First class local firm that provided a very low experience price and confirmed in writing without haggling. The owner gave a genuine discount for my being an NHS worker as advertised. The team that installed my windows and door were punctual, quick, clean and courteous. There is a problem with one of the frames. I had not noticed however they pointed this out and will replace as a matter of cause. The owner is a true gentleman he was the person that impressed me by his passion to help and serve me as a customer nothing was too much trouble and did everything possible to win me as a customer. I felt valued and am delighted to have chosen Supercraft Windows.

Replace old conservatory roof with a warm roof

We had all the windows and doors fitted by Supercraft 17 years a go and we have had no problems at all with any of them. We new what the product would be to the highest standard. The replacement roof is built to building regs standard with a certificate from Supercraft. The two fitters were on site at 7.45am everyday and worked hard all day in rain and snow. They were very polite and took a real pride in their work. The standard of work is excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending Supercraft to anyone. The price they quoted was very competitive and the level of service is second to none. I can't thank them enough for the job they have done for us.

Would recommend Supercraft to anyone who is looking for first class customer service, from all areas of the company, and first class products and workmanship. The team who installed our windows either made no mess at all or cleared it away before we saw it, and the windows themselves look great, and have made our rooms so much more comfortable in terms of warmth and quiet. We have had work done by Supercraft before, and when a small problem occured after 18 months, they came straight out to remedy it. So we have great confidence in their after sales service and would not consider any other company to install any future windows.

A truly professional service from showroom visit, survey, quote and installation. Communication and installation was fantastic with the same two man team working over four days to fit 11 Resident 9 windows and 2 Rockdoors, working 8.30am until 4.00pm everyday. Protective rubber mat and sheets were used and they made so little mess. Any mess created was so well cleaned up, absolutely brilliant, first rate trades people, taking pride in their work - true professionals. Can't recommend Supercraft enough.

Supercraft fitted new double glazing throughout our house. The work was promptly carried out, starting on the designated day. The two workmen were tidy and efficient, making the minimum of noise and disruption. The work was done in a reasonable time and to a high level. We were very satisfied.

Our recent french door replacement is fantastic. From order to completion the service provided was excellent. The installation team were most professional and their finished job ticked all the boxes; on time, approachable and worked tirelessly to complete the job in 3 hours. The company is the best we've used locally for new doors and windows.

New front ordered. Was told it would take 8-10 weeks to be made and fitted. It took 6 weeks, and we were contacted the previous day to ask if it was convenient to fit the following day. Well done!
