Supercraft Windows

We had two of our windows replaced. We chose Supercraft because we had used them before. The job involved removing brickwork and the installation of two large windows. We felt that the quote was fair. The two guys involved (Dave and Ian) were very good, leaving everywhere clean and tidy. They were very considerate when working across my floors and carpets. Unfortunately one of the larger panes had to be replaced twice due to a flaw in the glass but the company had no hesitation in ordering and replacing the glass without question. We are highly pleased with these windows and if need any more work done then this would be my go to company. Highly recommend.

Supercraft completed the installation of our conservatory measuring 4 x 6 metres in July 2017. From start to finish we found them to be exemplary in every respect. All trades people involved were pleasant, efficient and very professional. The finished conservatory is better than we anticipated and meets our high expectations. A small problem which showed up later was quickly and efficiently resolved. We have now been enjoying our conservatory for just over a year and are delighted with it. We recently had two bay windows installed, and right from the first contact we have had excellent service from everyone concerned. The team who actually fitted the windows were friendly and worked swiftly, before leaving they cleared away any debris, and although we expected the need to redecorate, this was absolutely unnecessary. Would highly recommend Supercraft, they ensure that they keep in contact with the customer, which is so important.

We had been looking to replace the original wooden windows to the front of our property (7) plus the front door for some time. Eventually we settled on Supercraft which was not the cheapest. However we are glad we did. The whole experience from start to finish was first class. We visited their showroom in Stoke-on-Trent to be met by Neama who could not have been more helpful in explaining the various products available, all without putting any pressure on us to proceed. After we decided to proceed, the surveyor came out and measured everything carefully answering our questions. On the day of instalation Martin and Justin arrived promptly at 8am, put down dust sheets and set to work. They worked non stop all day and installed all the windows. They were polite throughout and very professional. After the installation they vacuumed the carpets and tidied up. The front door had been delivered with a slight defect and was not sent out but returned to the factory for a replacement. The replacement came quite quickly and the door fitted in around 2 hours. The standard of workmanship cannot be faulted. The windows and door are excellent and have made a real difference both to the look of the house as well as considerably reducing outside noise. The windows and door are also draft free! We have work that we would like doing at the rear of the house and will go back to Supercraft. Based upon our experience we would have no hesitation in recommending them. Five stars.

We had 12 windows replaced along with full soffit, facia and guttering replacement. Throughout the whole process the Supercraft team were professional, courteous and helpful. There were a couple of issues with the supply and installation, but these were sorted out quickly and efficiently with little impact to us. We still have a number of windows to replace and we will certainly be returning to Supercraft in the future. We can highly recommend them.

We have only positive comments about this company. Everyone was pleasant and helpful from walking into the showroom to completing the job. When choosing our windows and doors everything was explained to us to help us make the right choice to suit our needs. Once we'd chosen the ordering process was simple. Considering the pandemic we didn't have to wait too long once ordered either. The chaps that fitted them were friendly and worked hard to get the job done within the timeframe. 10 windows and French doors completed in just 3 days! They tidied everything after they'd finished, not just the old windows and packaging left behind but hoovering the carpet and wiping sills etc. Any teething problems were addressed straight away without question and our guarantee arrived the very next day following final payment. We can definitely recommend this company.

All at Supercraft were very helpful and we highly recommend them. In our bungalow, we have a bay window, bedroom & kitchen windows, bathroom with digital style glass, large patio doors and a back door with an integral blind. A new porch layout with central 'Etna' blue composite door and opaque side panels. We were advised on window styles and all the accessories and, even after we changed our mind on some items (we wanted the acoustic glass to minimise any external noise) they gave a clear breakdown of cost and timescale to completion. They informed us of the delay in getting our composite door and gave us a date to fix it. In the meantime, a Surveyor called and he gave excellent advice and we made a few more changes as a result. The fitters, Martin & Justin arrived on time and were very professional, so helpful and communication was excellent to clarify any issues. They were very pleasant and cleared up any mess leaving a clean site. We had a follow-up visit by Andrew to replace one window? He too was very helpful, tidy and very pleasant. All the fitters are a credit to Supercraft. All the staff at the showroom have been excellent and the follow-up paperwork and FENSA certification has been satisfactorily completed. We have had many compliments on the finish and our new front door has transformed the look of our home. We would not hesitate in recommending them to others. A 5* from us.

From our initial visit to the showroom, the home visit to obtain the correct measurements, to the actual fitting, everyone we came into contact with was very professional, courteous, informative and helpful. The product is of excellent quality and, along with the true workmanship and neat finish inside and out by our two fitters, looks absolutely fabulous. The staff in the showroom were very helpful in finding the bifold doors we were looking for. The installation team were friendly and helpful ensuring that they covered furniture and floor service and cleaning up afterwards. We are pleased with the finished result and would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Our recent french door replacement is fantastic. From order to completion the service provided was excellent. The installation team were most professional and their finished job ticked all the boxes; on time, approachable and worked tirelessly to complete the job in 3 hours. The company is the best we've used locally for new doors and windows.

We chose Supercraft as they did a superb job on our daughters 1920's house. The showroom had a great range of doors on display and we chose a stable door to replace our aluminium faced back door. Staff were very friendly, nothing too much trouble and the asssessor came out to measure promptly. We did feel we had to call them for a fitting date after hearing nothing for a few weeks. The fitters arrived bright and early, very friendly and careful workers. All mess was cleaned up and taken away. I had to ask them to fit a trim on the outside as a white line was visible where the previous doorframe was. I was surprised they did not do this without my asking. The finished door looks great, fits well and is very well made. We are very pleased with it. So, I would absolutely recommend Supercraft. Quality products, friendly staff.

From the moment of meeting the owner of the Company and placing my order, everything was of a very high standard. I was kept informed at all times of all details in terms of changes and dates. The workmanship of the builders, plasterers, electricians and fitters was also of the highest standard. The timing of the different skilled traders was excellent and I was not left waiting at any time. This has been a faultless service throughout with excellent customer care from all members of staff.

From point of order to the final fitting I cannot recommend Supercraft highly enough. At point of order we were advised on styles, suitable accessories and given a detailed breakdown of cost and timescale to completion. Surveyor visited as agreed and was incredibly helpful and informative. Communication was excellent and lead time was less than expected. Fitters were very professional, pleasant and left no mess. They surpassed all expectations and the final product was of excellent quality and just what we wanted. All staff that we had dealings with, whether in the showroom, via telephone or in person were amazing and we would definitely use them again and we have no reservation in recommending them to others.

We shopped the world when looking for a Conservatory, ultimately, we asked Supercraft to supply and install our new conservatory and have been very pleased, they have supplied a quality product, they were very helpful throughout, they listened to our concerns with patience despite us visiting their showroom on numerous occasions before finally choosing our design. The job was completed to a very high standard and we can recommend Supercraft without hesitation.
