The service of this family run business is fantastic. My mums stairlift stopped working and they were out the same day to assess what was wrong. They went through every option available and after choosing the option we wanted they were back the next morning and completed the work to our satisfaction. The fact that they were aware that the stairlift was the only way my mum go upstairs made it a priority to them. We cannot thank them enough for their prompt and courteous service which we have become accustomed to in the many years we have used them.

First contacted to have batteries replaced in dual stairlift. Engineer arrived did a full inspection and advised one of the stairlifts was about to give up. He gave us options and priced for replacement and completed the rest of the work. We ordered new stairlift and were told they would get back to us as quickly as possible - no deposit, no payment for work already completed! This just doesn’t happen these days! When we were contacted again the fitting was seamless and first class. Throughout the whole process we were treated with respect and dignity and given excellent service Cannot recommend these people highly enough

Controls on one side of chair arm not working. Engineers arrived well before estimated arrival time. They were pleasant and sociable, explained and showed me the faulty Part that was causing the problem. I was very pleased with their service and highly recommend Sykes Mobility Specialists.

I can not express how delighted we are with the Sykes Stairlift we had fitted for my mum after a hip replacement operation. She had been wary of going up and down the stairs whilst struggling with arthritis pain in her hip. It was after the operation and using crutches we realised how difficult this would be going forward. I called Sykes on the Monday morning and spoke to a very knowledgeable person who explained the process, the prices and the after service. A lovely engineer came the next day to measure up and answer any questions we had. The stairlift was fitted the next morning, 48 hours after my initial enquiry. The same engineer John, came to fit the stair lift he explained everything clearly and showed my mum how to operate the lift. That evening she was able to go upstairs independently with no worry of falling. Going forward this will help mum be able to live in her home longer and access all areas without the dread of climbing the stairs. I can not recommend Skyes Stairlifts enough for customer service, product knowledge and price. Excellent all round, thank you !
