From quote to installation Taylorglaze were absolutely superb. The customer service was first class from Dan to the surveyor as well as the admin team. The installation team ( Dave and team ) were brilliant I could not recommend them enough, they were real craftsmen and also the most tidiest workmen ever!!. Overall would have to give Taylorglaze a massive 5 out of 5. For everything.

We needed six windows - 4 sash and 2 casement - and didn't have a clue where to start. After hours of research and many meetings with national & local suppliers, including a couple of ghostings when we asked questions, we stumbled on Taylor Glaze (TG). And what a gem of a find TG has been. We can't recommend them enough. From the first interaction with Daniel and ongoing communication, we couldn't fault the open lines of communication. Daniel was always on the ball, patient with our many questions, and gave us great guidance on avoiding sash windows in the bathroom and kitchen area and sticking with the original casement style. Now the job is complete, we can see how right he was! The team that did the job (Dave & Jake) were absolutely wonderful too. Punctual, courteous and looked after the space they were working within. They finished the job within the timeframe Daniel had specified. From placing the order and the guidance Daniel gave on the timing of our installation, TG delivered everything as promised. There was no messing around. The quality of the windows are exceptional, especially the sash windows. Our neighbours have been admiring them. Unfortunately, one of the window buttons broke post-installation testing. TG called the manufacturer immediately to come and repair asap. We got a call back from the manufacturer on the same day. If you're a window novice and haven't got a clue where to start, know that you'll be in good hands with Daniel & the TG team.

Taylorglaze fitted sash windows to 4 large bays plus a smaller window. I have used Taylorglaze before and so was confident of quality work and a reasonable price. Daniel, the salesman, couldn't have been more helpful and James and James, the fitters, were professional, friendly and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would use them again.

I live in Swansea. I trusted this trader to work with me long distance to replace windows and patio doors at my daughters house in Hither Green. Daniel, the estimator and the founder's son in law, could not have been more helpful. He liaised with both of us assiduously. His specification and price were good. Our preference for over-sized doors did not phase him. The fitters arrived on the agreed date,, encountering unexpected problems with the build quality of the house. They overcame them with patience, careful thought and care. They could not have been more helpful. If only all traders would rise to these standards. Talylorglaze excelled. We have used Taylorglaze before, and they are a first-class outfit. Daniel, the salesman, worked out exactly what we needed and the price was very reasonable. The guy that does the measuring is very impressive. If he doesn’t get the measurements exactly right, the fitters will struggle. He got it spot on. The fitters, James and James, are also excellent craftsmen - very user-friendly and efficient. They completed a big job in less than a day and a half. All in all, I would highly recommend Taylorglaze.

After having used Taylorglaze 10 years ago for 3 huge sash windows at the front, I ordered them the 2 sash at the back in confidence. Daniel was available quickly to come on site and quoted the work within 48h. The technical survey was done promptly. The work was scheduled to accommodate my planning and was well executed. The team came on site early in the morning as announced. They are respectful of the property. They clean the debris. They pay attention to the finishing details. They say what they do and they do what they say. The after-sale is reliable too. There was a tiny issue with one of the front windows installed 10 years ago on the 9th year of the warranty: it got solved efficiently by a team coming on site and fixing the issue within 45 minutes at no cost. Can highly recommend.

I had the windows replaced in my flat. The overall process has been quick and smooth. I enquired online and a few days later I got a call back to book an appointment. Daniel visited the property and answered any questions I had, there was no ‘sales talking’ just very straight to the point, which I really appreciated. He also brought with him a sample of window to show me. After that, a quote was provided, which was in line with the market. After I decided to go ahead, they waited until I got the permissions from the freeholder before taking the deposit. After I paid the deposit, they quickly booked a surveyor on the day I requested. The surveyor arrived perfectly on time and two weeks later they already booked for the installation, in line with the timeframe that I had proposed. The installation lasted half day and the guys were very polite and tried to be less intrusive as possible. I requested a minor fix after the installation, which was accommodated immediately. The FENSA certificate arrived 7 weeks later the settlement of the invoice. Overall I am satisfied with the experience and the quality of the windows.

