Here at Aqua Sensation we are a family run, local, independent supplier and installer of Water Softeners, Filter/Purified Water, Water Softener Salt and Quooker Boiling Water Taps.
I am a Gas Safe registered plumbing and heating engineer with over 30 years experience. After experiencing the damage of hard water and seeing the benefits of soft water, I started to install water softeners in 2001. I now only fit water softeners, filters and boiling water taps.
I am the main dealer for Kinetico, EcoWater and Harvey Water Softeners and work in a 30 mile radius of Letchworth. We only supply and install the major water softener brands that are reliable and have long warranty’s.
Based in Stotfold I cover most of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridge. I supply and deliver water softener salt and all the prices are on my website along with various payments options.

Absolutely delighted with the work in installing the water softener. Everything was carried out on time and exactly as agreed. The quality of the work was exceptional. The installation team were extremely pleasant, polite and courteous. Everything they said they would do they did. Even any waste was cleared up and taken away. Thoroughly recommend them. They are without doubt the best supplier in this area.

5 stars to Terry and his team at Aqua Sensation. We're so pleased with our new water softener. From the initial survey and getting the quote, Terry has been very professional, giving great advice for which products would work best for our home. On the day of installation, the team turned up on time and worked professionally until the job was complete. Our new softener has worked so well since and we do not have any limescale build up on taps or shower screens (3 months on). I would highly recommend them :-)

This is the third time we've used Aqua Sensation to install a water softener/purifier. Terry and James backed up by Daniel in the office are a first class team. They are punctual. Meticulous in their workmanship. There's zero evidence that they were ever on site, save for the fact that we have lovely softened/purified water. We wouldn't go any where else and we are delighted to endorse Team Aqua Sensation. Absolutely first class. Oh, they're also jolly nice chaps!

The limescale build-up in my home was starting to become problematic, so I began exploring the benefits of getting a water softener for my home. In doing so, I received quotes from many businesses in my local area, all for comparable installations. Of all the quotes, Aqua Sensation's was by far the best value, and included the latest technology in the world of water softeners. Terry and his son James not only finished the installation in just over 2 hours, they did so in a professional manner and to an exceptional standard. They even fitted my own tap and fixed my wonky cupboard at no additional cost. I think the consistent 5* reviews across the internet speak for themselves, which is nothing less than deserved for Terry and James. I would highly recommend you use Aqua Sensation if you're considering getting a water softener.

We called Aqua Sensation to install a Quooker boiling water tap and even though we didn't think we could have a water softener due to our existing plumbing, Terry was able to think outside the box to come up with a solution. Terry certainly knows his products and was able to provide detailed advice of the pro's and con's of each and there was definitely no hard sell involved. All of the work was carried out exactly as planned and everything works perfectly. Highly recommended
