At Surrey Hills Removals we are proud to have built our reputation on care and flexibility. Whether we're handling a Steinway grand piano or a box of dog-eared, but much-loved toys - we appreciate that each item we move, however small, is important to you, so they're important to us.
Together with our sister company Manns Removals, we have evolved from a single liveried horse drawn carriage, into the modern company we run today. We undertake domestic, commercial and international removals and have our own 20,000 sq ft state-of-the-art storage facility, providing clean, dry, safe, containerised storage.

A full house removal from 4 bed detached to a 3 bed bungalow. Work carried pout over 4 days. The removers were efficient, helpful and of good humour. They were also considerate to our needs and to all items for which they were responsible. The whole event was more than satisfactory especially taking account of the emotion and stress involved.

The team we had from Surrey Hills Removals were very efficient and moved us on time and with a friendly approach. Having had dreadful experiences with national firms before it was great to find a local firm providing a good service. The team did our fragile pack and all went well, although if I were to improve anything it would be the contents labelling for these boxes as more details could have been captured (multiple 'China and glass' boxes) but this is a very minor thing. The furniture breakdown and rebuild was well done and without damage. I'd definitely recommend this business.

We were really impressed. Tom and his team made our move go as smoothly as possible. Everything was packed carefully, and they called in extra help on a Friday evening rather than leaving us without our beds rebuilt for the weekend. Friendly and efficient, I would recommend them.

The men packed our belongings, they were very professional and cheerful. Not one piece of china was damaged and they made sure essential items were unpacked first e.g. bed etc. We would certainly ask for Mark and Stewart if we moved again. One disappointment company rang and said they could not collect the boxes and paper.

Moving furniture goods and appliances from Surrey to Ealing The guys were very skilful in what they did, I had not previously appreciated how technical moving and reassembling furniture can be. They also took great care to move everything safely avoiding any damage to either property.

I wanted to write to say thank you for the Surrey Hill's Removals team incredible hard work over the course of our move. Andrew, Kane and Dan were fantastic as was Bob the kitchen packing guru. I now have a greater appreciation of the scale of the effort and time required and was so impressed by the care and attention paid by the team to all our belongings. The team were extremely polite and professional as well as being considerate as to what items to pack and leave. They were finished packing and loading in time for us to have a pub lunch on moving day and made the whole process very relaxing! And once at our new house, more staff came to help and they moved us in efficiently, cleanly and worked around us with no bother as we explored the house.

Surrey hills removals team from first meeting through to arriving at our new home were a pleasure to have. Everything from the quotation being laid out and clearly discussed to options. Discussing the scheduling of the move itself to minimize our family disruption with small children was so accommodating and helpful. The move itself was not straight forward and the team were prompt, efficient, at most important so careful with all our belongings. We had no stresses at all and no ask or modification was too much for the team to help. The whole experience was one i would gladly recommend or repeat again at our next move. Having moved within the prior 18mths with another larger brand firm where we had an awful experience surrey hills were simply the best!

Surrey Hills Removals moved our things from Surrey to Berkshire over a planned 4 day move. The planning was good, the team was efficient and punctual, always polite and accommodating. There were a couple of issues to do with moving large furniture that left scrapes on the floor and bannister. The team did attempt to repair this at the time. If the team had their own power screwdrivers to quickly dismantle large pieces of furniture then this might have been avoided.

Surrey Hills Removals offered a competitive quote and engaged well both before and after making a booking. They were flexible in meeting my needs and the Removals crew (Paul, Dec & Josh) were great! They were punctual, well presented, polite, amenable and friendly. They went the extra mile in helping me move with close attention to packing and detail and were efficient and hardworking. I do not hesitate to recommend them. The only downside was that they are football rather than rugby supporters! :-)

I used Surrey Hills to do two separate moves in November and January and had lots of items in store in between these dates. The teams that did the moves were punctual, courteous and efficient. They moved the furniture carefully and loaded it all securely. They were also friendly and helpful with doing all of the smaller things (e.g. plumbing the washing machine in!) The price quote was competitive and they were prepared to match another quote I has received. Overall I would have no hesitation to use or recommend them again.

… Danny, Matt, Bryce, James and Adam from Surrey Hills really did take much of that stress away. They were kind, tidy, thoughtful and considerate and showed initiative when unpacking what they took from a larger home into a much smaller one.😊 We were also hugely grateful for the extra push to get us out a day early and I loved that they remembered the names of the rooms that they packed items from and could refer to those when re delivering, Having spent 8 days or so with these chaps, I can honestly say we’ll miss having them around! It was also reassuring having the same core team for the unpack a week later. The consistency meant a lot. Thank you!
