As a HETAS approved member of the 'Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps' we have been professionally trained and assessed in all aspects of solid fuel. SweepSmart has passed the vigorous assessments needed to become a 'Which? trusted trader' and have achieved the rank of Master Sweep with the Guild.

Paul came to do a chimney sweep for us on our wood burner. Communications beforehand were clear and helpful. They arrived on time and were very friendly, efficient and left no mess what so ever. He also gave us a certificate and some helpful advice. A very pleasant service.

They arrived on time and were very efficient, asking questions about whether the chimneys were in use and if we had any problems. They were extremely careful about keeping the carpets clean as we had a light cream carpet. After finishing they explained what they had done as one of the chimneys had quite a big buildup at the top but they had managed to dislodge it. Very helpful, courteous and friendly. I would definitely book them again.
