Having had a quote for window replacement from another local company where we were not impressed with their pushy attitude, we sought a quote from Supercraft whom we have used before. Mark arrived to look at our requirements and was extremely polite, respectful and professional. The quote was extremely competitive and we decided to go ahead. The order was fulfilled within the quoted timescales and the fitting team of John and Clint arrived as arranged. The work was carried out very professionally and to a high standard. The guys were clean and tidy workers and a credit to Supercraft. We can not praise them high enough We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and the work carried out and would recommend Supercraft without hesitation.

We have recently moved house and were looking for a company that could install new windows , doors ,facia and soffits. We visited the Supercraft showroom and immediately it felt the right fit for us. As my Wife is in a wheelchair the showroom was absolutely perfect. We could see everything set out in different settings and all the options that were available. We then met Faz who showed us around and gave us great advice and help. The service we have had from Faz from our first meeting, then the management of the job and keeping us informed on the progress has been faultless. The job was started exactly on the start date given . We must give a special mention to the two fitters who carried out the work. Ian and Dave. They have been absolutely brilliant working in all weather, freezing cold, torrential rain and never once complaining. They are an absolute credit to Supercraft and it was a pleasure to have Ian and Dave working at our house for the last few weeks. The end result looks amazing and we are very happy and what seemed like a very daunting project was made so effortlessly easy by the fantastic service from Faz, Ian, Dave and all the Supercraft team.

We have been putting off buying replacement windows for years , one problem being we wanted to see the actual windows in the flesh ( not just catalogue images) we were ordering , an added complication being around 4 years ago the council imposed a conservation area on where we live and so we had the issue of planning permission . When we visited their showrooms we were able to view samples of windows and doors. From the moment we stepped in the showroom to make enquiries we found them polite and considerate. They offered to take the planning approval side from our shoulders and apply on our behalf. They negotiated and obtained planning approval for the windows. The windows were fitted by their own skilled workmen who without fail we all found to be polite and considerate and any problems were swiftly solved (the house is some 180 years old). Although it’s only been a few months now we have found it’s made our house warmer and have noticed a drop traffic noise. Would we use them again the answer is yes?

something we had been considering for a long time. butfinally decided when a neighbour had his conservatory roof done by supercraft, it looked good,and he gave good reports of the company. Visited the showroom,spoke to one of the owners of the company, had a survey done recieved satisfactory answers to my questions.Placed an order.subject to checks on existing foundations.surveyor sent to confirm all ok. schedule of works agreed ,work started on time and went in accordance of agreement, finished on time We had one problem of some accidental damage to some patio staining,but we were promised it would be rsolved to our saisfaction or they would replace the patio, The stains were removed and I have no doubt that if they had not been done to our satisfaction that they would have replaced the whole patio This is a family owned companywhich I trust and would use again.they are contactable and responsive and to them their reputation matters hence good service

Supercraft fitted windows for us 30yrs. ago and we had no hesitation in going back to them for some additional French doors and windows . It was very reassuring to find the same personalities still running the business. Nothing was too much trouble in showing and advising us on the new styles and materials . We were given accurate information and costings , and dates and deadlines were were kept . All our enquiries regarding extras and accessories were dealt with in a very helpful ,prompt manner . We were given an installation date , which was kept , exactly 5 weeks from the date of order . The installation team arrived promptly and were nothing short of excellent, so helpful and diligent. We chose the Residence range , and are delighted with the look and the finish . We can’t thank the Supercraft team enough including the surveyor , whose help and advise was invaluable. After careful consideration and obtaining multiple quotes, we made the decision to place an order with Supercraft for a full house of windows and doors and a lightweight tiled roof extension. They were not the cheapest, but after seeing their showroom and reading other reviews, we felt this was the company to deal with. And this proved to be one of the best decisions we ever made. From first point of contact, to the surveyor, we were updated throughout. The builders were meticulous with their work, so was the electrician and plasterer. The 2 fitters who installed the project are a credit to the business. They were polite, clean and explained the process of fitting. We can’t recommend this company enough and we are over the moon with everything they have done. We have recommended a number of family and friends who are in the process of placing an order. We ordered a new front door, it arrived within 4 weeks and got it fitted. We were completely satisfied, our new door looks amazing, the fitters were punctual, polite, friendly made a did good job, didn't waste anytime in completeing the work and cleaned up after them.

