Sweepsmart installed our stove a few years ago and have swept out chimney since. No complaints at all and would happily recommend. V efficient, friendly and reasonably priced.

I have been using sweep smart for a good few years now, to maintain my chimney. They are easy to book in and schedule a convenient time. Keil is friendly and happy to answer any questions, and the work is carried out to a high standard, pictures taken, sweep and smoke test, the fireplace and surrounds left clean after the job. The report supplied goes through the before and after pictures, what has been collected during the sweep and any further advice. Overall great friendly service, easy to organise a visit, highly recommended!

Great experience again with SweepSmart - useful reminder to get the chimney swept and a really good messaging platform. Quick and easy to book, really good communication and totally reliable. Keil was really friendly, came exactly when he said he was, clean, efficient, very happy to have him in our home. We will book again next year.

I have been using Sweep Smart since my chimney sweep of decades of service retired. I didn’t think I would find another company that I liked so much, but I have. Office staff are always friendly and helpful, appointments can be made at a time to suit my working hours, sweep always keeps me updated with arrival times and unfailingly does a great job. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

First time using Sweep smart and having our chimneys swept. We had a pigeon stuck in our chimney, called Sweepsmart in order not to cause further anxiety for the bird, they arranged for someone to come at 7am the following morning. Mason came promptly, located and retrieved the bird within 30min. No injury to bird who was able to fly away. Mason diagnosed where the bird may have come in, provided solutions and swept the chimneys. He was polite and courteous, left our property clean, tested the fireplaces and gave clear reports of before and after the sweep. Very happy with service, will definitely use again.

Booking was easy with confirmation and reminders prior to visit. Mason arrived early in the time slot and completed the work without delay. He explained certain advisory actions following the sweep and left the premises clean and tidy.

Never had our chimney sweep and used the services of Sweep Smart. Booking the appointment, spoke with a very polite and professional young lady. Offered me a date and time of my choice, confirmed the price (£90 incl vat). Text messages sent to remind me of my appointment to the point where I received a text on the day to say what time they would be here. Mason and James attended my home. Two of the politest trades persons I have ever met. They provided me with good advice and were extremely thorough and tidy in their work. Came on time, did what he was paid to do at the price agreed, explained clearly what he’d done, gave me various options for paying, and left the room as he found it, with no trace of soot or dirt visible. He wrote a clear report, with a verbal summary before he left, explaining what work I should consider doing, without any pressure to create urgency.

Tony & his colleague came to remove an old log burner stove. Several unforeseen complications arose on site, making it a bigger job than they had anticipated, but they dealt with it promptly & were able to finish the job on the same day. Fair & transparent pricing, took great care when covering all surfaces & cleaning up after finishing, and sorted it all out professionally and smoothly. Wouldn't hesitate to use again; had a wonderful experience.

Our first time of using Sweepsmart and we're so very pleased we did..... We had a small open fireplace that we no longer wished to use, so needed it to be professionally sealed off to prevent dampness occurring. From the very first phone call to the works completion.... I have been using this company for my annual chimney sweep for some years and they are excellent about letting you know the date, and updating your time slot as the day approaches, and keeping you aprised when they are on their way. They have never left any mess and are always polite. On a previous visit, they spotted that my chimney had void in the back which compromised its efficiency and they filled this with some kind of insulation. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had the steel liner removed, a new cap on the chimney and then a vented panel inserted to block the chimney. Tony and James worked quickly and efficiently and left no mess. Great service and they changed the appointment time to suit us. The charge came in less than quoted as they used some existing parts and the cap was cheaper than a bird guard. Definitely recommend and would use again.

I had a lot of questions before booking, and the team answered them patiently and quickly. My appointment for a standard chimney sweep was scheduled within a couple of weeks.
