As a HETAS approved member of the 'Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps' we have been professionally trained and assessed in all aspects of solid fuel. SweepSmart has passed the vigorous assessments needed to become a 'Which? trusted trader' and have achieved the rank of Master Sweep with the Guild.

Excellent and efficient survey from my initial enquiry to completion of the job. I was sent a reminder of the appointment three days in advance and a text message fifteen minutes before the team arrived. Every care was taken to avoid a mess. Paul and his colleague cleaned and carried out a thorough survey using the latest technology. We were provided with a detailed report and photographs. Altogether a first rate highly professional service. Thank you.

I had no idea where to go for a chimney sweep, so I looked around various websites. When I clicked onto Sweepsmart, the auto-responder asked how it could help. I was able to post basic details and soon had full response. Thereafter, the back office was clear at every stage (much relief for that). Paul was on time, concerned not to be blocking any drive entrances, and then did a great job. Top class.

This was the second time we have used SweepSmart and I can honestly say they are a brilliant company. Had our chimney swept this morning by Adam. We’ve recently moved into a new house which was left in a not so great state. Originally booked a standard chimney clean but there was a nest found. Adam was very honest about what the costs etc would be to have the nest removed and continue with the work which I was happy to do due to having been given all the information there and then. All round great service and will be using sweep smarts services again in the future.

Swept flue for wood burning stove. Efficient booking service, text reminders and alert when operative on the way. Paul and his assistant were polite, efficient, and careful with the carpets, etc. Everything was very clean when they finished. The certificate includes photos of e.g. chimney stack, smoke test, etc. In addition, Paul checked the carbon monoxide alarm and gave advice on where it should be situated (which I didn't know) and also left a thermostat which helps you to monitor the optimum rate at which to keep the fire burning. Very reasonable price. Excellent service.

Getting a quote, booking the appointment through to the completion of the job was really easy and effortless. The whole team were brilliant. Tony, who came out a did the job was extremely helpful and knowledgeable especially when we discussed the best way to use our woodburner. He took a lot of care and the place left spotless.
