SW3 Green Energy Services designed and installed a 29 panel PV system with micro inverters and battery at our house. Paul and Chris were very helpful in guiding us through the process of choosing the system. As a family firm, they were always contactable. The installation went smoothly over two days, and the fitters were able to improve the location of the panels from the original designs. They did a neat job minimising the visual impact of the panels and cable runs. An initial glitch due to a required firmware upgrade was quickly resolved remotely. The system is performing very well. The power generated has been on average above that projected by SW3 in their design. The June sunshine has reduced consumption from the grid to virtually zero and we are looking forward to a rebate from Octopus in respect of power exported. Overall, we would wholeheartedly recommend SW3.

From the beginning, sw3 energy took the time to come on site to listen to my requirements and to see first hand what was available. First, Paul came to discuss my needs and then Chris followed to verify some of the more technical details. Both were very knowledgeable and they listened to what I was after and offered advice where needed. On accepting the quote, Paul kept me up-to-date with progress and timelines. During installation, the team were efficient and completed everything in a day. They also kept things neat and tidy. I'm very happy with sw3 and would highly recommend.

Stellar experience from start to finish. Chris, Paul, Sherri and anybody on their team has been extremely competent and nice to deal with. They inspected my property, provided a detailed survey suggesting a sensible setup, with good explanations about how it would all work together and they provided a very reasonable quote, with highest quality materials. On the day of the installation, they came, installed everything and by the end of the day they were able to get all my apps setup and properly configured with the energy provider. We are extremely happy and we would definitely recommend them to anybody wanting to solar proof their home.

SW3 installed an excellent system to our home and provided exceptional service. They prioritise customer satisfaction - I am quite pleased with the discussions and negotiations. As long as possible, they strived to meet even our bespoke requests and their rates are fair. Kudos to Chris for the wonderful process we had from the initial discussion we had til post-installation, and for always keeping me updated and responding to our queries adequately. Chris answered all my questions (of which I had many) and provided the optimum solution for our home. Safety was a keen objective for the team. We had 24 solar panels installed on our standing seam barrel W-E zinc roof with battery support. This was not one of the more common installations on a south aligned inclined tiled roof. I had researched it and understood that it was a situation encountered more commonly in commercial settings and by using clamps on the seams it should be a comparatively easy process. Despite that I struggled to find providers interested in looking let alone taking it on. Eventually I stumbled on SW3. They were very practical about it and were not intimidated by the unusual roof at all. The options and quotes/ given were clear and they were happy to discuss the details of the pros and cons. Installation was smooth from the guys who came to do the scaffolding, through to the preparatory electrical installation which involved some extra work to cope with our existing system all the way through to the actual panel installation. We are still only a few months in but everything seems to be working as expected. It is a little nerve racking when you buy something new with someone new that will cost a fair bit but our experience with SW3 has been very positive.
