Mark and gavin have done an excellent job of our windows and doors they have made sure everywhere was covered where they were walking and hoovered up after themselves they have done a fantastic job and are very trustworthy people highly recommended this company!

Supercraft supplied and fitted our new composite endurance door. They quoted a very competitive price and supplied and fitted to 5 star plus standard. We are thrilled with our beautiful new door and fanlight. Supercraft choice of door style, glazing, colour etc is fantastic. They offer a friendly helpful and professional service which is 2nd to none. I recently had all my old timber windows and doors replaced with residence 7 windows, supplied and fitted by supercraft windows. Neama was very helpful throughout the ordering process. The quality of the windows and doors is excellent and the entire house was completed in 7 days. The installation team were very good, worked well and kept the house really clean. I highly recommend using supercraft windows.

After careful consideration and obtaining multiple quotes, we made the decision to place an order with Supercraft for a full house of windows and doors and a lightweight tiled roof extension. They were not the cheapest, but after seeing their showroom and reading other reviews, we felt this was the company to deal with. And this proved to be one of the best decisions we ever made. From first point of contact, to the surveyor, we were updated throughout. The builders were meticulous with their work, so was the electrician and plasterer. The 2 fitters who installed the project are a credit to the business. They were polite, clean and explained the process of fitting. We can’t recommend this company enough and we are over the moon with everything they have done. We have recommended a number of family and friends who are in the process of placing an order. Supercraft fitted windows for us 30yrs. ago and we had no hesitation in going back to them for some additional French doors and windows . It was very reassuring to find the same personalities still running the business. Nothing was too much trouble in showing and advising us on the new styles and materials . We were given accurate information and costings , and dates and deadlines were were kept . All our enquiries regarding extras and accessories were dealt with in a very helpful ,prompt manner . We were given an installation date , which was kept , exactly 5 weeks from the date of order . The installation team arrived promptly and were nothing short of excellent, so helpful and diligent. We chose the Residence range , and are delighted with the look and the finish . We can’t thank the Supercraft team enough including the surveyor , whose help and advise was invaluable. Having had a quote for window replacement from another local company where we were not impressed with their pushy attitude, we sought a quote from Supercraft whom we have used before. Mark arrived to look at our requirements and was extremely polite, respectful and professional. The quote was extremely competitive and we decided to go ahead. The order was fulfilled within the quoted timescales and the fitting team of John and Clint arrived as arranged. The work was carried out very professionally and to a high standard. The guys were clean and tidy workers and a credit to Supercraft. We can not praise them high enough We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and the work carried out and would recommend Supercraft without hesitation.

In March 2024 we visited Supercraft Windows to look at bi-fold doors. Neama Mogadam, Sales Executive, was very helpful, but not pushy, and quoted us a good price. Approx. six weeks later the bi-fold doors were installed by their own fitters who did a very clean and professional job. Very pleased.

We recently moved to Cheshire purchasing a property that needed some refurbishments. Little did we realise that it would result in all the doors and windows being replaced including 7 bi-fold doors and over 40 windows. We invited several companies to quote. Supercraft stood out with regards to quality of product, polite and prompt service and good pricing, so we appointed them to deal with our 'little' project. It has taken us over a year to complete our refurbishment and Supercraft have been nothing but professional, obliging and flexible in terms of fitting in with the other trades as well as timing their deliveries to suit our needs. The end product looks amazing and the quality of the bi-fold doors and aluminium windows as well as the standard of installation is exceptional. Well done Fab, Mark and all the team. We ordered a new front door, it arrived within 4 weeks and got it fitted. We were completely satisfied, our new door looks amazing, the fitters were punctual, polite, friendly made a did good job, didn't waste anytime in completeing the work and cleaned up after them.

I have had 5 windows and a set of French doors fitted and they are beyond what I expected. They have transformed my house beautifully as they are light and in the Georgian style, so much more in keeping now than the old dark mahogany leaded ones which were there before. I discussed various options with Mark who was helpful and knowledgeable. There was no sales push as I had with other companies I had spoken with, just clear information. I also chose Supercraft following recommendations from neighbours in the village. Five other neighbours have had their windows from Supercraft and all were very pleased with their service. John and Gareth did the fitting, they worked really hard and were professional, friendly and polite. They got the work done in the 2 days I was told it would take, which I thought may have been a stretch being an old house, but they worked brilliantly through a few issues left from the ill-fitting of my old windows. They showed attention to detail in the filling and left it neat and clean when completed. I am extremely happy with the service from all those I dealt with at Supercraft.

Brilliant service from survey through to installation. Neama came out and did the survey, offering lots of support and explaining all the options clearly. We attended the main office where we talked through even more options with Dave to make sure we had every detail covered Top service throughout

Had a new inner front door fitted, part of the inside wall collapsed during the fitting (No fault of fitters) it was design fault when built! Supercraft sent Andy to fit the beading once the wall repaired! Andy is a great person, always smiling, knowledgeable and conscientious! We have always used Supercraft for all our windows and even had them build a beautiful Orangery when we downsized! The workmanship and attention to detail was amazing plus timescale was perfect. Would recommend them to anyone, for new windows, doors etc and their after sales service is exemplary.

Last year we have had all our windows and doors replaced to our dormer bungalow by Supercraft Windows .After an initial visit to the showroom Mark came to see us and was very helpful with choosing the type of windows and doors we wanted. Mark quickly sent us the price but there was no pressure to purchase exerted by Supercraft. We chose the Residence 7 Painswick windows and doors which have greatly enhanced the appearance of our property. The work was carried out by Ian and Dave who were very professional at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and their attention to detail was excellent.We made sure tea/coffee was always available and they worked very hard.We were so pleased with the quality and standard of fitting that we revisited the showroom and ordered a replacement conservatory to match the new windows.This was again replaced to the same high standard and we were thrilled with the result. The electrician and plasterer provide by Supercraft produced work quickly and of the same high standard.A big thank you to all at Supercraft especially Marc ,Ian and Dave for a wonderful outcome.
