From the initial survey to getting the moving date we wanted, the whole experience was positive. The movers, Daniel, James and Jonathon arrived on time and soon had most of our possessions carefully packed. Everything arrived undamaged and in no time all was arranged as we wanted. Everyone we dealt with at Manns was friendly, helpful and courteous.

Mann's removal company were extremely accommodating to our move dates. The guys arrived promptly and liaised well with me as where to start. They packed up the house efficiently. On arrival at the new property the team unloaded into the rooms we asked them to. Beds were put back together promptly. We would highly recommend Mann's removal company.

From start to finish the service was excellent. From first enquiry, through receiving a very clear quotation (available to read on line - nice and easy), follow up before removal, confirmation of timings and the removal itself all the staff were excellent. Move went very easily with great packaging. Arrived on time, swift and efficient and then unloading and distributing at destination was equally easy, Great people, great service and I would definitely use them again.

I chose Surrey Hills Removals to move us. I had seen their advert in my club, AWS’s recommended suppliers and I was looking for a trusted, local company to work with. My last experience with an international removal company had not been great. They exceeded my expectations. They were absolute professionals. I barely had to tell the team what to do. They were intuitive and know their trade. Where they really stood out from the rest is when our house sale did not complete until lunchtime on the Friday. We’ve moved 4 times in the last 3 years. I’ve never re-used a removal company as they were such a disappointment, however upon using SH e we will absolutely be using when we move again. They were brilliant from start to finish. Professional, friendly, followed instructions and went advice being to make sure we were happy. Very pleased.

We moved from Ascot in Berkshire to the Chichester area on 2nd July 2025. After doing a lot of research and getting 3 different quotes we decided to do with Surrey Hills removals. The quotation process was thorough and they actually came a 2nd time to re-quote as we has disposed of a number of items, meaning the quotation was reduced, thank you. This was the 1st time we had moved in 18 years having brought our 3 daughters up in Ascot, so as you can imagine we had a lot of stuff! Lee, Matt & Adam, were with us throughout the packing up process and the move in. I cannot praise them highly enough. They were very professional and gave us lots of advice throughout our move. They really made a stressful time for us, a lot better than you could imagine. Surrey Hill Removals you are absolutely first class and I could't recommend you highly enough. These guys gave a high level of confidence from the first estimation visit to the final unloading. During all phases of the 3-day packing and loading and 2-day unloading process, Grant and his team were cheerful, obliging, communicative, and careful. They were tolerant of a couple of last minute changes of where stuff should go. The service was excellent - nothing was broken, nothing was lost - what more could you want?

The work entailed a move out, possessions being split into for storage and for our rented house, and, then a year later, delivery out of store in instalments and out of the rented house into our new home. We had 9 or 10 containers in store Everything happened as it should - timely quote, all dates for the main moves adhered to and a minor change at the end easily accommodated. Staff throughout were unfailingly cheerful, friendly and helpful. Difficult combinations of dimensions of furniture and constricted access were dealt with efficiently. The key member of the physical moving team was the same throughout, providing welcome continuity. The office team was just as responsive and helpful. My wife and I were delighted. Not the cheapest quote (nor the most expensive) we received but we chose to pay more to get good service and we got it. So we would say good value for money. Any downsides/issues - not really and only worth mentioning to show how they were dealt with. An insignificant breakage during packing was immediately brought to our attention. They forgot to load our garden stoneware (not containerised but stored for the year at their depot outside) but rectified again immediately. Would we use Surrey Hills again. Without hesitation.

Surrey Hills removals did a wonderful job packing up our belongings, storing them for one week and returning them in excellent condition. They did this for a wedding we were having at our house and needed to clear out half the downstairs. Highly recommend.

Professional from start to finish. Easy to arrange a visit for a quote, and good information ahead of time about the move itself. The team on the moving days were great - whirlwinds of efficiency but also very accommodating of me working from home and my daughter “helping” to pack toys. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness with which they arranged furniture at the other end!

This is the third time we've used Surrey Hill Removals. They were a huge help when a family member had just over a week to move out of rented accommodation. They supplied boxes and packing materials so we could pack some items ourselves. On moving day they showed up on time, with three friendly crew members who made light work of moving furniture and boxes down a flight of stairs from a first floor flat. They took great care packing and then unloading everything at the destination at which they arrived on time. The three person crew were polite, efficient and very helpful as we had to move things around a couple of times to get them to fit into the new place! The office staff are always friendly and helpful and we were grateful that they accommodated our deadline with such efficiency and care. We would definitely use Surrey Hills Removals again and highly recommend them for your next move. They are professionals who know how to get the job done well.