Complete outside update of windows, porch and conservatory as well as facias, soffits and guttering. We can only say what an excellent job it was from start to finish. The attention to detail by Faz and his team was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and any minor issues were sorted with no quibble and in a timely manner. I am very pleased with our new warm roof system and frames. Mark came out to see us and was very helpful in explaining and talking through the different options we had and what would suit us. Never did we feel pressured into buying anything that we did not want. From the start of the project to the finish, the surveyor and installation fitters were all excellent. The fitters could not do enough for us during the installation, they were clean and tidy and removed all their rubbish every day. I would highly recommend this company they are very honest and the quality of their work is first class.

In May I ordered a new back door and front door. The salesman Mark was very patient with me and explained all the different options I had, construction of door and the different glass I could have along with the door fitments (locks, door handles, letterboxes etc?. I was happy with the price, paid a deposit and was given an approximate supply time (given the manufacturers availability) which was October. Last week they called me to say they had come in earlier than expected. I had them fitted at a time to suit me. The fitters were very good, courteous, clean and did an excellent job. I am very happy to recommend this company as they also fitted French doors and new windows last year and I was impressed with their service.

Ordered a new back door to replace existing double glazed one. Surveyor attended to check everything out and gave us some good tips which we took onboard. Office double checked our requirements and placed the order. Contact made this week to confirm an installation date which, in fact, was completed yesterday. Two workman. Excellent job, Absolutely no mess and left everything clean and tidy. Everything undertaken in a professional way. I would say that we have used this company for different home requirements for close on 40 years starting with double glazed patio doors which are still in use today.

Supercraft did a first rate job. The 2 man team was punctual, very professional and clearly skilled craftsmen who took a pride in their work. This is the second time I’ve used the company because of their excellent service and attitude. Neama is very responsive and quickly resolved a very minor quibble at end. I would 100% use them in future.

We have just had our old bay windows replaced. As they were old sash windows there was a lot of work involved. Both fitters worked tirelessly over the two days to replace the windows and re-plaster where necessary. The workmanship is of the highest quality and we would highly recommend this company. We are returning customers as we have had windows and doors replaced by Supercraft in our previous homes.

Had a new Endurance Front Door fitted yesterday. Great experience overall. Easy to use door modelling application, answered my queries promptly, price seemed fair and the installation was really good. Two friendly installers, clarified with me the positioning of handles, cleaned up after themselves and showed me how to use the new door-locking mechanism. from my experience, I would highly recommend.

Supercraft have fitted new windows and a stable door for us and we couldn't be happier. We went for Residence Collection on the windows and they look really smart. We visited the fab showroom a couple of times and Neama was really helpful. Neama's suggestions when he came out to look at the job were super valuable, too. No hard sell, just good ideas! I have recently had my Windows and Doors fitted by Justin and Martin. Excellent Job. They were very pleasant and helpful at all times. Everything went to plan and the job got done in good time. Supercraft built us an extension fully roofed and insulated, and fitted out internally. All the tradesmen and staff were extremely competent, courteous and efficient. We are very pleased with the outcome which is fully certificated and signed off by the local authority to the latest Building Regulations. We found everyone at Supercraft "Old School" - what they say they do. All the tradesmen work regularly for Supercraft and when one finished they contacted the next to get them started. We had:- Builders who did the foundations, floor and walls, Surveyors who measured everything up, Window, doors and roof fitters, Plasterers, Plumber, Electricians, A excellent outcome at a very reasonable price which did not change from the quotation to the finish.

