I contacted James late Thursday and after he had fully explained his rates and given me an estimate, we agreed he would call the following Monday morning. James arrived and replaced the old kitchen taps cleanly and efficiently in the time estimated and at the price quoted.He thoroughly checked his work once completed and was tidy, professional, yet friendly, throughout. I would not hesitate to have James back again.

Needed help with a leaking kitchen tap so looked at the Trusted Traders and contacted Tapmasters. Arranged an appointment to see what needed doing and arrived right on time. James tried to fix the leak but the tap had an unusual barrel so James took measurements, sourced some options and emailed them to us. We chose a replacement tap, which James ordered, and he came to fit it, again a very punctual arrival. Tap fitted and he tidied up so you would not know he had been. Didn't rush to get his money and we could hardly believe how little his bill was. Excellent service from a very capable plumber, who sticks to his appointments, and makes very reasonable charges. He is now our go-to plumber!
