I was recommended Swain Brothers by a family member. I wanted a larger conservatory to replace an existing "boot room". After consulting with Tim, I decided to have it brick built to my design, but with a rubberised insulated roof. When it came to the build, Aaron and Chris were a great team who produced a quality job of the building, backed up by Andy and his team who fitted the 6 windows and a door. All of the guys were helpful and informative with any questions I had, from my initial inquiry through to completion. The work was carried out on schedule, to the agreed price and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Swain Brothers to anyone for future projects.

We were recommended Swain Bros and are absolutely delighted with our 6 new windows and new front door! As everyone else has said, Tim, Andy, Zac and Tom were professional, pleasant to have working in the house, tidied up immaculately at the end of both days and just generally provided a fantastic service from start to finish! Just had an installation by Swain Bros. From the estimate supplied by Tim which was prompt and competitive to the installation itself they could not be faulted. We used Swain Bros to fit 9 windows and 2 doors, one composite and one uPVC. Right through from the quote to installation we found them to be extremely professional and courteous, and the pride they take in what they do is very apparent. Tim, Andy, Zac and Tom seriously impressed us and the whole process was so smooth and straightforward, they’re clearly very organised and efficient. The job was completed on time and they also did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. We had a quote previously from one of the national companies and Swain Bros managed to knock £5000 off that, so when you factor in the high level of service and a quality product there’s nothing to find fault with. We will definitely use Swain Bros again if we need any jobs doing that fall within their remit, and would confidently recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time we have used Swain Brothers and again from the Quotation stage to the finished work it was an easy process and done to a high standard. This time we had a new composite front door fitted, work was done to a high finish, the two gentlemen who did the work were friendly, courteous and you can see that they take pride in their work. They did not leave a mess and were very clean and tidy through out the whole process. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

The work was carried out professionally with no problems whatsoever. The replacement conservatory was fitted very quickly and the internal works required carried out immediately afterwards. The pricing was extremely competitive and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

We are delighted with our experience of working with Tim & Andy in the replacement of our old metal windows. They were extremely helpful, giving us cost saving suggestions, so that we got the best deal possible. All the work was carried out to an excellent standard, they cleaned as they went & the installers were polite and friendly. We needed to replace our original wood single pain Sash windows as were having constant issues with cold and humidity in our house. We gathered several quotes and not only were Swain Bros the most competitive, but they were the only ones that said we could keep our shutters. Arrived on the day on time, replaced a total of 7 large windows in a few hours and left the place clean and tidy with our original shutters still intact. The difference it's made to our house is immense, along with our reduced heating bills. The guys were excellent, can't recommend Mr Swain and Mr Swain highly enough.

Swain Brothers recently installed ten double glazed windows, back door and front door (with side panels). The quality of the work was excellent. They took the trouble to order a front door from a firm they do not normally use as it was one we specifically wanted. They were clean, tidy and efficient and finished the job in three days. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

The Swain brothers provided an excellent service and were very patient with specific requests and details of work to be carried out. They were understanding over delay due to need to seek planning permission and liaised with the planning committee

During the last 3 years Tim & Andy have installed a total of 8 new double glazed UPVC windows and an external door on 3 separate occasions & are highly recommended.