We went with Supercraft for two reasons. We wanted a traditional "proper" style roof replacement on our conservatory rather than a thin composite type and also there was no heavy sell in the showroom or during the home visit, just good honest options and advice. The roof is quite large, about 7m x 4m so I was expecting issues. Supercraft communicated well and the job began on time. The lads that removed the roof and replaced it, did a lot of it in awful weather yet they completed without any damage to the conservatory or interior. The final finish of their work was excellent. The were really respectful and friendly too. The plasterer then immediately contacted us and was in within a few days as scheduled and his workmanship was fantastic. Then followed in the electricians, again with great communication and yet another decent set of lads who did an excellent job. The final result is absolutely stunning and at a price that was as cheap or cheaper than many of the composite type roofs. We are delighted with the final product and cannot recommend Supercraft highly enough. A 10 out of 10 company.

We had our composite door fitted yesterday - Martin & Justin were very professional, explained everything to us and have done an excellent job. We are so pleased with the way they respected our property, cleaned up and we felt at ease with them. Well done Supercraft for employing professional fitters who do their job to a high standard and do an excellent job of representing your company. If only we had used you for our windows instead of Safestyle!

We visited a few window Companies in our search for new windows,results ranged from not a lot of interest to the hard sell. We visited Supercraft on two occasions and the staff each time gave us good sound advice without any pressure to purchase. Neama came to speak to us and the day after came out to see us , we agreed to go ahead and the day after an excellent surveyor visited . Neama also offered advice on the handles/glass which we are very pleased with.Fitting day arrived as planned and Justin and Martin were the fitters.The house is an older one which posed a few problems but these experts sorted it out, not an easy job as three of the eleven windows were bays.The duo worked well together and did an excellent job for us as well as leaving everywhere clean and tidy each day. The new windows have transformed the look of our house. Many thanks to ALL the Supercraft team.

Our windows were fitted in around five weeks from ordering. The salesman, Neema, came out the day after our initial enquiry to give us a quote and gave us sound advice when choosing colours. Black! Looks great! Arranged for the surveyor to visit the next day. Fitting day arrived and I cannot speak too highly of the fitters, Justin and Martin. Not the easiest of jobs, two large bays and three other windows they tackled the task with good humour and expertise and were a pleasure to have in our home. Due to the age of our bungalow one or two snags were encountered but solved appropriately. They explained to us the measures taken to ensure a good fit. They left no mess and made good use of the Henry every night. Job was completed promptly and we are delighted with our new windows.

After various quotes we chose Supercraft to replace our old polycarbonate roof conservatory to install a completely new frame, upgrade the roof to a warm tiled roof, replace windows all round and replace the front door and we were not disappointed by our choice of supplier. Mark was fantastic and helpful at all stages of the initial order process, providing guidance on areas we had concerns with or were undecided on what choices to make. It was then time to wait for a fitting date, which we received in our expected timeframe. Completion of the work was on time and in budget. Our two fitters couldn't have been more fantastic or helpful. Both were extremely pleasant and respectful to the fact I was also working from home during the work. They arrived promptly every morning and just got down to the task in hand, despite the weather being against them some days. They worked extremely well together as a team. The fitters attention to detail with all parts especially the final finishing touches was outstanding and I could not fault any part of their work or their work ethic. The transformation of our old conservatory to what is now a proper useable room has far exceeded our expectations. Supercraft are a long standing reputable company who have had a presence in the area for a significant number of years. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends, colleagues and neighbours.

I recently had all my old timber windows and doors replaced with residence 7 windows, supplied and fitted by supercraft windows. Neama was very helpful throughout the ordering process. The quality of the windows and doors is excellent and the entire house was completed in 7 days. The installation team were very good, worked well and kept the house really clean. I highly recommend using supercraft windows.

I recently had new windows & a front door, along with new guttering, soffits & facias fitted. Neama was a reliable point of contact from start to finish and quoted the job in a timely manner. A date was set for the work which they kept to. The job took longer than anticipated due to a complication with my property that was not anticipated but was dealt with in a professional way. The two young men who installed the new fittings etc were excellent, always polite & very clean & tidy, I felt confident leaving them to work on my property whilst I was at work. I was also impressed by the scaffolding company that they used too, who were very efficient. The aftercare could not be faulted! I would recommend Supercraft!

