A truly professional service from showroom visit, survey, quote and installation. Communication and installation was fantastic with the same two man team working over four days to fit 11 Resident 9 windows and 2 Rockdoors, working 8.30am until 4.00pm everyday. Protective rubber mat and sheets were used and they made so little mess. Any mess created was so well cleaned up, absolutely brilliant, first rate trades people, taking pride in their work - true professionals. Can't recommend Supercraft enough.

Yesterday I had a new front door fitted by Supercraft. It looks absolutely stunning and is black composite. From start to finish communication has been professional and courteous- even paying was painless (well fairly!) The standard of fitting is superb and although I was not at home, the fitters had cleaned up beautifully. I was recommended Supercraft by my friend- whose whole family swear by them and they certainly did not disappoint. I would thoroughly recommend :) Can't wait for the first person to use my knocker!!

From getting a quote to the fitting of the windows I ordered I was more than satisfied with the service. I was given a clear breakdown of costs of different fittings so that I could decide what I wanted. When there was a delay due to their suppliers I had a letter of apology including the option to cancel. In the event the delay was not as long as first thought. The team of fitters were excellent. They arrived early morning and it was a joy to watch their teamwork! There was no mess if it wasn’t for the fact that I had two new windows you would not have known that they had been here. The windows themselves are beautiful. Am recommending them to all my friends.

I chose Supercraft windows on recommendations from different people. From the first phone call, through to the survey and the quote, which was within budget, I was impressed by this company. I was given an estimated time for the work to start which was to replace double glazing to the lounge, six window bow and a two window kitchen, work was to be carried out over two days. I was contacted to tell me of a date to complete the work which was earlier than the estimated date which suited us fine. The fitters arrived on time, they introduced themselves and explained the order in which the work would be carried out. They were very professional and very polite but friendly, we got on very well with the lads. I have to say they worked very hard and their workmanship was in my opinion second to none. We are absolutely over the moon with the result of their work, it looks fantastic. The difference in the the old and new windows is fabulous much warmer, and the look of them is smashing. We are so pleased by the new look windows, the workmanship is excellent, I can not praise them enough. They left no mess whatsoever and were professional at all times. I will be using Supercraft in the future. I would definitely recommend Supercraft windows to anyone.

We researched four providers after deciding on a new conservatory. We chose Supercraft for several reasons: The consistently positive online reviews The initial visit to provide a quote, which was carried by a senior, knowledgeable and clearly experienced representative of the company, without any form of pressure or “hard sell”. A competitive quote. The opportunity to view a wide range of conservatories at their easily-accessible showroom. The reassuring “Which” accreditation. Our experience of the actual build was very good. The initial date was put back because materials from the supplier did not pass Supercraft’s quality control. This was far more of an inconvenience to them than it was to us, and gave us confidence they would not try to pass off inferior quality goods to facilitate their own work schedule. The fitters clearly took pride in performing the fit to a high standard. They were tidy, approachable and as helpful as they could be with light fittings etc. without exceeding their scope of practice. The work was completed well within the estimated time frame. A small pane was discovered by the fitters to be slightly incorrect at a late stage and this was dealt with as a matter of priority, even after full payment (which did not exceed the estimate) had been remitted. Admin staff responded to all emails, before and after the build, quickly and efficiently. We really could not fault them and would not hesitate to recommend Supercraft to friends.

I knew Supercraft had a good reputation for doing a job well, which is why I approached them in the first place. I was literally so excited to get my new front door installed. The day prior to the installation, I called Supercraft to see if the installation was going ahead, because as you know things can get changed at the last minute and the installation team quickly put my mind at ease and re-confirmed the time of arrival. Then, the team arrived on time the next morning (JP and Tim) and completed the most amazing job. They took care of my home when completing the installation, they made zero mess of the walls around the door which I was expecting to be honest, they were so polite and because they cared so much about the installation the finished look was just literally beautiful. I just wanted to keep staring at my new Front door for the rest of the day :). Also, numerous neighbours have commented on the quality of the door and installation. The installers are a credit to the company and I would definitely recommend anyone to use Supercraft.

