We had 18 windows replaced with a top quality product at a competitive price. The fitters Martin and Justin were first class, extremely tidy and constructive when solutions needed to be found and their workmanship is faultless. Likewise the advice and response from everyone we dealt with was friendly and constructive.

John and Gareth the fitters did a really good job as they laid down sheets from the door to the work place ,kept us informed on what they would be doing and when, were happy to do a couple of extra jobs at no cost. Could not fault them or Supercraft. We got exactly what we wanted good job at the right price and the right quality.

We had been looking to have our orangery roof replaced with a Warm Roof for about 3 years, then Covid hit!! The price Supercraft quoted just before the pandemic still stood when they started the first week in September this year. Right from the first visit by Mark, to completion yesterday. The workmanship and professionalism of all concerned was impressive as was the price. We had been given prices by other companies which were way above Supercraft, but ultimately, it wasn't the price that swung it, it was the fact that the roof was made from wood and not aluminium. This means that we will not get condensation as most traditional roofs are made from wood. The finish has made a remarkable change to our room, which is our main living room. Thank you once again to all concerned.

We selected Supercraft after reading the various positive review, I have got to say they were fully justified. From start to finish we could not fault the company or any of the people we spoke with or the workmen they sent. The interaction between ourselves and the company, especially during the covid period was excellent they kept us fully informed of all issues and answered any question we needed answering. Special mention goes to the two builders who were sent to do the building work They were polite cheerful always arrived early were so tidy and did a brilliant job regarding the brick work. Also the two fitters who came to fit the roof they to were hard working, very professional and did a lovely job. We can not fault the finished item it is stunning and we love it. I had a home visit by them and they helped with problems I was experiencing and he made some recommendations. Well before the completion date my new windows were fitted and they were considerate, careful, courteous in every way. The workmanship was exemplary and have placed a further order for more windows. I felt completely confident in their ability to carry out the work and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Very professional company we have used before, rang Supercraft about a canopy on the front of the house, Faz came out to measured & gave us a price which we were happy with. The fitters arrived on time, they were very polite, quick working even in the terrible weather and they cleaned up after themselves. Electrician arrived to fit the lights brilliant job they do just set the canopy off at night. Canopy is lovely and has made such a difference to the house.

we had new front windows installed on our bungalow they arrived when said laid dust sheets very polite fitted new windows and cleaned up after the work we had no dust or mess and everything was taken away the quote to the installation was all explained about everything that was going to happen on the day of the work beginning the office kept us informed very from start to finish first class company

Very happy with Supercraft both the office and fitting teams. They advised on the best replacement for a leaky roof, the roof was an integral part of our home. The work was completed work efficiently, keeping us informed throughout. We are very happy with our new orangery roof, it survived storm Eunice and Dudley, shortly after the installation was completed. Would recommend and we would use again.

I Visited the Supercraft showroom to purchase a new composite door for the front of my house and saw exactly what I wanted immediately upon walking in, a deal was struck and was told up to 8 weeks for installation, I was called around about the 4th week saying the door was ready and would be fitted the following week which by then was nearly a month earlier than expected, two fitters turned up on the day as expected who were polite at all times and within a few hours my new door was installed even in the pouring rain and all mess was tidied up before they left, I would have no problem recommending Supercraft as everything went smoothly from start to finish, absolutely delighted with my new front door money well spent, thanks Supercraft.

We have just had our old bay windows replaced. As they were old sash windows there was a lot of work involved. Both fitters worked tirelessly over the two days to replace the windows and re-plaster where necessary. The workmanship is of the highest quality and we would highly recommend this company. We are returning customers as we have had windows and doors replaced by Supercraft in our previous homes.

Excellent installation of all the upvc units and porch. Made the house look absolutely incredible. Just waiting for the inside to be completed by external contractors but I know they will be great as always. Supercraft previously completed my conservatory 13 years ago and still looks like the day they built it and thats why I trust this company so much and would not have anybody else. Faz created the perfect solution for my house which I will be eternally grateful and his team of installation fitters are in my opinion the best in the country. We had our wooden front doors in our porch replaced by Supercraft and they've done an excellent job. The porch front is not vertical, so they had to trim the building fabric to get the new doors to fit vertically and plumb. I have to say I was a little sceptical, but the finished installation is excellent. The fitters were polite, clean and tidy. The Supercraft office team are very easy to deal with - not pushy, and really ensure everything is correct before you sign up. A pleasure to do business with.

We have recently moved house and were looking for a company that could install new windows , doors ,facia and soffits. We visited the Supercraft showroom and immediately it felt the right fit for us. As my Wife is in a wheelchair the showroom was absolutely perfect. We could see everything set out in different settings and all the options that were available. We then met Faz who showed us around and gave us great advice and help. The service we have had from Faz from our first meeting, then the management of the job and keeping us informed on the progress has been faultless. The job was started exactly on the start date given . We must give a special mention to the two fitters who carried out the work. Ian and Dave. They have been absolutely brilliant working in all weather, freezing cold, torrential rain and never once complaining. They are an absolute credit to Supercraft and it was a pleasure to have Ian and Dave working at our house for the last few weeks. The end result looks amazing and we are very happy and what seemed like a very daunting project was made so effortlessly easy by the fantastic service from Faz, Ian, Dave and all the Supercraft team.

Conservatory roof replacement, from glass to slate titles. 3 years ago we had a Conservatory fitted by supercraft fantastic service & professional workers, that's why when we decided to change the roof to slate tiles, we went back to supercraft, Faz gave us excellent advice again when he came out to dicuss the replacement roof, happy with the quote & we requested the same 2 fitters who built the Conservatory Ian & Dave. From start to finish, I can not fault supercraft workmanship Ian & Dave are a credit to the company friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend. Also Woody the plasterer did a fantastic job last time & again can not fault anything.

I cannot recommend this company enough and will 100% be using them again. From an initial visit by Neama, who overcame all obstacles thrown at him by an old house, right through to the fitting by Dave and Ian. The service was exemplary from start to finish, and the quality of their doors and windows far exceeds what other companies offer.

We had to report an intermittent problem with an external door we had fitted by Supercraft four years ago. They contacted us on the same day, made an appointment for the following day and the fault was remedied on the first visit, all by the most pleasant and friendly staff.
