My husband and I decided to have our old polycarbonate conservatory roof changed to a glass roof with a blue self cleaning tint. Many of the neighbours in our road including my parents have used Supercraft and due to their excellent recommendations we decided to book our date for replacement. As promised two very friendly and personable installation fitters, John & Gareth, turned up at 8am as they did for the duration of the fit. These fitters were exceptional carrying out the replacement with a minimal amount of mess, they worked continually, tirelessly and without any moans or groans. ( Just keep them topped up with coffee and 2 sugars. When they had finished the roof installation everything was was cleaned down and it looked like we had had a complete new conservatory not just the roof. From first meeting Neama in the Stoke showroom, we were given very informative advice, with no pressure to purchase, and we deemed this to be a hassle-free 5-star experience. We would definitely contact this family business again if we require any work to be carried out in the future. Thank you so much for a stress-free experience, and thank you for the beautiful quality glass roof, we are thrilled. If anyone is looking for windows, doors or conservatories which are quality, then look no further, you will not be disappointed. Thank you.

Our first experience with Supercraft was when Mark came out to discuss what work we wanted. He arrived promptly and talked through our ideas, sharing what options were available. His quote was quick to arrive and very reasonable, and when we decided to change a couple of things, he provided us with a new quote with a clear breakdown of costs. We had 7 windows, the patio doors and front door replaced by a two-man team. They worked efficiently and professionally, answering any questions we had. Before leaving each day, they made sure they had cleaned up. It took 3 days altogether to complete the work. After they left, we came across several minor issues. We liaised with Supercraft and there was no problem getting these remedial works sorted in a short time frame. We would definitely recommend Supercraft and if we need any work doing in the future, we won't hesitate to use them again.

Having already had two quotes for replacement windows we called at Supercraft Windows just to complete our quota but were immediately impressed by the products and by the owner\salesman who discussed our requirements. We were quoted a competitive price and agreed a date for the work. The work was carried out to a high standard, on time, by competent, efficient, friendly installers who removed all rubbish left all areas tidy. Supercraft are a customer focused, family buiness and although I doubt if there will be any issues with the installation, I am sure that if there were, one phone call would remedy the matter.

Wow! What a transformation of our home. We had some ideas of what we wanted, but fab guided us into the right direction, and was spot on, better than we could of imagined. I had the best of the best fitters, Tim and JP. On time, never stopped, perfectionists as if it were their own home. Polite, cleaned up after themselves, what pros. Two brilliant guys. My parent are now going to use Supercraft. Cannot recommend Supercraft enough to people! Brilliant company.

When we decided to replace our 23 year old double glazing we contacted Supercraft, as they had installed our original windows. Their quote reflected all we asked for, as well as meeting our timeframe. Dave and Ian were our installers and it was immediately obvious that theirs was a long standing team (25 years, we later discovered). They took care with our home and were professional throughout. They took two and a half days to complete the installation and they were a pleasure to have in our home, as well as being a credit to Supercraft. Quality windows - quality company.
