Supercraft Windows

Our windows were fitted in around five weeks from ordering. The salesman, Neema, came out the day after our initial enquiry to give us a quote and gave us sound advice when choosing colours. Black! Looks great! Arranged for the surveyor to visit the next day. Fitting day arrived and I cannot speak too highly of the fitters, Justin and Martin. Not the easiest of jobs, two large bays and three other windows they tackled the task with good humour and expertise and were a pleasure to have in our home. Due to the age of our bungalow one or two snags were encountered but solved appropriately. They explained to us the measures taken to ensure a good fit. They left no mess and made good use of the Henry every night. Job was completed promptly and we are delighted with our new windows.

Supercraft built us an extension fully roofed and insulated, and fitted out internally. All the tradesmen and staff were extremely competent, courteous and efficient. We are very pleased with the outcome which is fully certificated and signed off by the local authority to the latest Building Regulations. We found everyone at Supercraft "Old School" - what they say they do. All the tradesmen work regularly for Supercraft and when one finished they contacted the next to get them started. We had:- Builders who did the foundations, floor and walls, Surveyors who measured everything up, Window, doors and roof fitters, Plasterers, Plumber, Electricians, A excellent outcome at a very reasonable price which did not change from the quotation to the finish.

Supercraft have fitted new windows and a stable door for us and we couldn't be happier. We went for Residence Collection on the windows and they look really smart. We visited the fab showroom a couple of times and Neama was really helpful. Neama's suggestions when he came out to look at the job were super valuable, too. No hard sell, just good ideas! The fitters - Martin and Justin - were great at what they did, very high attention to detail, and they were top people, too. They were diligent and you can tell that they really care about their craft! Top job all around from start to finish. Thank you.

I am very pleased with our new warm roof system and frames. Mark came out to see us and was very helpful in explaining and talking through the different options we had and what would suit us. Never did we feel pressured into buying anything that we did not want. From the start of the project to the finish, the surveyor and installation fitters were all excellent. The fitters could not do enough for us during the installation, they were clean and tidy and removed all their rubbish every day. I would highly recommend this company they are very honest and the quality of their work is first class.

We are really happy with the work supercraft have done for us. We’ve had a few things now and Mark has been so helpful along the whole process. Myself and my partner really recommend them!

Had a new front door installed 3 may. Door fitters worked diligently & expertly & to a very high standard taking out the old door & installing the new Carnaby front door, which I would highly recommend. Would 100% use the services & products from supercraft in the future

Work to replace all eight windows in the house, including patio doors and bay window. Windows have transformed the house. Staff were very friendly, everything done on schedule to a very high standard. Delighted with the work overall. Money well spent.

We recently had 8 windows replaced, a composite door fitted and solid roof tiled replacement on our conservatory. Received an excellent service from when we first entered through the showroom doors. The staff were so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble - no pushy sales talk. The choice was amazing - making some decisions difficult due to too much choice !! We placed the order and were kept up dated at every stage. Fitting date was agreed. The fitters were absolutely amazing a credit to your company they were with us for the week. They arrived on time every day and worked tirelessly throughout the week. All the team we had contact with were polite and courteous, very professional that includes all the fitters, electricians and the plasterer. I have never seen a plasterers finish so smooth he took such pride in his work - absolutely amazing. The fitters keep us updated at every stage and everyday they cleared/cleaned the areas they had been working in and removed any rubbish. To say we are over the moon with the work that has been carry out would be an understatement. An absolute 5 star service from start to finish I would highly recommend Supercraft and would not hesitate to use your services again - fantastic professional teamwork by you all - a massive thank you

Since 2016, on a number of occasions, my wife and I have had excellent service from this trader and, so far, have had ten windows and four doors fitted to our home, all completed on time and at the agreed price. Today, 24th February 2025, a hall porch screen and door were installed to the usual exemplary standard of fit and finish we have come to expect. Our dealings with Faz, the MD, have always been extremely friendly and he was never less than helpful with his advice. His employees have, on every occasion, carried out their installations most efficiently, and in a workmanlike manner. They arrived on time and were very tidy. On the very few occasions we have required minor aftercare, these were attended to promptly, without delay. We would not contemplate using any other company for such work.

Like most people I am quick to criticise and slow to praise, but Supercraft Windows thoroughly deserves this review. Replacement doors and windows are expensive so it pays to research the market, that’s what I did and I’m so pleased I went with Supercraft Windows. The first visit was professional and all my options were clearly explained. The quote was comparable to other companies I engaged with, but the quality of their product made this a very good value purchase. The speed of installation was superb, as were the fitters. The patio doors were exactly as described and were fitted within two hours. There was zero mess left behind and the old doors were taken for recycling. I cannot find fault with Supercraft! Their back office staff are polite and efficient, the sales people don’t try and sell (they let the product do the talking) and their employed fitters are excellent. This family run business clearly takes pride in both their product and service. Over the next few years my intention is to replace my front door and windows and I will be using Supercraft for this.

I've have had 6 windows, a sliding door and a composite front door fitted . The company from start to finish was amazing. There was no pressure in the showroom, no pressure at the home measure. The quality is outstanding. It has added so much to each and every room. The fitters Martin and Justin were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they were very pleasant and professional. They have done an excellent job on fitting the windows and the finish is superb. I am so pleased I chose supercraft. I'm sure judging by the quality they will last many years. I am one happy customer 😊

We have just had a complete refit of all our doors and windows by Supercraft. The experience from start to finish has been excellent. Originally making contact via the website Supercraft were very efficient in responding and sending Nema out to review our requirements and quote. Nema listened to our requirements and offered resolutions without any pressure to purchase. Their installation team Jason and Dan were onsite for 4 days and did a great job. They kept in contact each day giving progress updates and worked very efficiently and cleanly. The customer service at every level has been excellent. A stress free experience. I would highly recommend.

I had a couple of exterior door supplied by supercraft and the whole process from my original visit to their showroom till when the fitters installed the doors went smoothly and I received nothing but the best service. I would defiantly recommend.
