Aqua Sensation

I am writing this review almost after 5 months, as I wanted to test and confirm the changes I experienced in the water quality. We got a visit from Terry, where he explained to us the different options and sent us his quotes. He is an expert in this field. We got an appointment within the next 2 weeks for the installation. Terry and his son installed Kinetico water softener in our home, and they did an excellent job. It was fully fitted and incorporated in our plumbing, and they did a very clean job. No rubbish left behind. Also, quite efficient as both me and my partner were working from home and we were undisturbed. Also, the water quality has definitely improved with almost no limescales and the softener works quite efficiently without electricity. I would highly recommend Aqua Sensations. Worth every penny.

I really can’t say enough about the outstanding service we received from Terry at AquaSensation. From the initial email exchanges, the first in-person site assessment and consult, and then speedy scheduling and really professional installation. We are incredibly happy with our new water softener. It really makes a massive difference to the quality of our life not having to deal with the hard water of the Hertfordshire area. I can’t recommend Terry enough. What a pleasure to deal with such an honorable tradesman, taking a real pride in his work.

The sales process was no pressure, very friendly. The price quoted very fair, the appointment was kept, arrived on time. Took shoes off without needing to be asked. Work carried out professionally, cleanly and quickly. I would highly recommend these guys.

If you want a company that will answer your initial enquiry, visit on the day and time they arrange to and provide a quote within hours - Terry will absolutely do that. He’ll then arrange a time and date for the work to be carried out and again, arrive on the dot. The work completed here is brilliant, no drama with the pipe work, all brilliantly checked and neatened up and we have a fantastic water softener, which after two days was having an impact. Invoicing and payment also a piece of cake to do. The guys really are a rare bread of installer/business. It’s shame they don’t do more in the way of home improvements - what a joy that would be (they’d probably be here all year round). Keep doing what you’re doing - you do it sooooo well ! Thanks guys ! Terry supplied and fitted a new water softener - he even kindly came round at very short notice the week before to attend to the old one which had suddenly developed significant issues and needed disconnecting immediately. Terry was very polite, arrived on time with his colleague and they both focused on getting the job done. They keep me informed and showed me the end result, ensuring I understood all aspects of what had been done and what I needed to do going forward. They also cleaned up everything, there was nothing left for me to do! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Reliable, polite, trustworthy and generally great to deal with. Our water softener of 23 years stopped working and I contacted the company asking about repairs. Dan recommended we consider a new softener and we agreed. Just over a week later our new softener was installed. Having been without one for about 2 months we were starting to notice a big difference in the house. We are very pleased with our new unit following a very professional installation.

We had Terry round for a home survey when we moved into our New Build and he was really knowledgeable about our house style and the needs we would have for a water softener. He made it really simple and straightforward and got a quote over to us quickly. We booked him in and they arrived promptly at the time stated for fitting. Terry went even further on the day of fitting by showing complete respect for our property; his work was precise, clean and efficient. These days, when customer service has generally dropped to an all-time low, it's great to find a company like Aqua Sensation that take pride in what they do and provides excellence in all areas of their business. It's obvious that Aqua Sensation goes to a lot of effort in running an efficient, effective, honest, transparent company that delivers on promises and on that all-important 'personal touch' that provides confidence to the client.