We shopped the world when looking for a Conservatory, ultimately, we asked Supercraft to supply and install our new conservatory and have been very pleased, they have supplied a quality product, they were very helpful throughout, they listened to our concerns with patience despite us visiting their showroom on numerous occasions before finally choosing our design. The job was completed to a very high standard and we can recommend Supercraft without hesitation.

We’ve had our windows and front door since 2020, and have been so happy! It’s transformed our home. Unfortunately one of units failed and noted what appeared to be condensation, we contacted Neama who very promptly arranged a replacement once issue was raised. Today Andy visited and I can not recommend him enough, respectful of our home and explained what he was doing and so friendly. We highly recommend this family company, and will most definitely use again in the future. Only suggestion, I would have preferred option of silicone colour when surveyed, white would have been my preference.

We needed a pretty big job doing on our new house. A large entrance with front door with double floor to ceiling windows attached. We went into supercraft with an idea and the very helpful owner, Faz, helped us put our ideas into reality. Then Neama took over our sale and sent us digital images and arranged for all the finishing touches. We even had our door number inscribed into our frosted glass. A surveyor then came to take all the measurements, making sure it will all be perfect. Then on fitting day 2 lovely men came who were friendly and hard working and fitted our brand new entrance. We absolutely love it. Thanks so much to everyone at supercraft. Amazing quality, arrived just in time for Christmas!!

This is a copy of the email we sent to the manager at Supercraft Windows and the installation of bi-fold doors. Our bi-fold doors were installed yesterday and our balance to you has been sent by bank transfer. I must say the fitters who turned up, spotted a problem on arrival at our house, namely the frame for the bi-fold doors (to be fitted internally) was too large to bring into the house. They decided they might be able to get the frame through the existing conservatory double doors at the back of the house but to do so they had to manhandle the frame over a 10 foot high wall. To do that safely they had to call up two more of your fitters to come and support them. They got the frame to the back of the house only to find the frame would not pass through the double conservatory doors, so as a final try they removed the conservatory doors completely and managed to lay the frame diagonally into the opening and get it into the house without damage. It took all four of them to do this. They then refitted the doors to the conservatory and began the actual job of fitting the bi-fold doors and frame. The fitting was completed to an excellent standard of fit and finish and work perfectly. The fitters took real pride in their work, and earned a big "thank you" from us. Do mention our comments to the fitters as they went "above and beyond", to make it all work, to a high standard."

On Friday morning the fitters arrived promptly and with a smile in spite of the cold and damp, after introducing themselves they first took care to inspect the location and layout of the worksite, before explaining how they were going to carry out the installation. Once the necessary paperwork checks had been carried out they began the task at hand, they removed the old door adroitly ( they also disposed of it for us) and set about fitting the new door all the while taking care to be as un-intrusive as possible. They were polite and friendly and very professional. Once fitted they took obvious pride in providing the finishing touches, going so far as to kneel outside in the rain to ensure a neat and tidy job, Martin and Justin (our fitters) are clearly craftsmen of the old school and I would be happy to recommend both them and their work. The door itself fits and looks perfect, the security and insulation it provides are complimented by its aesthetics.The sales team were well informed and straightforward concerning our requirements and contact with the company was always positive. A no pressure, customer centred attitude was evident at all times. My wife and I are both very very pleased with our choice of product and importantly the company which provided such good service.

