Welcome to SweepSmart, an independent chimney sweeping company covering London, Essex and Hertfordshire.
As a HETAS approved member of the 'Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps' we have been professionally trained and assessed in all aspects of solid fuel. SweepSmart has passed the vigorous assessments needed to become a 'Which? trusted trader' and have achieved the rank of Master Sweep with the Guild.

This is the second time we have used SweepSmart and we will certainly be using them again in the future. The lady in the office was very friendly on the phone and worked to find a time slot that worked for me. Communication remained excellent as I then received courtesy texts to remind a couple of days before the day, and then one on the morning itself to state an exact arrival time (which was accurate). Tony was friendly, informative and professional, and sent across our certificate (complete with written info and pictures of before/after) afterwards. Prices seemed reasonable. Would highly recommend SweepSmart. Thank you!

This is the second year I have used SweepSmart & it couldn't be easier. I was sent a reminder for my annual check, booked the appointment and had reminders telling me when Adam would be coming. On the day of the sweep Adam arrived at the time indicated on the text message and the whole process was both efficient & thorough. He left the place clean and was also polite. The certificate and invoice is then emailed through. I will certainly use them again in the future.

Had the chimney swept for our log burner. We were kept updated about time of arrival which was on time and as advised. Very happy with the service, from the carpet rolls laid from the front door to the chimney, to prevent marking our flooring, and the friendliness of the man who carried out the inspection and cleaned the chimney. Gave advice and reassurance throughout, and kept me updated on what was happening. Photos & certificates arrived via email promptly after the visit. Would definitely recommend and will be using again next year.

Had the chimney swept to ensure able to continue to safely use of our open fire. Making a booking was very smooth, then I was kept updated about time of arrival which was on time and as advised. Excellent service, care taken to ensure no soot/mess anywhere, friendly approach to carrying out the inspection and cleaning of the chimney. Wow, is all I can say to these sweeps, from ease of booking them Price was cheapest around, care of my home was outstanding from opening the door and Paul the sweep laying mats down to cover my carpet not just by the fire but throughout, my chimney has NEVER been swept like Paul swept it, and inspected it, even booked another colleague to fit another part I needed. In fact my chimney I would say. is the best it has ever looked , WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN, and cannot recommend them highly enough. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THESE SWEEPS

The whole experience was smooth and professional. Booking, advising arrival time, punctuality of arrival, and protecting the room area from any dirt and dust was spot on. The sweeping itself was carried out in good time and accompanied by a certificate and photos of the chimney lining, along with some very helpful advice from Tony. A great all-round job.

Adam from SweepSmart swept our chimney this morning. He arrived on time (having messaged just before to give an exact time) and worked quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and polite and kept the place very clean while he worked. Thoroughly happy with the job! This is the third time we have used SweepSmart and we will continue using them each year for our annual chimney clean.
