Problem with drainage from washing machine. Mr James was thorough and generous with time to identify the likely cause in hose and awkwardly aligned under-sink plumbing. He was able to adjust a hose kink on this first (Friday) visit, then provide quote and return on Monday with necessary materials. The plumbing was replaced/realigned, the old plumbing showing considerable dirt buildup. I have taken a little time to run a number of washes and the machine is operating well (it is a good Miele but quite old and we had discussed the possibility that it was a machine failure). Mr James arrived on time, was friendly, unhurried, checked his work and left the site impeccably clean. I will happily call him for any future plumbing problems. I did not get various quotes on price so cannot comment though first call-out charge seemed standard with no skimp on time.

Tommy saved our Christmas by coming promptly to fix a blocked waste pipe in the late afternoon of Dec 23rd. He didn’t leave until the issue was fully fixed. Fantastic service, 5 stars!
