We had the front of our house double glazed and one window in the back. Taylor Glazing were able to match the colour of our window surrounds with buttermilk colour. Quality of the windows is excellent as was the fitting. Bit dusty as you'd expect but fitters cleaned up well. Altogether very very pleased with the work.

We were looking to update our conservatory to a more liveable space and had initially spoken to another supplier but there was a disconnect between their sales team, what they could deliver and what we were after. We felt like we were constantly having to make compromises. This led us to Taylorglaze, where Tony initially worked with us and not only was capable on delivering on what we wanted without having to compromise, he made us feel comfortable with the whole process. A few weeks later the team led by Shaun came to do the work. We quickly felt at ease and trusted them in our home, where they delivered a high quality job converting our glass conservatory from our least favourite room in the house to more like an extension and has become our favourite room in the house. They did take 6 weeks rather than the initially quoted 4 but this was also due to the hot weather and the trust we had with the team did not mean this was a problem. They work with a number of subcontractors too like the plasterer, plumber and electrician to support their work and they were all high quality as well. Where we needed recommendations and other services like a painter or additional services once the work was complete they also supported. I'd highly recommend the team at Taylorglaze!

Tony’s first visit for conservatory survey and price was very relaxed and informative. From the start of the project Steve and team were friendly, professional and tidy builders, James’s and James construction was installed perfectly , they were both very polite, tidy and answered all our questions. The entire process ran like clockwork and was managed by Tony from start to finish. We are very pleased with our conservatory and would always recommend Taylorglaze to everyone.

We used Taylorglaze previously for new windows and back door, and had no hesitation asking them to provide our new front door and crittal-style internal double doors. Every step of the way is how you’d expect service to be, but rarely find. Professional start to finish - from the initial consultation through to the fitting and making good where necessary. The quality and workmanship of the products are top-notch, and the price came in a little under what we’d expected, so we couldn’t be more pleased. The whole team at Taylorglaze are great!

Taylorglaze built me a new conservatory and did a terrific job. The job took place with minimum disruption and took less than two weeks from start to finish. There was a small remedial task which was attended quickly attended to. The conservatory looks superb and I'm very happy to recommend this company.

Daniel and the team were excellent. We took out time deciding on what we wanted, but at no point felt pressured and the advice given to us by Daniel was first rate. We are so happy with out windows and doors and doors and the quality of the work is outstanding. We had two minor issues with glass, but the units were replaced promptly and with no hassle and we weren't expected to settle final payment until all work was carried out to our satisfaction. I can't speak highly enough of the fitters, James and James, they were so friendly and tidy, and always happy to explain things and make minor changes to ensure we were happy with everything. I would recommend Taylorglaze to anyone looking to change their windows and doors. 10/10, no notes.

I bought doors and a window for my rear extension. The installation went smoothly. We couldn't have exactly what we wanted but the communication was clear. After installation, we had a small problem. Although it was out of hours, I had a call within two minutes from Daniel. The problem was sorted that evening. Excellent service.

Tony, Shaun and the team carried out a total conservatory refurb for me. All new windows (huge and simply beautiful) and doors installed. Tiled roof with 2 windows to increase light in my house and it looks amazing! I genuinely couldn't be more pleased - it is now a full extension that can be used all year round. Tony rang regularly to check that I was happy with how everything was going. The guys all worked hard and were respectful of me and my property and the site was left clean and tidy every day. What else can I say??

I can’t rate Daniel and the team highly enough. Daniel went above and beyond to ensure the window design was compliant with property management regulations on replacement windows. Communication was excellent. The windows are stunning. They are PVC, but you would never know from the high-end finish. The price was reasonable. I would highly recommend!

We had 2 days of Taylor glaze changing our windows and it was no trouble at all. They protected and covered the garden furniture that we hadn’t thought about and cleared up the patio straight after, so we could carry on using it if need be. The guys worked hard and completed all of upstairs then did our kitchen window on the 2nd day. They were very good with my daughter who was interested in what they were doing. Once finished they cleaned up after themselves and cleared the driveway and left no sign they had been apart from amazing, clean brand new windows. Thank you to the 2 James and also Danny for clear instructions on what to do before they arrived. Lovely job.

Taylorglaze converted our garage into a bright morning room. They also replaced a couple of windows and fitted new soffits, fascia & gutters. The work was carried out from mid-April to mid May. From the first appointment, the impression we received was one of helplessness and timeliness, which continued throughout the period that work was scheduled. Any issues that arose were handled promptly and efficiently. A fair-minded company that delivered according to agreement and budget. Any overestimation was refunded without fuss.

