Have just had the work completed on my cottage - 15 sash windows, and could not be more pleased!The whole service from start to finish has been exceptional. There was no heavy sales pressure at all from Dan ,just helpful advice about options and answers to my questions.The quote came within a few days and the work began on the agreed date and finished on time.The quality and Finish on the windows is excellent and they look amazing! The “stars of the show” were the 2 fitters,James and James who were exceptional in every way.They were very professional in their approach ,worked as a team like a “ well oiled machine”and clearly took real pride in their trade.They disposed of all the debris from the old windows at the end of each day, leaving everywhere spotless.Shutters from my old windows were replaced perfectly,with great effort on their part to ensure they fitted onto the new frames. They really did “go the extra mile” - Thank you

I was very impressed with the work that Taylorglaze provides. They have been contracted to change all windows on our house, UPVS sash in the front and UPVC in the back including garden door. From the start I had excellent communication, I was able to see window samples and could ask every question (and believe me there were a lot of them). I got very clear explanation of the process of installation and during the works I got calls with the main office asking whether I have any comments/needs during works to be acted on immediately. Thay also went above and beyond to satify my request of having a pet door installed. The installers were very polite and neat, generally a really good experience.

We were contacted by Tony Cass from Taylor Glaze, after making enquiries about changing the roof on our conservatory. We were impressed from the off how professional he came across, explaining what the whole process would entail which put us at ease as we had never had this kind of work done before. We contacted Taylor Glaze in the December of 2023 for work to commence on the 2nd of April. James and James who installed the roof were brilliant dealing with some challenging weather as you can expect in April, very likeable guys. The work was carried out to a high standard and in a short time frame. We were impressed on how the job was kept moving once the roof was on the Plasterer came within days and Dermot done a top job and the electrician once the plaster had dried. We would have no hesitation on recommending Taylor Glaze to any one a very professional company 5 stars thank you!

From start to finish the build has been nothing but professional with Tony on hand to help and offer advise on any minor details or questioning from ourselves. This is in fact the third time we have used Taylor over a period of 12 to 14 years, the windows installed in 2011 are still in excellent condition. We then had them install a rear access door in about 2014 again still in perfect condition so we recently invited them back to replace the front door and adjacent window, which was completed on the 8th. April 2024. The contact with Daniel was very good he provided price and full information in good time. It was also necessary to match the new adjacent 'Stained Glass' window with that which was installed on their first visit back in 2011, Daniel helped greatly with this. The installation team of two fitters arrived on time and carried out the installation works in a professional manner, were clean and tidy and a credit to themselves. A Job well done!

We decided to approach Taylorglaze for a quote as we wanted to support a local business. Having had previous bad experiences with builders we were very cautious about even contemplating doing any minor work, let alone a large extension. However from our initial meeting with Tony through to the end of our project we felt that we were in safe hands. We had our old conservatory taken down and a new orangery extension built in its place plus a patio. We also had 3 new windows as well as new external and internal kitchen doors fitted. We were very impressed with the care they took with our property, covering over our driveway, protecting our entrance hall, which was the only point of entry for them to get through and respecting our home. All the members of the Taylorglaze team were friendly and polite. The build progressed well and Shaun and his team were always approachable and contactable via our little WhatsApp group we set up, should we have a concern about anything. We felt that as the customer we were always listened to and put first. We are very happy with the final build, the standard of work is excellent and we are so glad that we put our faith in Taylorglaze to do the job for us. The fact that Taylorglaze have been around for over 20 years speaks for itself, they have been successful for that length of time because they are professional and put the customer first. My second time using Taylorglaze. After receiving such excellent service the first time there was no question that I wouldn’t be using them again. I have found Daniel and his company to be very helpful, reliable and trustworthy. The price is very reasonable for the quality of product. The fitters are efficient, tidy and respectful. I am very pleased with my new kitchen window and back door and have already noticed a difference in the temperature of the room. I would highly recommend Taylorglaze and their products.

We had our windows and doors replaced by Taylor Glaze. They did a lovely job; the new door has really elevated our home's appearance, and everything has made our home warmer and we now can't hear any street/train noise. The customer service was great and friendly. We also found the price to be very fair and good value, and the quote was free of the pushy sales tactics others in the industry use. Very happy we went with them!
