Derrick has completed a full house rewire on my property. I cannot speak highly enough for this company. He brought my house into the 21st century and was able to guide a lay person through everything. Rewires are by nature very intrusive. Derrick made this process as easy as possible.

Derrick upgraded the electric consumer unit and reinstall the batnroom light and replaced the shower closure door in my rental flat in Brighton early this year. We are very pleased with Derrick and his work. We have a portfolio of rental properties that Derrick has looked after for over 15 years as well as our family home. Derrick is certified to test, repair/replace and issue us the legal electrical certification required to rent. He also carries out and maintains any building and plumbing jobs with the properties. He has renovated our bathrooms and kitchens to a very high standard. Friendly and trustworthy, good price and excellent quality of work. Highly recommended.

Derrick at Sussex View Electrical & Property Services replaced our fuse board/consumer unit, fitted new lights in our kitchen, replaced a broken/missing bathroom extractor fan and replaced/refitted a number of sockets for us in our new home. Derrick was really friendly, thorough, professional and experienced. He was always happy to talk us through aspects of the work and explain anything to us if we had questions or queries.