My conservatory and side utility were constructed in 2015 and the process from start to finish was fantastic even the subcontractors were fantastic and came back to carry out work out of program to keep my house warmer during the winter. The space's created have added huge value to our house and to our enjoyment of our property. Even now calling on the 10 year guarantee 7 years later, the after sales service has been brilliant no quibbles what so ever. Supercraft just asked a couple of question and agreed to come and improve gutter no problem. I'm having a new door next year and we won't be going anywhere else. Companies don't trade for long if they give a poor service so after over 30 years in the business you come to your own conclusions. I have and couldn't recommend them enough

We have recently had 12 new windows and 3 doors. We are beyond thrilled with the end result. From initial enquiry to completion, we have had fantastic service. Communication was exceptionally clear from office staff and sales. Quotes were shared within a fitting time and Faz gave us excellent advice when he came out. The fitters were professional and were clearly very experienced; they tidied everything up and were extremely respectful of our home. We will absolutely recommend Supercraft to our family and friends. They are the utmost professionals and sincerely care about their customers. As we drove past Supercraft's showroom on one of the hottest days of the year, still waiting for our windows to be fitted, my wife succinctly summed up our experience with them by reminding me ''There was snow on the ground when we first made our enquiry''. Absolutely. Endless chasing of the so called salesman just to get a response and then equally endless delays in securing delivery and an installation date. Finally, the windows were installed seven months after our original enquiry - but three (of five) were immediately condemned by the fitter as unfit for purpose (glazing not aligned to the frames) resulting in them having to be replaced (cue even more delays). Some two months later, the faulty windows were finally replaced - only for one of them to have a deep scratch mark on the glass. You've guessed, another replacement required. Bottom line: 10 months after our original enquiry, the job was finally completed - and I doubt we'd ever have got this stage without me threatening to sue to recover my deposit. As for the standard of work, the beading isn't flush on most windows and the sealant between the frame parts on the windows that needed replacing looks like it's been done by someone having a go for the first time: as a keen DIY'er, if I'd completed a job to that standard, I'd have started again. Genuinely appalling and frankly, I find it hard to believe this company survives given reviews on other platforms.

I can highly recommend Supercraft from ordering the door to fitting the door the service was amazing and could not fault anything at all. The two guys who fitted the door were brilliant there work was to a high standard and both were professional in there approach and workmanship was outstanding, I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting doors or windows a brilliant service from start to finish.

We had French doors installed by Justin and Martin, from the onset you could tell they were professional and knew their job. The doors were installed to a high standard and during the installation we were kept informed of the progress.

I Visited the Supercraft showroom to purchase a new composite door for the front of my house and saw exactly what I wanted immediately upon walking in, a deal was struck and was told up to 8 weeks for installation, I was called around about the 4th week saying the door was ready and would be fitted the following week which by then was nearly a month earlier than expected, two fitters turned up on the day as expected who were polite at all times and within a few hours my new door was installed even in the pouring rain and all mess was tidied up before they left, I would have no problem recommending Supercraft as everything went smoothly from start to finish, absolutely delighted with my new front door money well spent, thanks Supercraft.

I knew Supercraft had a good reputation for doing a job well, which is why I approached them in the first place. I was literally so excited to get my new front door installed. The day prior to the installation, I called Supercraft to see if the installation was going ahead, because as you know things can get changed at the last minute and the installation team quickly put my mind at ease and re-confirmed the time of arrival. Then, the team arrived on time the next morning (JP and Tim) and completed the most amazing job. They took care of my home when completing the installation, they made zero mess of the walls around the door which I was expecting to be honest, they were so polite and because they cared so much about the installation the finished look was just literally beautiful. I just wanted to keep staring at my new Front door for the rest of the day :). Also, numerous neighbours have commented on the quality of the door and installation. The installers are a credit to the company and I would definitely recommend anyone to use Supercraft.

Very happy with Supercraft both the office and fitting teams. They advised on the best replacement for a leaky roof, the roof was an integral part of our home. The work was completed work efficiently, keeping us informed throughout. We are very happy with our new orangery roof, it survived storm Eunice and Dudley, shortly after the installation was completed. Would recommend and we would use again.

we had new front windows installed on our bungalow they arrived when said laid dust sheets very polite fitted new windows and cleaned up after the work we had no dust or mess and everything was taken away the quote to the installation was all explained about everything that was going to happen on the day of the work beginning the office kept us informed very from start to finish first class company

I have used Supercraft twice before and decided to get a quote again. I don't mind paying a bit more if it is a company that I trust to do a good job. The price came back in line with other quotes and having been happy before proceeded with them. The surveyor came out and found that we needed lintels putting in. This added to the cost, but I would rather know the job has been done properly. This involved taking the bricks above the windows out and re-laying them with a steel lintel behind. The bricklayers did an amazing job, matching the mortar colour and work was impeccable. The new uPVC is now fitted along with a front door and rear patio door. The quality is top-notch. Really happy with the guys that came and fitted them. They left the house cleaner than when they started! Excellent.

