We have just had our chimney swept. Paul was on time. He checked the carbon monoxide detector and pointed out a small crack in the hearth, then issued a certificate.The room was left clean. Excellent service overall.

Having a new stove fitted. Needed the chimney swept. Paul was on time, efficient, clean, respected the home and informative. Was a very enjoyable experience. I learnt a great deal and my home was left as they found it. Would highly recommend!

From initial booking to completion we were impressed with the communication. Great work done on our wood burning stove and flue. Plenty of mate down to protect carpets etc.

Paul from Sweepsmart has been sweeping our chimney since we moved into our cottage 4 years ago. He is a professional in every sense of the word! Great communication throughout and even received a text to tell me he was on his way and his eta. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently with no mess made at all. Our log burner now looks like new :) When the sweep was completed, Paul told us that all was ok with the sweep and advised us to get a new carbon monoxide sensor as although it had power and appeared to work, the sensor may not have worked when needed. Cannot recommend Paul highly enough! How great to find someone who does what they promise to do, when they promised to do it - which is not always true of some trades...!

Excellent service throughout. Email reminders about the appointment and a text to tell me when to expect Paul and his colleague on the day. Chimney was swept very promptly and everything left clean and tidy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone needing this service. Price was unbeatable too.

Paul advised via text of arrival time and arrived promptly to time in a clean company vehicle, offering a friendly welcome. All surfaces to the stove site were covered in dust sheets and it included the area for equipment to be placed. The stove and chimney were very expertly cleaned to a high standard. Upon completion Feedback was offered by Paul on the condition of our chimney, liner and type of soot removed. The area was left very clean. A certificate was emailed and the service offered was good value. I would certainly recommend SweepSmart.

Paul and his colleague arrived on time (let us know their ETA about 30 minutes before) and did a thorough job of sweeping our chimney. There was absolutely no mess or dust to clean up afterwards - a brilliant job. Paul even gave us some very good safety advice about carbon monoxide from burning fuels - which I would never have thought of from a fire place. I appreciated the telephone call about 25 minutes before their arrival to warn me of their timing. When they arrived they efficiently unloaded their equipment and set about sweeping the chimney, completing the job very efficiently in about 20 minutes or so and providing the appropriate receipts and certificates. They cleaned up after their work, including dust I had created in cleaning the grate in addition to theirs! A good service.
