I had a minor leak on one of my radiators which was beginning to wet the carpet. I contacted TDC at 5pm and they arranged for a plumber to attend first thing the next morning. He arrived on time and fitted a new valve very quickly. Great service and a reasonable price.

Used TDC a few times and will continue to use them - I have recommended TDC to other people. They are always prompt, courteous, good at what they do and reasonably priced.

TDC Plumbing team converted my regular boiler to combi boiler. Absolutely professional team where Tim (the owner) was prompt and patient in answering all our questions, the team came on time and completed the work as per the committed schedule and budget. Tim myself monitored the installation to ensure it was done correctly. They did power flushing and aired all the radiators. After the installation , they were helpful to answer any questions on the operation of the combi boiler. I highly recommend TDC plumbing and the boiler installation is in safe pair of team.

I cannot fault these guys. They always do a great job without fuss or drama and always at a reasonable price. I use them every year for Gas Safety Certificates but this year they detected a leak stemming from an old hob. They sent photos illustrating the readings on the meter that detected the leak, informed me what needed doing then installed the new hob I bought to replace the old one. Efficient, effective and trustworthy.

If you're looking for a trust worthy plumber, look no further, you've arrived in the best possible place. TDC already have an excellent reputation, having worked with many of our neighbours. In our case, our boiler broke, just before Christmas, 2022 and TDC were able to sort a replacement at very short notice, just before the big freeze came. We dealt direct with the owner, Tim, who was excellent and gave a good price despite the short notice. The team who carried out the installation, Harry and Alfie, were excellent, and good fun characters. The installation was a year ago and we have enjoyed a trouble free year of warmth and hot water. TDC have also resolved a number of plumbing problems we had during the last year, so we can't praise them enough really. Top class ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What an excellent company. One that you rarely find these days! We needed a replacement boiler and contacted a number of companies for a quote. Tim came back and patiently explained the types that were available – combi, regular, and system their advantages and disadvantages. We went through a number weeks going back and forth with different options and during this time were thoroughly impressed with Tim’s professionalism, courtesy and forbearance as we struggled to understand and reach a conclusion on the type of heating system we required, both now and for future-proofing. In the end, we settled for a conventional boiler with a shower pump, but were given a number of options. Tim’s pricing was competitive and we discarded other companies’ quotes, one of which who said that we would have to have new water pipes from the mains to the house for our boiler!! The installation proceeded without a hitch and all were installed with care and attention and dust sheets being laid down, clearing up at the end of the day. A special shout out to Gil, who was friendly, relaxed and real card! A few weeks after the installation, we had an issue with the radiators and their balancing. A swift call to Tim bought an equally swift response and one of his team came around and solved the problem. What a great find Tim and TDC Plumbing and Heating are. Tim and his team always do great work for us. They come on the scheduled day and do the work requested- reliable and excellent- I would recommend.

I am extremely satisfied with the service we received. James and James were outstanding. They installed five column radiators in our house, including some additional pipework. James answered all of our questions diligently and patiently. Not only was the actual service beyond our expectations, but their communication was also excellent. They were responsive, timely, and provided great value. I would recommend their services without hesitation and have already requested additional quotes myself.

At the end of June my 15-year-old combi-boiler finally gave up. I phoned Tim for some help and he sent a colleague around to assess the situation. Tim quickly followed this up with a detailed quote for a replacement boiler, one of Which Magazine's "Best Buys", the Vaillant ecoFIT Pure Combi, controlled by a Hive Thermostat Mini (another Which Best Buy!). He added on an Advance Boiler Filter, an Electrolytic Scale Inhibitor and a Water Pressure Shock Arrestor - things I wish I had had installed years ago! I asked him to add on a Hive Smart TRV on one of the radiators to try it out. The installation was completed professionally and efficiently in less than a day. I was so impressed I've now bought further TRVs and also replaced all of the light bulbs with Hive smart bulbs. I can now walk around the house, or anywhere in the world (using the internet), and ask Alexa to adjust the heating and lighting! I can highly recommend this company!

TDC Plumbing & Heating fitted a new Vaillant ecoTEC plus 832 on 15/03/22. The work was carried out efficiently and without any disturbance to us. The old boiler was taken away by the fitter. The agreed price was not altered. We were so pleased with this work that we readily agreed to have it serviced once a year and cancelled our usual service provider. The service took place on 25/02/2023 . Once again the fitter was on time and did a thorough service including our radstats on all our radiators, and then issuing us with a Service Completion Certificate. I have been using TDC Plumbing & Heating Services since 2020 and they have carried out and completed a number of jobs including boiler services to a very good standard. Timothy Colaco who owns the company has a great knowledge and skill set that we have been most impressed with. In September 2020 Tim and his colleagues replaced our shower and were able to find and fit a bespoke shower screen.

Very impressed with the attention to detail on rehanging a radiator that had been accidentally yanked off the wall. Neat pipework made it good as new.

Tim has been providing plumbing services for me for the last 3 years. He services our boiler and megaflow, he has installed a new Hive system, he has installed a water softening system and repaired a few leaks in our home. Every time he gets the job done efficiently and never leaves the place in a mess. He is also really friendly and will happily respond on WhatsApp to help me if there's something I can solve myself. Overall, I recommend Tim unreservedly.

James and Alfie arrived on time, and spent the day removing the old boiler and installing the new one. They did a fantastic job, considering many of the old pipes had to be repositioned, which added to the work load. Once the boiler was in place and tested, they demonstrated the Hive app, cleaned up and left. So very happy with their work, have used TDC for many years for a variety of plumbing jobs, and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

TDC did an excellent job replacing our boiler and hot water cylinder. It was a tricky job as a larger gas pipe was needed and our home had had an upstairs extension put on since the old boiler was installed. They spent time (at our request) lifting upstairs floorboards seeing whether it was possible to run the new pipe through the old course, however due to the way the extension was done it was not. They then re-routed the pipe under the downstairs flooring. All work was done to a high standard, the area was kept clean and they were courteous and helpful throughout. They now come and service the boiler. I would highly recommend them.

Our gas was switched off due to a faulty kitchen hob which meant all our gas related items had to be switched off. Tim was able to help check and fix this issue very quickly and even helped to replace our fault kitchen hob. This was our first time using TDC and have asked the TDC team to help once more with a water tank issue a few months later. Great service and a pleasure to deal with. I definitely recommend TDC to customers who need help with their plumbing. Thank you for your help.

Tim and his team recently completed a full refit of my en-suite bathroom which was leaking and looking very tired. In addition, they also fixed a number of other plumbing problems in the house including a new downstairs shower system, tap, and investigated and fixed an on-going leak. Tim and all the team who worked on the jobs, from plumbers, decorators to tilers were always extremely professional, tidy and more importantly were on-site when scheduled. The en-suite did take a little longer to complete than originally expected but this was due to managing extremely busy tradesmen during the summer for their individual elements of the project but Tim always communicated clearly what was going on. There was a list of snags to sort at the end of the project, but these were all done without question. I am extremely pleased with the end result, and would not hesitate to recommend Tim for large or small projects alike. He is now my go to for any plumbing needs.

I have used Tim and his team over the last three years and have found them to be extremely good, professional, honest, trustworthy and tidy. They fitted out a guest WC, shower room, en-suite, kitchen, a central heating / under floor heating installation and just recently fitted an accumulator to provide additional mains water pressure.
