Tom and Luis saved the day. After a nightmare situation with cowboy builders, and having spoken with Trading Standards I found TJR plumbers aka "The Cavalry". What a breath of fresh air. They were polite, professional, punctual, clean and tidy. They had to remove the floor and sanitary ware and start again as well as making good shoddy and incomplete work. They did so with good humour and without taking a cigarette or tea break !!!!! The completed bathroom is brilliant,very well finished with great attention to detail. Two lovely, friendly and helpful guys. Tom came out to mend a leak within 40 minutes of me calling late one evening. Nothing was too much trouble. I thoroughly recommend them and will certainly use them again should I need anything else doing. Absolutely Trusted Traders!

Initially I called TJR to deal with an emergency plumbing situation (bad water leak in kitchen due to old botched plumbing). Tom arrived within 30mins, sorted the problem quickly without any fuss. Having sorted that I asked if he could supply me with a quote for changing the taps and the plughole/waste on bath in the near future. He offered to do them there and then and did a splendid job overall. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs an emergency plumber or someone who just has some plumbing that needs doing. 10 out of 10

Second time I’ve use TJR and yet again I can’t praise enough. I needed an old broken mains shower removed and replaced. Job turned slightly more complicated than expected due to some botched plumbing (nothing to do with TJR) however Tom requoted a very good price and revised timescale and as usual all work was completed by that time to the usual high standards.

I called 3 plumbers and Tom was the only one that turned up and am I glad the work he has done is fantastic. I would recommend him to any one and his tiler is the best.

This is the 2nd time I have chosen TJR Plumbing and Tiling. The 1st being a downstairs toilet installation 6 years ago. Our bathroom was outdated and well worn, so as I was so impressed the 1st time, I tasked Tom with the job. He met every expectation and him and his Tiler, Luis, worked like Trojans and completed the work quicker than we had hoped. Bathroom transformed, my wife very happy. Excellent standard top to bottom, Complete bathroom sweet, shower, waterproof flooring laid, and wall cabinet/mirror with LED lights, and a new PVC covering the ceiling with the latest low voltage LED lights and extractor fan. They were offered tea/coffee many times but prefer to continue working without a break. I am even more impressed than I was the first time. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any plumbing and tiling work.

Booked Tom and Louis to completely renovate our bathroom, as we had booked the work for when we were away Tom went went way over and above what was expected and dealt with the unfortunately many issues with the supplier enabling us to have a relaxing break! The installation and finish is second to none, the guys are so friendly and easy to deal with....would recommend them in a heartbeat (in fact I already have :-) )

Tom and Luis have now completed two jobs for us, a ground floor cloakroom and a full bathroom refit. We are very happy with the result in both cases. The work was completed to a high standard, on time and to budget. In both cases they suggested and implemented creative solutions to issues that had been concerning us. They were easy to have in the house, were respectful of our property and very thorough in clearing up at the end. We would say they are trustworthy and straightforward - and therefore a pleasure to work with.

The work was carried out in the time arranged and to a very high standard. Everything was left in a clean and tidy state with all rubbish removed. The disruption over the four days was minimal and we would certainly recommend the company.

Had to call in again to fix another leaky pipe in my homes rather dodgy plumbing (hopefully all will be fully re done next year). In the mean time Tom has fixed the problem quickly and without fuss. Excellent value and I really can’t recommend TJR plumbing enough. Thanks for doing a great job.

I had Tom and his team install 2 bathrooms for me, the workmanship was excellent, they left the house tidy every day, true professionals at what they do. I can’t recommend them enough, real friendly team, you will not be disappointed, we love our 2 new bathrooms.

I wish I had found this Trader months ago. Tom fitted the new sink (to replace sink damaged by Decorator) and left everything clean and tidy when he left. I would highly recommend this company.

Complete rip-out of the old bathroom, stripped the timber cladded walls and suspended ceiling. Retiled the walls and floor and fit in a new suite. The work is now finished and is absolutely BRILLIANT. I was consulted with every decision, they were clean and tidied every evening before leaving, dustsheets on the stairs and landing (if you didn't go to the bathroom you wouldn't know they had been!) All in all the work is to a very high standard and the labour cost not unreasonable, which was set out in the (very clear) quote I couldn't recommend Tom and Lou highly enough!Thanks lads job well done! Tom has just completed my bathroom refit and I could not be happier with the finish. Its absolutely beautiful. It's now my favourite room in the house. The tiles are beautiful and I love my new towel radiator. From the first consultation I knew we had the right man for the job, he suggested different things that I didn't think of, like simply moving my taps from one side to the other. Suggesting spotlights in the ceiling which look great, It's just awesome. The quality is top class. I can not recommend him and his team enough. Thank you so much Tom.

Our experience with Tom has been excellent. He is realy good at communication always replying to my emails within a couple of hours and always answers his phone. Tom recommended we buy the bathroom from easy bathrooms and was very pleased with the service there and the discount we got through him. When it came to fit the bathroom Tom and Luis fitted it to a very high standard and were punctual and respectful throughout. There were changes made part way through which Tom accomated for and was able to advise. All in all brilliant company, trustworthy tradesmen. Will use again.

Full replacement of bathroom/en suite/downstairs cloakroom. All work completed within the planned three weeks. We were left with a working toilet and either a shower or bath throughout. The standard of finish is very high and Tom and Lou are a pleasure to have working in the house. Everything was talked through before decisions were made. I would recommend them to anybody.
