As a HETAS approved member of the 'Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps' we have been professionally trained and assessed in all aspects of solid fuel. SweepSmart has passed the vigorous assessments needed to become a 'Which? trusted trader' and have achieved the rank of Master Sweep with the Guild.

I purchased a house with a log burner in it a year ago. The previous owners recommended Paul on the paperwork they left so it made sense to give him a call. I found Paul very tidy, thorough, with good advice. Very easy to book and communicate with and he was very punctual. Left the fire very tidy and laid down carpet protection. Will definitely be using again.

This is the first time I have used this company and I was very impressed with the service provided. I received reminder emails of the appointment and was kept informed by text of the estimated arrival time of the Sweep (Tony) on the day. I requested a CCTV inspection of the flue in addition to the chimney being swept and both were carried out professionally, thoroughly and to a high standard. The room was left absolutely clean. I consider their charge for the work that was carried out to be very reasonable. I will definitely be using SweepSmart in the future.

Paul's attention to detail and enthusiasm for his work results in total customer satisfaction. He keeps you informed before his arrival, as to when he will arrive and is always punctual. He respects your property by ensuring that everything is kept clean - he does not leave a spec of dust. He is friendly, very knowledgeable about everything to do with chimneys and cleaning them. Tony and his colleague were really friendly and easy to get on with right from the start. They wasted no time in ensuring they protected my home in advance of carrying out a full sweep of the large Georgian Fireplace. They ensured that they could confirm as many safety checks as possible and provided advice and recommendations on improving both safety and insulation of the fireplace. These guys are the best and are a really reasonably priced company too. Will definitely be booking them again for the next sweep.

I was so impressed by our chimney sweep service. From booking the appointment by phone all the way through to completion. They arrived on time and we even had a tracker to see exactly when they'd be here. They made no mess and were easygoing and polite. Highly recommend.
