We first used this company in December 2021 to change the thermostat in our shower and were impressed with Tim’s quick response and workmanship. He also installed a new boiler in the kitchen in May in the same professional and friendly manner. We’ve called upon Tim and his team several times since and have more work booked in. We’ve always experienced a prompt, professional and friendly service always keeping us in the loop and finding time to explain any queries we may have. Tony and his team fitted two new boilers and replaced a dishwasher waste pipe. We found then to be extremely competent, easily contactable and equally responsive. Located TDC through this website – I was looking for a local, reliable plumber to replace our 30-year-old boiler. Tim and his team fitted a water softener for us and did other plumbing works. The service and work were excellent. We have used TDC Plumbing and Heating several times before and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Have had problems with my bath taps and overhead shower for some time now to the point where we just never used them. Our fifty year old gas boiler finally stopped working and we had no central heating. Tim from TDC Plumbing and Heating responded promptly to our enquiry for assistance. He visited the same day and quoted for the work. We were happy to accept and the work was carried out as soon as he could fit us in. The installation took two days and we were happy with all the care that was taken whilst the heating engineers were on our property. Everything was left neat and tidy when the job was completed and I would not hesitate to recommend this firm who were efficient and well organised.

Having had very bad experiences with plumbers in the past, I was looking for a reliable and trustworthy company and so a friend recommended TDC plumbing. I contacted them and the minute I met Tim and his team, I could see they were experts in their field; they were very knowledgeable and very professional and so we hired them to fit the entire bathroom. During the build, we had some delays with the furniture and the builders but Tim and his team always helped to work around the changing schedules of the deliveries and the builders. When attending site, they were very punctual and clean and it was a pleasure to work with them. After the bathroom install, TDC Plumbing is our go to local plumbing company. And every time I contact them I am amazed by their prompt response. Even if they’re busy, they are always able to accommodate the time to come and help. This is a company that actually cares about the customer!

Fantastic experience from Tim and his team. They were professional, reliable and came up with solutions! They made time for us in their diary and solved things quickly. I first used Tim of TDC to sort out a leakage of water that was permeating the ceiling of our garage. He identified it as a bathroom toilet that had been badly fitted and was leaking water in two areas. I had noticed in the past that the skirting board was opening up and had been told previously that it was a leak from the shower, but that was incorrect. Since that time I have called on Tim for many other jobs. He was the only plumber to identify why I was getting poor water flow in some of the basin taps and yet others were fine. I would call him a 'plumbing detective', because he always finds the source of any issue. His hourly rate may be higher than some, but because he identifies the problem first, rather than as some do, guessing what the problem is, he does not waste your time and money. Furthermore, if you need a bigger job done, ie a new bathroom, he will provide you with a fixed quote. I have also used Tim in our business warehouse and for my in-laws' toilet. He is polite, on time, exceptionally competent and a clean and tidy operator. I would recommend him highly.

TDC installed a new boiler for us. He arrived when he said he would and completed the work in the timescale and on budget. Later on there was a problem with the gas supply to the boiler. TDC came over straight away and identified that it was the pressure from the street supply. He waited from the gas supplier engineer to arrive and fix the problem to ensure everything was working properly. I would recommend TDC if you are looking for any plumbing work to be done. He provides a very friendly and professional service.

I am responsible for the maintenance of a community building and have used TDC quite a few times. I have always found them responsive, professional and friendly. They have done a variety of jobs for me including installing a boiler and a water heater, and repaired various leaking pipes and taps. Their work has always been high quality and at a reasonable cost. Definitely recommended.

TDC asked us to leave a review on his website if we liked his services. Our response: They annually services our central heating boiler and has done various plumbing jobs on our kitchen taps etc. and we expect to continue with his services. He replaced a faulty mixer tap which, due to its inherent design fault, kept wobbling. He researched the websites until he found a stabiliser and returned to fit it, to our full satisfaction. He is very polite and eager to help. In sum, we would use him whenever the occasion arose. He likes to finish a job to our satisfaction.

TDC provide annual servicing of my combi boiler. Tim is great, he has been professional, reliable and trustworthy and I would definitely recommend.

We have used TDC for a number of years. They provide first-class and very efficient workmanship at very competitive prices. They have always considered our needs and priorities when attending premises and work tidily and neatly. In an emergency, they have gone "the extra mile" to get the work done quickly and because of all of the above would not consider using anyone else.

Hadn't used before, chose because of good reviews. Fitted new boiler and sorted out a longstanding radiator problem. The team arrived on the agreed day, got on with the job in a friendly, professional way, worked tidily and with respect for the house, finished within the promised time. Particularly impressed by the way in which Tim (owner) explained options before the work, and by his quick and very satisfactory response to a minor issue I raised, a few days after the job had been finished and paid for. Heating's worked faultlessly ever since. Very impressed and would certainly use again.

I have used TDC on 2 occasions. Both times the price was made clear to me and I felt reasonable. The first was an emergency and an experienced plumber arrived within an acceptable short time to find a leaking pipe. He was methodical, tidy and found the problem and fixed it. No hassle The second was arranged to carry out to my WC cistern, again no hassle no problem. Tidy, pleasant and did the job.
