At Taylormade we cover all aspects of plumbing, heating and associated works. It is our promise to deliver quality and efficiency to home owners, landlords, small and medium sized businesses in London and the surrounding areas.

Taylormade have been in operation for fifteen years and all our engineers are Gas Safe registered. Taylormade provide plumbing, heating and general maintenance services to many estate agents, independently along with private customers.

We ensure everything runs smoothly and are responsible for everything from booking a job, advising customers in times of an emergency and providing quotes.

Customer satisfaction is a big part of our service and we always strive to achieve this wherever we are working.

All work can be confirmed and booked at a time suitable to the customer. Our services are available 24 hours a day.

My kitchen mixer tap started leaking and I knew I needed a replacement. A quick call to Sophie in the office and she arranged for one of the plumbers to visit the following afternoon within a 2-hour time slot. Ryan arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgable. He recommended replacement with a Bristan tap as it was similar in design to the original. Sophie emailed me a quote the following day and a date & time was agreed for the work to be carried out the following week. Ryan fitted the new tap on the agreed afternoon and also fitted isolation valves to make future maintenance easier. He also needed to fit a new isolation valve in the bathroom as this started leaking after being turned off. The invoice was as quoted plus the cost of the new gate valve but I was not charged any additional labour. TaylorMade are just very professional. Their labour charges are outlined on their website and you can always speak to someone in the office. It's reassuring to know that they are only a phone call away.

I had a blocked sink with a smelly washing machine and a possibly leaky pipe underneath the sink. I desperately needed an emergency plumber. I called TaylorMade Plumbing and Heating Services. They responded nicely and quickly. George did a brilliant job. I thought I would need a new pipe but he said the pipe was fine and didn’t change it. Instead, he showed me how to change top part of the pipe when necessary. He was very efficient and reliable. He answered all my questions nicely. He gave me some useful advice relating to a pipe and a blockage and also helped me to locate water stopcocks, all free of charge. He was very polite and helpful. Thank you, George! Definitely, I can highly recommend TaylorMade Plumbing and Heating Services.

Max carried out our latest boiler service and installed a new kitchen sink in Bognor Regis. For over 10 years he has dealt with all types of plumbing & heating at our properties ranging from Twickenham, Teddington, Southampton and along the south coast. All the work has been carried out to a very high standard and to the agreed schedule and budget. Max and his team are professional and pleasant, and tidy up afterwards. I particularly like his system for checking later that all has been finished satisfactorily. Max and his team always carry out their work diligently, efficiently and safely, taking special care in the recent covid times. I have no hesitation to recommending this firm for plumbing & heating work.

Great work and prompt
I had a Boiler emergency and it was so good to have Max come out almost immediately to attend to the issue. The service in terms of installing a new Boiler was so prompt and workmanship of good quality. Max and his team were polite and courteous. They also ensured that the work was carried out with minimum disruption. I am very pleased. I would definitely continue to use them for all repairs related to heating and plumbing in my house. I would also recommend them highly.

Max and his team were very helpful and solved our problem by installing a new boiler. This was complete in just a few days. All other workers we had previously made a mess but Max and team cleaned up after themselves and explained things along the way. Will be taking on a separate job with them in the near future. Fully recommend for their quick, safe and tidy work. Flexible with times was helpful.

I arranged for this company to service my mother's boiler. She is 84, deaf and lives 70 miles from me. In the past she has found that the engineers are more interested in selling her a new boiler than servicing hers properly, and has felt quite intimidated by them. Taylor Made not only gave her boiler a thorough service, but reassured her that there were no issues with her boiler for her to worry about. They arrived on time and made no mess. They charged exactly what they had estimated. They also kept me informed about the job. My mother has now decided that she will use them for all her heating & plumbing needs. Well done Taylor Made!

I was trying to do some maintenance on a shower valve and got into trouble. Billy was there in a very short time and managed to somehow squeeze under the bath and replace some valves. Cheerful helpful tidy and reasonable. He also talked me through a boiler re-set problem. Highly recommended!

As a landlord I have British Gas cover, when the hot water failed I called them out. After two attempts to fix it, they declared the boiler too old and beyond repair. They quoted for a replacement, but could not carry out the work for three weeks. With the hot water already having been off for too long, I called Taylormade. They came out the same day and quoted, beating the British Gas price like for like and said they would complete the work on a day of my choosing. They came the chosen day and completed all the work before the tenants returned from work. Everything worked first time with no issues and has been working with no issues for a month now. The tenants are happy and what could have been a drawn out stressful problem for myself, has instead been fix quickly and professionally.