Very professional company we have used before, rang Supercraft about a canopy on the front of the house, Faz came out to measured & gave us a price which we were happy with. The fitters arrived on time, they were very polite, quick working even in the terrible weather and they cleaned up after themselves. Electrician arrived to fit the lights brilliant job they do just set the canopy off at night. Canopy is lovely and has made such a difference to the house.

We selected Supercraft after reading the various positive review, I have got to say they were fully justified. From start to finish we could not fault the company or any of the people we spoke with or the workmen they sent. We researched four providers after deciding on a new conservatory. We chose Supercraft for several reasons: The consistently positive online reviews The initial visit to provide a quote, which was carried by a senior, knowledgeable and clearly experienced representative of the company, without any form of pressure or “hard sell”. A competitive quote. The opportunity to view a wide range of conservatories at their easily-accessible showroom. The reassuring “Which” accreditation. Our experience of the actual build was very good. The initial date was put back because materials from the supplier did not pass Supercraft’s quality control. This was far more of an inconvenience to them than it was to us, and gave us confidence they would not try to pass off inferior quality goods to facilitate their own work schedule. The fitters clearly took pride in performing the fit to a high standard. They were tidy, approachable and as helpful as they could be with light fittings etc. without exceeding their scope of practice. The work was completed well within the estimated time frame. A small pane was discovered by the fitters to be slightly incorrect at a late stage and this was dealt with as a matter of priority, even after full payment (which did not exceed the estimate) had been remitted. They came and gave us a very fair quotation with professional and friendly advice, followed by the surveyor the following week. I was contacted when the fitters would arrive, eight am arrival, introduced himself, very professional and polite. We got on very well with the lads, nothing was too much trouble, worked hard and left no mess whatsoever. Supercraft replaced eleven windows, three composite doors and French doors all in one week. All the windows and doors are a very high quality and look excellent, the service from start to finish was first class. No hesitation recommending Supercraft to anyone, five stars.

I chose Supercraft windows on recommendations from different people. From the first phone call, through to the survey and the quote, which was within budget, I was impressed by this company. I was given an estimated time for the work to start which was to replace double glazing to the lounge, six window bow and a two window kitchen, work was to be carried out over two days. I was contacted to tell me of a date to complete the work which was earlier than the estimated date which suited us fine. The fitters arrived on time, they introduced themselves and explained the order in which the work would be carried out. They were very professional and very polite but friendly, we got on very well with the lads. I have to say they worked very hard and their workmanship was in my opinion second to none. We are absolutely over the moon with the result of their work, it looks fantastic. The difference in the the old and new windows is fabulous much warmer, and the look of them is smashing. We are so pleased by the new look windows, the workmanship is excellent, I can not praise them enough. They left no mess whatsoever and were professional at all times. We had 12 windows replaced along with full soffit, facia and guttering replacement. Throughout the whole process the Supercraft team were professional, courteous and helpful. There were a couple of issues with the supply and installation, but these were sorted out quickly and efficiently with little impact to us. We had been looking to replace the original wooden windows to the front of our property (7) plus the front door for some time. Eventually we settled on Supercraft which was not the cheapest. However we are glad we did. The whole experience from start to finish was first class. We visited their showroom in Stoke-on-Trent to be met by Neama who could not have been more helpful in explaining the various products available, all without putting any pressure on us to proceed. After we decided to proceed, the surveyor came out and measured everything carefully answering our questions. On the day of instalation Martin and Justin arrived promptly at 8am, put down dust sheets and set to work. They worked non stop all day and installed all the windows. They were polite throughout and very professional. After the installation they vacuumed the carpets and tidied up. The front door had been delivered with a slight defect and was not sent out but returned to the factory for a replacement. The replacement came quite quickly and the door fitted in around 2 hours. The standard of workmanship cannot be faulted. The windows and door are excellent and have made a real difference both to the look of the house as well as considerably reducing outside noise. The windows and door are also draft free! We have work that we would like doing at the rear of the house and will go back to Supercraft. Based upon our experience we would have no hesitation in recommending them. Five stars.

