Tim and his team came to the rescue and fixed the heating system in our Church back in December 2024. Communications were clear and all questions promptly answered - moreover, TDC turned up exactly when they said they would. Highly recommended.

Had to replace dripping bath tap with shower attachment. Plumbers arrived on time and had to remove tiled bath panel to get access, which they did cleanly and without cracking the tiles. Tap replaced and panel put back with minimum of fuss. Altogether an excellent job done quickly and efficiently.

Tim and his team have done a superb job installing a new Vaillant boiler and Telford cylinder at our newly purchased house. Tim has been a pleasure to work with from the very beginning of our interactions, being highly professional, incredibly responsive & patient with our numerous questions, and very kind in accommodating frustrating last-minute changes to our plans caused by our builders. During the initial site visit, he even kindly assisted with getting our ancient boiler temporarily restarted before the new one could be installed. We've very much appreciated his knowledge and advice throughout the process, with us knowing so little about the world of plumbing and heating. Tim and team from TDC converted my old gravity fed CH System to a new Combi Boiler last week. Manged to configure the pipes etc as requested so the boiler fitted the kichen cupboard and my existing fitted kitchen was not affected and pipes well hidden. Effectively done over 2 days and managed to include a couple of late changes I identified, took away all the old tanks etc. A good job well done to budget.
