We had two of our windows replaced. We chose Supercraft because we had used them before. The job involved removing brickwork and the installation of two large windows. We felt that the quote was fair. The two guys involved (Dave and Ian) were very good, leaving everywhere clean and tidy. They were very considerate when working across my floors and carpets. Unfortunately one of the larger panes had to be replaced twice due to a flaw in the glass but the company had no hesitation in ordering and replacing the glass without question. We are highly pleased with these windows and if need any more work done then this would be my go to company. Highly recommend.

The above firm "Supercraft Windows" removed my old front door - supplied and fitted a new one (a Rookmoor). They made a first class job well done. The same firm installed the original door and windows which are still their after 29 years. They were prompt & professional and honest in all their dealings.

Door/window fitter arrived on correct day etc however, problem with door fitting and possible measurements - there seemed to be little communications about, if when the window/door fitter was going to return to replace the door a month later - the integral window in the door showed finger marks, circles, splash marks. Again when raised with company, communication was extremely slow.

They built a new roof on my conservatory, it was done to schedule and budget, we chose Supercraft because they built our conservatory 22 years age. The builders were helpful, kind and good to have working for us.

First class help in the showroom in helping us choose our door. The fitters were very helpful and pleasant. They ensured that furniture was covered and floors. Tidying up afterwards was first class. We had a roc stable door fitted. The fitters also adjusted two other doors and advised on new hinges for two windows. They were very helpful and left everywhere clean and tidy before leaving.