Earlier this year (2025), we recently completed a ground floor extension to our home and are absolutely delighted with the outcome, thanks to the exceptional work carried out by TaylorGlaze. As the build progressed, from bricklayers, foundation layers and plasterers all produced high-quality and professional results. TaylorGlaze worked strictly to the plans we submitted to the Local Authority, ensuring that the extension complied with all necessary regulations. At no point did we feel that shortcuts were needed or that standards were compromised. There were no unnecessary delays between phases, and all work was completed within the agreed timeframe. The project, start to finish, took around 4 months. Daniel made every effort to help me to understand the choices and choose the windows I needed to fit my property. He was patient and understanding and focused on managing the particular fitting issues at my property. The guys who came to fit were personable and careful - the windows look great. I was advised there would be 'making good' and decorating afterwards - this did allow me to get the fit very solid, secure and draft free.

From the initial meeting with Tony, to the survey and the completed project it was a pleasure to have TaylorGlaze complete the work. The price was extremely competitive but more importantly my initial meeting with Tony gave me the confidence this was a company I could trust. The work was completed by and they worked extremely hard every day. I was kept up to date with progress by Shaun and the finished conservatory looks exceptional. Over the last year, Taylorglaze have installed new five windows and a back door. These were all done as mock timber and included one large sash window and two bay sash windows. All are double glazed. We are delighted with the finished products and installation! Windows: - The mock timber is high quality and definitely looks more like timber than any other material, even up close. - The bay windows look lovely and maintain the traditional Victorian terrace look. - Framing around the windows has been done with quality timber and makes a feature of the windows. - All fixtures and fittings are both attractive and robust. Installation: - All of it was done on schedule. - Although this was a big job and lasted for five days in total, disruption was nowhere near as bad as we expected and we could operate during the day and relax in our usual ways in the evening. - Where there was cracking to the plaster, concrete etc, this was repaired fully. - The installers were on time, polite, worked hard non-stop at a really quick pace, took pride in cleaning up all mess each day and adapted around us when required. They could not have been better! Communication: - Plans were explained clearly in advance and then stuck to. - Issues were flagged up quickly and then resolved as we agreed. - Messages were responded to promptly. Overall, a fantastic company who take pride in what they do and have professional and lovely guys working for them!

We had several quotes from a selection of glaziers and found Taylorglaze to be the most informative and honest in their estimate. There was no haggling or pressure selling that others resorted to. And once we'd done our research and visited other homes which had used Taylorglaze (a list of addresses supplied with confidence from them) we were satisfied that we'd made the right decision. Both the window fitters were brilliant and did a great job. There was no mess to speak of after they had finished. We would absolutely recommend Taylorglaze.

We were highly recommended Taylorglaze (who fitted our Masterframe windows) by our neighbours and found them to be very friendly, clear and professional. Daniel was our consultant and visited us to make sense of what we wanted, we didn't really know ourselves, we liked our next door neighbours windows and wanted the same. We discussed all the points and we could see from the website, brochures and a window Daniel brought in. We were well informed and felt we knew exactly what would happen during the 3 day fitting of 5 windows. A slight curve ball when we had to change the date and they were very understanding and accommodating. The guys who fitted them were fantastic the 2 James. Nicest guys to have and they were very considerate and we were amazed as were expecting a lot more damage to surrounding walls and wallpaper and much more mess. Thank you we love the new windows and know that they will last us as they are high quality and expertly fitted.

Replaced most of the windows over three days on schedule and at a very good price. From initial quote to completion we were kept fully informed and all questions were answered quickly and clearly. The installation team were friendly and very efficient and completed the work with a minimum of fuss and disruption. At the end of each day, the work area was left clean and tidy. This was our second big job with this company - they replaced a conservatory roof before this - and they worked to the highest standards on both projects. There may be other companies as good. I doubt there are any better.

We had a conservatory built and completed 18th November by Taylorglaze. We chose this company based on the chats we had on the phone and face to face with Tony Cass. The work was completely professionally by groups of such friendly workmen. It was a joy to have each team arrive on time. They completed everything to a level of 100° efficiency. I was kept up to date with everything that was being done. Each day after the days work the team would completely clean up and advise what was happening the following day. The whole company and staff are brilliant.
