SuperEfficient were exactly that. They responded promptly, gave the quotes requested, and arranged a time yo replace a soil stack. They were very clear about what they would and would/could not do. On the day the two engineers arrived in good time, were polite, very efficient, and got on with the job which they did well. They sent pictures to their office and then returned at the request of their boss after he had reviewed their photos to replace a couple more runs, which they dealt with promptly and efficiently. They were competent, didn't mess around and did exactly what was needed. I was also impressed with the quality control from the office. I will definitely use them again if I need to.

We had a blocked toilet, the engineer was very professional, kind and respectful. The company saw that this was sorted quickly and I'd definitely call on them for any other issues that arise!