The whole team at Taylorglaze were so knowledgeable and helpful. We had our conservatory roof replaced and we could not have asked for a better service. Great communication from start to finish, with professional, tidy and smooth installation. The finished product is great, we wish we had done it sooner! Daniel came on time explained everything gave me an excellent price. Fitters came and completed a wonderful job. The fitters were punctual neat and tidy. A minimum mess which they cleared away. An absolutely excellent service. This company also did work in both mine and my daughter's house two years ago with the same fitters. Excellent workmanship.

This is the third occasion when we have used Taylorglaze, twice for replacement windows and once for a conservatory repair. All three jobs were very well done with no issues. The first job was replacement windows and doors in our Woodford Green house about 20 years ago. These windows still look good today. Recently we moved to South Cambridgeshire where we Taylorglaze replaced the windows and doors there. Again the job was done to a high standard and has made the house a good deal warmer and less drafty. Overall we would recommend Taylorglaze without hesitation

This is the second time I’ve used Taylorglaze. I first came across them when looking to replace the windows in my mums house. We got three quotes that time and they came out in the middle but what swung it for them was the level of detail they provided, the patient reassurance they provided when I had lots of questions and the non pushy approach that Daniel had. He is a real pleasure to work with. The installation was smooth and considerately done. There was hardly any mess afterwards as the guys did such a good job of cleaning up each day. So when I moved into a new property that needed new windows I contacted Taylorglaze again to see if they could do our property. Our property is in a conservation area and we wanted windows that didn’t seem out of place with neighbours. We had tons of questions and again Daniel patiently answered them all and worked to try and get us every reassurance he could. Even arranging for us to visit the Masterframe factory so we could compare different options. The installation was sensitively carried out, the guys took care and time so that tiles in our kitchen and bathroom were preserved and not damaged where they came close to window frame. They kept us updated regularly through the days on how the installation was going and meticulously cleaned the windows and the rooms so everything was neat and tidy at the end of each day. Really a premium company at a reasonable price.

Taylorglaze installed new front windows including a bay window. The fitting team carried out the work in challenging weather conditions (rain, sleet, wind!). The products are excellent quality and Daniel and his team are a pleasure to work with. Daniel is very good at talking through all options and making suggestions. Daniel was great to deal with, providing a clear sales process and helping us find the right doors and windows. Dave and his team who came to install were friendly and knowledgeable, and despite encountering quite a lot of complications with our property with how previous windows had been installed, worked long hours and went out of their way to get it completed, including doing additional work to make some small repairs they found to previous issues. The service afterwards was good as well, following up in detail, and coming back promptly to remedy to small couple of bits of snagging we found. They were competitively and transparently priced compared to other traders, and have provided a great quality final product.

I contacted TaylorGlaze with regards to windows for our loft extension. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They even recommended a good builder, who also did an amazing job. In the end we had our new black matt aluminium flush windows and sliding doors, as well as replacement for our first floor windows all done by TaylorGlaze and we're really pleased with the result! I wanted to customise the style further and give a nod to the house's past by adding bronze monkeytail handles, which was all doable. I love when a company is open for customisation and individual style requests. Everyone who comes to visit admire our windows! We are now in the process of more work on the house and wouldn't look anywhere else for new windows!

We were recommended Taylor glaze by a friend and we are so happy that we chose them to carry our work. We had a loft extension which included a bedroom, walk in wardrobe, study and bathroom. And then a rear extension across the back with two rooms, one part of the existing living space and then a utility room as well. The standard of workmanship was really good and we are really pleased with the finished result and would recommend Taylor glaze.

I selected TaylorGlaze as they had fitted uPVS Sash windows into a neighbours property, which I couldn't tell apart from timber windows. The quoting and measuring up service was friendly and efficient, and the fitted windows are beyond my expectations. As our property is an old terraced period house, it has its quirks but the fitters produced a superb finish that improves the rooms inside and the external appearance of the house as well. Delighted with the finished result. A stressfree, reliable, friendly service installed on the agreed day at a good price. Highly recommended. I have more windows that need replacing and will look to TaylorGlaze again withoiut doubt.

From meeting with Daniel to discuss and choose my options to the fitting it has been a smooth and trouble free experience. A very professional company in my opinion. My windows and door were fitted by Dave and Ryan. Both exceptionally hard workers who were clean in their work, tidy and respectful of my property.