John and Gareth the fitters did a really good job as they laid down sheets from the door to the work place ,kept us informed on what they would be doing and when, were happy to do a couple of extra jobs at no cost. Could not fault them or Supercraft. We got exactly what we wanted good job at the right price and the right quality.

The fitters Martin and Justin were first class, extremely tidy and constructive when solutions needed to be found and their workmanship is faultless. We had been looking to have our orangery roof replaced with a Warm Roof for about 3 years, then Covid hit!! The price Supercraft quoted just before the pandemic still stood when they started the first week in September this year. Right from the first visit by Mark, to completion yesterday. The workmanship and professionalism of all concerned was impressive as was the price. We had been given prices by other companies which were way above Supercraft, but ultimately, it wasn't the price that swung it, it was the fact that the roof was made from wood and not aluminium. This means that we will not get condensation as most traditional roofs are made from wood. The finish has made a remarkable change to our room, which is our main living room. Thank you once again to all concerned.

Supercraft replaced all our doors and windows in three days. All the windows and doors are of very high quality and look excellent. The service from start to finish was very good from the first enquiry to the finish. We can not fault Martin and Justin who fitted the doors and windows. They consulted us about everything and completed the work on time with absolutely no mess left behind. We felt that they respected both ourselves and our home. All at Supercraft were very helpful and we highly recommend them. In our bungalow, we have a bay window, bedroom & kitchen windows, bathroom with digital style glass, large patio doors and a back door with an integral blind. A new porch layout with central 'Etna' blue composite door and opaque side panels. We were advised on window styles and all the accessories and, even after we changed our mind on some items (we wanted the acoustic glass to minimise any external noise) they gave a clear breakdown of cost and timescale to completion. They informed us of the delay in getting our composite door and gave us a date to fix it. In the meantime, a Surveyor called and he gave excellent advice and we made a few more changes as a result. The fitters, Martin & Justin arrived on time and were very professional, so helpful and communication was excellent to clarify any issues. They were very pleasant and cleared up any mess leaving a clean site. We had a follow-up visit by Andrew to replace one window? He too was very helpful, tidy and very pleasant. All the fitters are a credit to Supercraft. All the staff at the showroom have been excellent and the follow-up paperwork and FENSA certification has been satisfactorily completed. We have had many compliments on the finish and our new front door has transformed the look of our home. We would not hesitate in recommending them to others. A 5* from us.

From getting a quote to the fitting of the windows I ordered I was more than satisfied with the service. I was given a clear breakdown of costs of different fittings so that I could decide what I wanted. When there was a delay due to their suppliers I had a letter of apology including the option to cancel. In the event the delay was not as long as first thought. The team of fitters were excellent. They arrived early morning and it was a joy to watch their teamwork! There was no mess if it wasn’t for the fact that I had two new windows you would not have known that they had been here. The windows themselves are beautiful. Am recommending them to all my friends.

Super craft windows came to replace my old sliding patio doors with modern bespoke Bi-fold Doors. They turned up bang on time and removed the old sliding patio doors without fuss cleaning all the mess up as they went along. The new Bi-fold doors were promptly fitted with all the work professionally done in the time they had specified. All the seals were neat and tidy and everything was cleaned down once the work was complete. I received a demonstration of how the doors operated and the work area was left clean and tidy. The Bi-fold doors arrived as described by the company and fitted as per my instructions and at the price I had agreed on. The doors have enhanced the look of my property and I could not be happier with the quality of the doors and the work done.

