A professional quotation process, superb advice and order placement with Faz. Minor delay in starting installation due a manufacturing delay over Xmas but total quality when Mark and Gavin transformed the old polycarbonate conservatory to a modern solid roof. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble to this two man team who worked through some of the worst January weather you could experience. As an engineer I have a very keen eye for detail and on final inspection I could not find a single fault and can only praise the quality of the finished item. Specifically the joint seals and window board trims which can so often be unsightly have been expertly installed. The support from Phil the electrician and Andy the plasterer has been outstanding and the team has involved everyone involved in the project to minimise the disruption. My expectations have been well exceeded and we can only highly recommend Supercraft to any potential customer.

I am very pleased with my replacement windows and impressed with the short time it took. The two men worked methodically, cleanly and didn’t waste time. They took all the old windows and any rubbish away. I found everyone I came into contact with very pleasant and efficient.

I choose Supercraft, as a returning customer and the service is as good as it was twenty five years ago. They came and gave us a very fair quotation with professional and friendly advice, followed by the surveyor the following week. I was contacted when the fitters would arrive, eight am arrival, introduced himself, very professional and polite. We got on very well with the lads, nothing was too much trouble, worked hard and left no mess whatsoever. Supercraft replaced eleven windows, three composite doors and French doors all in one week. All the windows and doors are a very high quality and look excellent, the service from start to finish was first class. No hesitation recommending Supercraft to anyone, five stars.

My conservatory and side utility were constructed in 2015 and the process from start to finish was fantastic even the subcontractors were fantastic and came back to carry out work out of program to keep my house warmer during the winter. The space's created have added huge value to our house and to our enjoyment of our property. Even now calling on the 10 year guarantee 7 years later, the after sales service has been brilliant no quibbles what so ever. Supercraft just asked a couple of question and agreed to come and improve gutter no problem. I'm having a new door next year and we won't be going anywhere else. Companies don't trade for long if they give a poor service so after over 30 years in the business you come to your own conclusions. I have and couldn't recommend them enough

On Friday morning the fitters arrived promptly and with a smile in spite of the cold and damp, after introducing themselves they first took care to inspect the location and layout of the worksite, before explaining how they were going to carry out the installation. Once the necessary paperwork checks had been carried out they began the task at hand, they removed the old door adroitly ( they also disposed of it for us) and set about fitting the new door all the while taking care to be as un-intrusive as possible. They were polite and friendly and very professional. Once fitted they took obvious pride in providing the finishing touches, going so far as to kneel outside in the rain to ensure a neat and tidy job, Martin and Justin (our fitters) are clearly craftsmen of the old school and I would be happy to recommend both them and their work. The door itself fits and looks perfect, the security and insulation it provides are complimented by its aesthetics.The sales team were well informed and straightforward concerning our requirements and contact with the company was always positive. A no pressure, customer centred attitude was evident at all times. My wife and I are both very very pleased with our choice of product and importantly the company which provided such good service.

We had French doors installed by Justin and Martin, from the onset you could tell they were professional and knew their job. The doors were installed to a high standard and during the installation we were kept informed of the progress.

I can highly recommend Supercraft from ordering the door to fitting the door the service was amazing and could not fault anything at all. The two guys who fitted the door were brilliant there work was to a high standard and both were professional in there approach and workmanship was outstanding, I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting doors or windows a brilliant service from start to finish.

We visited a few window Companies in our search for new windows,results ranged from not a lot of interest to the hard sell. We visited Supercraft on two occasions and the staff each time gave us good sound advice without any pressure to purchase. Neama came to speak to us and the day after came out to see us , we agreed to go ahead and the day after an excellent surveyor visited . Neama also offered advice on the handles/glass which we are very pleased with.Fitting day arrived as planned and Justin and Martin were the fitters.The house is an older one which posed a few problems but these experts sorted it out, not an easy job as three of the eleven windows were bays.The duo worked well together and did an excellent job for us as well as leaving everywhere clean and tidy each day. The new windows have transformed the look of our house. Many thanks to ALL the Supercraft team.

We went with Supercraft for two reasons. We wanted a traditional "proper" style roof replacement on our conservatory rather than a thin composite type and also there was no heavy sell in the showroom or during the home visit, just good honest options and advice. The roof is quite large, about 7m x 4m so I was expecting issues. Supercraft communicated well and the job began on time. The lads that removed the roof and replaced it, did a lot of it in awful weather yet they completed without any damage to the conservatory or interior. The final finish of their work was excellent. The were really respectful and friendly too. The plasterer then immediately contacted us and was in within a few days as scheduled and his workmanship was fantastic. Then followed in the electricians, again with great communication and yet another decent set of lads who did an excellent job. The final result is absolutely stunning and at a price that was as cheap or cheaper than many of the composite type roofs. We are delighted with the final product and cannot recommend Supercraft highly enough. A 10 out of 10 company.

