I knew the work would be done well when John from TLC arrived. On time. Clean and fresh and bright and intelligent. He explained the work needed in every room and how the work would be achieved. I had complete confidence in his Company from the start. The Quote arrived speedily and was very clear. I had my whole two bedroomed flat decorated floor to ceiling. I was dreading the upheaval.. John arrived on time every day. Left with a tidy flat and explanation what he would do the next day. I and my two cats were treated kindly and with respect and I was amazed at the speed and quality of his work. My family are thrilled with the transformation to my home as am I. I cannot speak highly enough of this Company! TLC is aptly named!

Peter and his team were very accommodating from the get go. We had a limited time frame as we're moving house while I am 8 months pregnant. The painting was completed ahead of schedule to a high degree. Couldn't have asked for a better job.

We previously used TLC for decorating work in September 2022 and were so impressed with their work that we used them again for our latest project to decorate a further 4 rooms. In addition to the painting, this also included various fixings/fillings of walls and ceilings and replacing of skirting boards. Peter’s team not only did a very professional job, they were courteous, friendly, helpful and tidy. We intend to use them for a future project and have already recommended them without hesitation to friends and neighbours.

Peter and his team were simply amazing. We had 3 rooms decorated and a lot of work finished off that we never got around to doing. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they definitely went above and beyond. Professional, lovely chaps who did a brilliant job. They even washed down surfaces and vacuumed and washed the floors, when the work was completed. Really can't recommend them enough. Definitely 10/10.

Peter and his team were always professional, courteous, tidy & timely. They painted our exterior of our house and garage and did an excellent job. They were a very friendly bunch of guys. We will definitely be using them again in the near future and would most definitely recommend.

Matt, Jay and Peter recently painted the outside of my house. They turned up every day except when it was raining and the job was completed quickly and to an excellent standard. I would not hesitate recommending this friendly family firm to other people.

Peter came in to rectify a number of fairly minor decorating issues in a new house which has now settled down. We agreed a price and schedule which he met exactly. His work is of the highest standard and he is meticulous in making sure that everything is left as it should be at the end of each day and the end of the job. Peter is a very pleasant man and we found him easy to have around the house and we were happy to leave him alone with the keys if necessary. We have no hesitation in recommending him very highly.

Pete and Matt painted 5 rooms in our house, transforming it into a colourful, happy place to be. Despite them starting a little later than planned (Covid), we were kept informed and had our expectations managed. TLC were tidy, professional, quick, and fairly priced. We will be getting TLC back in the Spring for another job and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Even with issues of staffing due to COVID and other issues, Peter ensured that our job was completed quickly, working long hours to get it done. We are absolutely delighted with all the work completed which has been done to a very high standard. Peter and Matt were both a pleasure to have in the house.

Peter and his team have created a bright, fresh and modern home for us from a tired and slightly grubby property. From the moment he arrived to take a look and prepare an estimate, Peter created confidence, asking the questions about what and how we wanted things done and making lots of notes. He then put himself out to fit in with our timescale and to manage the work in our absence. It was a pleasure to return and find a beautifully painted and finished house, all clean and tidy and even with some old screws replaced in cabinet fittings. I can’t recommend TLC highly enough.

As relative newcomers to Canterbury, we were unsure who to choose to do our external decorating but we were delighted to have chosen TLC decorators to undertake the work. Peter was the first point of contact and he was friendly, courteous and very professional. We received our estimate promptly and after accepting the price, the start date was agreed. Both the start date and price were adhered to. Peter undertook some of the work himself but the bulk of it was undertaken by Dennis and George. These guys were fantastic too. They were exceptionally courteous, friendly, helpful, hardworking and they produced excellent results for us. Within just a few days, the look of the house was transformed. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish and it was a pleasure to have such a great team of people involved in our work. Peter and the boys have just completed their 2nd job at our house. In June they redecorated our living room (high-ceiling), hallway and kitchen. We were so pleased with their work that we had no hesitation in getting TLC in again for a second job to scrape out and refill cracks to the exterior walls before completely repainting the exterior. Matt, Tom, Aiden and Gary carried out the work superbly, always in a friendly way, and Peter popped in during and after the work to make sure everything was progressing well. Peter's prices are very reasonable and TLC stick to the agreed timing for the work, so you know where you are! We would definitely recommend TLC for any decorating project.

Over the past month Peter and his team have transformed two very tired, tatty and nicotine stained rooms. They have worked quickly and cheerfully despite punishing heat and the challenges the job threw up. They will be coming back to work their magic on the hall later in the year. The men from TLC were just brilliant, they were prompt, courteous and amazingly tidy. They decorated an entire flat, and hallway (including glossing all the woodwork) in just under a week. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I cannot recommend Pete & his team strongly enough. His knowledge was a great support in choosing what to do - including the right colour! Our house has been transformed by his professionalism and ability. He is a man who rightly prides himself on his dedication and endeavour. Pete has a delightful manner and sense of humour and at no point was he less than thoughtful, tidy and obliging of our needs. Communication was always clear and straightforward It was a great pleasure to have him around. He organised the scaffolding (by possibly a uniquely courteous team) which was about an unobtrusive as possible and put up and removed rapidly, no waiting around. The work was of the highest quality, was finished faster than we ever thought possible. The quote was spot on and there were no extras and no need for a callback. We shall use him again. But get in early - he is in great demand!

Peter and his team have now completed 3 decorating jobs for us as we continue to update our property. From the outset he has been extremely helpful, courteous and meticulous in meeting both our requirements and schedule, which did have to be changed more than once due to other work we were having done! We first used the TLC team in the Summer of 2019 to paint the exterior of our summer room and garage door and were impressed by their professional approach and expertise.So much so that we have recommended them to friends and family. This is the third time I've used TLC for my painting and decorating needs. This time around, I wanted my three-bedroomed bungalow repainted throughout, including plastering a number of cracks and blemishes that naturally occur over time. Matt, ably assisted by Cameron, is a skilled and dedicated decorator. He was professional and courteous throughout and obviously takes great pride in doing an excellent job. In addition, he and Cameron were always happy to shift furniture without complaint, were polite and tidy, and ensured everything was put back in the right place afterwards. I am delighted with the outcome and the place looks pristine.

TLC Decorating Services have just put the icing on a long project. We started in January to have built a double aspect loft conversion. Matt & Jay worked for over a week from bare plaster to a beautiful personal professional finish. They have transformed our first floor. Pleasant clean and tidy offering colour advice that really worked to leave a stunning finish. All woodwork painted, walls prepared and coloured and the icing two walls beautifully wallpapered. We had a Bedroom refit and contacted Peter after looking online. I have subscribed to Which? for many years so being a Trusted Trader and local was a good reason to contact him. He gave us a very reasonable price quote and said he had had a temporary customer cancellation so he could book our job for the next week,so we said yes please.Superb job done by a great, friendly bunch of guys.