We had our composite door fitted yesterday - Martin & Justin were very professional, explained everything to us and have done an excellent job. We are so pleased with the way they respected our property, cleaned up and we felt at ease with them. Well done Supercraft for employing professional fitters who do their job to a high standard and do an excellent job of representing your company. If only we had used you for our windows instead of Safestyle!

After various quotes we chose Supercraft to replace our old polycarbonate roof conservatory to install a completely new frame, upgrade the roof to a warm tiled roof, replace windows all round and replace the front door and we were not disappointed by our choice of supplier. Mark was fantastic and helpful at all stages of the initial order process, providing guidance on areas we had concerns with or were undecided on what choices to make. It was then time to wait for a fitting date, which we received in our expected timeframe. Completion of the work was on time and in budget. Our two fitters couldn't have been more fantastic or helpful. Both were extremely pleasant and respectful to the fact I was also working from home during the work. They arrived promptly every morning and just got down to the task in hand, despite the weather being against them some days. They worked extremely well together as a team. The fitters attention to detail with all parts especially the final finishing touches was outstanding and I could not fault any part of their work or their work ethic. The transformation of our old conservatory to what is now a proper useable room has far exceeded our expectations. Supercraft are a long standing reputable company who have had a presence in the area for a significant number of years. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends, colleagues and neighbours.

Supercraft did a first rate job. The 2 man team was punctual, very professional and clearly skilled craftsmen who took a pride in their work. This is the second time I’ve used the company because of their excellent service and attitude. Neama is very responsive and quickly resolved a very minor quibble at end. I would 100% use them in future.

In May I ordered a new back door and front door. The salesman Mark was very patient with me and explained all the different options I had, construction of door and the different glass I could have along with the door fitments (locks, door handles, letterboxes etc?. I was happy with the price, paid a deposit and was given an approximate supply time (given the manufacturers availability) which was October. Last week they called me to say they had come in earlier than expected. I had them fitted at a time to suit me. The fitters were very good, courteous, clean and did an excellent job. I am very happy to recommend this company as they also fitted French doors and new windows last year and I was impressed with their service.

Had a new Endurance Front Door fitted yesterday. Great experience overall. Easy to use door modelling application, answered my queries promptly, price seemed fair and the installation was really good. Two friendly installers, clarified with me the positioning of handles, cleaned up after themselves and showed me how to use the new door-locking mechanism. from my experience, I would highly recommend.

We’ve recently had our new composite door fitted by Supercraft. First class services from start to finish. Our fitters (Ian and Dave) arrived on time, were professional and courteous, both very skilled and tidy workers. The door looks fantastic, total transformation, wouldn’t hesitate to use Supercraft again and recommend them to all.

Had windows, facias, soffits and dormer sides replaced. From start to finish the service we received was excellent. Turned up when they said they would and finished within the time frame we had agreed. Cannot fault them at all.

My husband and I decided to have our old polycarbonate conservatory roof changed to a glass roof with a blue self cleaning tint. Many of the neighbours in our road including my parents have used Supercraft and due to their excellent recommendations we decided to book our date for replacement. As promised two very friendly and personable installation fitters, John & Gareth, turned up at 8am as they did for the duration of the fit. These fitters were exceptional carrying out the replacement with a minimal amount of mess, they worked continually, tirelessly and without any moans or groans. ( Just keep them topped up with coffee and 2 sugars. When they had finished the roof installation everything was was cleaned down and it looked like we had had a complete new conservatory not just the roof. From first meeting Neama in the Stoke showroom, we were given very informative advice, with no pressure to purchase, and we deemed this to be a hassle-free 5-star experience. We would definitely contact this family business again if we require any work to be carried out in the future. Thank you so much for a stress-free experience, and thank you for the beautiful quality glass roof, we are thrilled. Complete outside update of windows, porch and conservatory as well as facias, soffits and guttering. We can only say what an excellent job it was from start to finish. The attention to detail by Faz and his team was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and any minor issues were sorted with no quibble and in a timely manner.