Just had our Windows replaced by Supercraft and they have done a brilliant job, Mark and Andy the fitters were polite efficient, and very tidy. The Showroom staff were all very helpful I would highly recommend this company.

I recommend this company. From start to finish all staff were helpful and friendly. They gave good advice and communicated well. The fitters were very thorough and accurate. They cleared up every day and did a super job. When they hit a snag they dealt with it well and solved the problem. The finished job is just what we wanted. We are very pleased

We’ve had our windows and front door since 2020, and have been so happy! It’s transformed our home. Unfortunately one of units failed and noted what appeared to be condensation, we contacted Neama who very promptly arranged a replacement once issue was raised. Today Andy visited and I can not recommend him enough, respectful of our home and explained what he was doing and so friendly. We highly recommend this family company, and will most definitely use again in the future. Only suggestion, I would have preferred option of silicone colour when surveyed, white would have been my preference.

I recently had new windows & a front door, along with new guttering, soffits & facias fitted. Neama was a reliable point of contact from start to finish and quoted the job in a timely manner. A date was set for the work which they kept to. The job took longer than anticipated due to a complication with my property that was not anticipated but was dealt with in a professional way. The two young men who installed the new fittings etc were excellent, always polite & very clean & tidy, I felt confident leaving them to work on my property whilst I was at work. I was also impressed by the scaffolding company that they used too, who were very efficient. The aftercare could not be faulted! I would recommend Supercraft!

A hinge broke on my conservatory doors, I managed to get a salesmen (Neama) visit to discuss my options, Neama gave a run down of the best way route to go down. We came to the conclusion that 2 new doors would be the most beneficial for me and now it’s finished he was 100% right, the previous doors were stiff and my daughter even said “golly gosh, they open so much easier now” and with the 10 year warranty on the doors puts my mind even more at ease, although with the quality of the new doors I could bet money I wouldn’t need to use the warranty. The service we got from start to finish was great, they kept in contact for when the doors will be made and the 2 tradesmen would be round to fit the doors. I would definitely recommend this firm for any window/conservatory work

We had a new back door replaced as the door previously from another trader was faulty. This door is a lot better quality and the door fitting was better than the previous trader. We got this trader's name from the Which recommendation list and felt confident in approaching this trader. The people were nice. The door looks very nice.

We have been putting off buying replacement windows for years , one problem being we wanted to see the actual windows in the flesh ( not just catalogue images) we were ordering , an added complication being around 4 years ago the council imposed a conservation area on where we live and so we had the issue of planning permission . When we visited their showrooms we were able to view samples of windows and doors. From the moment we stepped in the showroom to make enquiries we found them polite and considerate. They offered to take the planning approval side from our shoulders and apply on our behalf. They negotiated and obtained planning approval for the windows. The windows were fitted by their own skilled workmen who without fail we all found to be polite and considerate and any problems were swiftly solved (the house is some 180 years old). Although it’s only been a few months now we have found it’s made our house warmer and have noticed a drop traffic noise. Would we use them again the answer is yes?

Supercraft recently replaced two sets of french doors and seven windows to the rear and side elevations of our house. The work was done to the agreed schedule and cost - quotation and survey was undertaken quickly after our initial query, the cost competitive, and the work was then carried out within an 8 week period that they informed us of from the start. Fitters arrived on time and took care & pride in their work - carpets and flooring were protected through the work and workspace cleaned at the end of each day. We're satisfied with the quality of the windows & doors installed and the overall service from initial query to completion of work - we would recommend.

We first used this company over 20 years ago when we had new windows and doors fitted. We have recently moved home and wanted a front door replaced. We had no hesitation in choosing Supercraft again. From initial contact, to ordering and fitting the service was exceptional. Justin and Martin fitted it and did a really good job and were very professional, clean and tidy. From the initial survey to completion of work I am extremely impressed with this company. Neama the sales/surveyer was very friendly and professional in his work measuring my windows,doors, facia,soffitt and guttering. I then had the pleasure of meeting the fitters Jason and Dan who were hardworking and very professional in their work nothing was to much trouble and they went out of their way to help me. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone reading this.

Mark came to see us and was a breath of fresh air compared to the other companies we met. We had an existing conservatory and wanted to replace the polycarbonate roof with a solid roof, and also replace the side frames, glass and doors. Mark provided very good ideas and input into our plans and a fair quote with no pressure or silly sales "techniques". We also visited the showroom which helped us to understand options around type of glass, roof tiles etc etc. We had delays to the work start date due to illness, but were kept informed and timing was not important to us. Once the date was agreed the main build was completed very efficiently over a week, with no return visits needed. The electrical work and plastering were also completed quickly and we are very pleased with the final result. Throughout the process I had total confidence that the company would look after my interests if any issues arose and would do what they promised. Supercraft provided great service to my parents many many years ago and are still an excellent firm to work with.
