first visit by Mark, to completion yesterday. The workmanship and professionalism of all concerned was impressive as was the price. We had been given prices by other companies which were way above Supercraft, but ultimately, it wasn't the price that swung it, it was the fact that the roof was made from wood and not aluminium. This means that we will not get condensation as most traditional roofs are made from wood. The finish has made a remarkable change to our room, which is our main living room. Thank you once again to all concerned.
