We appreciate the reminder email to book our annual chimney sweep. Booking was straightforward, helped by the very pleasant operator who organised a visit which suited us. Paul arrived at the beginning of the time slot and rolled out his red carpet, literally, to protect our flooring. We then left Paul to his work…..clean, efficient and thorough. Before leaving, Paul answered some queries I had about occasionally smelling soot in the room on a summer’s morning. He did so in an informed way and offered a sensible solution. He also arranged that he would replace a cracked firebrick on his next visit. Exceptional service…..followed up immediately with an email providing a certificate for use with household insurers.

They were extremely helpful, courteous and approachable. Everything was explained clearly and the work was completed on budget. They also made suggestions as to what will need to be done in the future

SweepSmart Paul and Adam arrived bang on time. Very clear communication as to the ETA. The job was a chimney inspection and fitting of a Cowl. Adam sorted out the Cowl and was on and off the roof in no time. Cowl fitted perfect job. Paul swept the chimney from inside / living room, left it clean / spotless. Paul also explained why the chimney in my property had at the top been narrowed. Discussed lining and was given advice. Top lads.

This was our second year of using Sweepsmart and I highly recommend them. Adam is really knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Communication is great too- we were given a 2 hour time slot when we booked and then another notification when Adam was on his way. Five stars.

Had the chimney swept to ensure able to continue to safely use of our open fire. Making a booking was very smooth, then I was kept updated about time of arrival which was on time and as advised. Excellent service, care taken to ensure no soot/mess anywhere, friendly approach to carrying out the inspection and cleaning of the chimney. Photos & certificates arrived via email promptly after the visit. The service provided was excellent and competitively priced. I would have no hesitation in recommending SweepSmart .

SweepSmart were first rate start to finish. Very efficient and pleasant member of the team when booking, then reminders and relevant information up to the day itself. Contacted by Tony on the day with ETA, and he arrived dead on time. Tony then swept chimney thoroughly efficiently and cleanly, leaving the room exactly as he had found it. The certificate and paperwork arrived immediately afterwards. Extremely reasonable cost for an excellent job. Highly recommended.

Never used this type of service before. From start to finish brilliant customer service. Easy to understand instructions & explanation in person, over the phone & website. Honesty from the sweep re additional work that was not required. That I valued indeed. Would certainly recommend