We recently had a solid roof conservatory fitted by Supercraft, we decided to go with this company as they have been in business for quite a number of years. Neama dealt with us throughout the whole process. The communication and advice was excellent. Yesterday I had a new front door fitted by Supercraft. It looks absolutely stunning and is black composite. From start to finish communication has been professional and courteous- even paying was painless (well fairly!) The standard of fitting is superb and although I was not at home, the fitters had cleaned up beautifully. We had an old hardwood, lean-to conservatory which was boiling in summer and freezing in winter, we had it replaced with uPVC with a solid roof on. We wanted to replace our tired timber windows and patio doors and after much research, including checking reviews, etc... we chose Supercraft to do the work. We had opted for the Residence 7 range as we wanted a flush finish both inside and out. The process itself was pretty straightforward with the surveyor measuring up and finalising the specification. A fitting date was subsequently agreed and the fitters, John & Gareth duly arrived on the allotted day. It was a big job with 6 days work ahead of them and they completed it brilliantly. They cleared away as they went along and as each window was installed they made sure that everything was left as it was when they arrived. There was little clearing up to do after them. Brilliant! The finish has completely transformed the look our our house and we are delighted with the end result.

We chose Supercraft as they did a superb job on our daughters 1920's house. The showroom had a great range of doors on display and we chose a stable door to replace our aluminium faced back door. Staff were very friendly, nothing too much trouble and the asssessor came out to measure promptly. We did feel we had to call them for a fitting date after hearing nothing for a few weeks. The fitters arrived bright and early, very friendly and careful workers. All mess was cleaned up and taken away. I had to ask them to fit a trim on the outside as a white line was visible where the previous doorframe was. I was surprised they did not do this without my asking. The finished door looks great, fits well and is very well made. We are very pleased with it. So, I would absolutely recommend Supercraft. Quality products, friendly staff.

A professional quotation process, superb advice and order placement with Faz. Minor delay in starting installation due a manufacturing delay over Xmas but total quality when Mark and Gavin transformed the old polycarbonate conservatory to a modern solid roof. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble to this two man team who worked through some of the worst January weather you could experience. As an engineer I have a very keen eye for detail and on final inspection I could not find a single fault and can only praise the quality of the finished item. Specifically the joint seals and window board trims which can so often be unsightly have been expertly installed. The support from Phil the electrician and Andy the plasterer has been outstanding and the team has involved everyone involved in the project to minimise the disruption. My expectations have been well exceeded and we can only highly recommend Supercraft to any potential customer.

We had all the windows and doors fitted by Supercraft 17 years a go and we have had no problems at all with any of them. We new what the product would be to the highest standard. The replacement roof is built to building regs standard with a certificate from Supercraft. The two fitters were on site at 7.45am everyday and worked hard all day in rain and snow. They were very polite and took a real pride in their work. The standard of work is excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending Supercraft to anyone. A truly professional service from showroom visit, survey, quote and installation. Communication and installation was fantastic with the same two man team working over four days to fit 11 Resident 9 windows and 2 Rockdoors, working 8.30am until 4.00pm everyday. Protective rubber mat and sheets were used and they made so little mess. We had two of our windows replaced. We chose Supercraft because we had used them before. The job involved removing brickwork and the installation of two large windows. We felt that the quote was fair. The two guys involved (Dave and Ian) were very good, leaving everywhere clean and tidy. They were very considerate when working across my floors and carpets. Unfortunately one of the larger panes had to be replaced twice due to a flaw in the glass but the company had no hesitation in ordering and replacing the glass without question. Supercraft completed the installation of our conservatory measuring 4 x 6 metres in July 2017. From start to finish we found them to be exemplary in every respect. All trades people involved were pleasant, efficient and very professional. The finished conservatory is better than we anticipated and meets our high expectations. A small problem which showed up later was quickly and efficiently resolved. We have now been enjoying our conservatory for just over a year and are delighted with it.
