From the initial survey and getting the quote, Terry has been very professional, giving great advice for which products would work best for our home. On the day of installation, the team turned up on time and worked professionally until the job was complete. Our new softener has worked so well since and we do not have any limescale build up on taps or shower screens (3 months on). I would highly recommend them :-)

Terry and James are both kind, patient and meticulous at their work. You can tell they know their stuff and are proud of what they do, and they should as they are excellent. They have attention to detail and go the extra mile. The house is as clean as it was before they arrived. First class service, they have set the bar really high for the next tradesman!!

Terry and his son did a fantastic job installing our water softener. The installation looks very clean and well done, an excellent work. They also were very patient in answering all my questions about the system. The work was completed in a couple hours and everything was left clean and organised at the end. Just perfect. Terry and his son are neat, tidy, clean and professional. They are super helpful and went above and beyond to add a new stopcock to my kitchen as the old one was difficult to get to quickly. I would absolutely recommend them.

This is the third time we've used Aqua Sensation to install a water softener/purifier. Terry and James backed up by Daniel in the office are a first class team. They are punctual. Meticulous in their workmanship. There's zero evidence that they were ever on site, save for the fact that we have lovely softened/purified water. The limescale build-up in my home was starting to become problematic, so I began exploring the benefits of getting a water softener for my home. In doing so, I received quotes from many businesses in my local area, all for comparable installations. Of all the quotes, Aqua Sensation's was by far the best value, and included the latest technology in the world of water softeners. Terry and his son James not only finished the installation in just over 2 hours, they did so in a professional manner and to an exceptional standard. They even fitted my own tap and fixed my wonky cupboard at no additional cost. I think the consistent 5* reviews across the internet speak for themselves, which is nothing less than deserved for Terry and James. I would highly recommend you use Aqua Sensation if you're considering getting a water softener.

We called Aqua Sensation to install a Quooker boiling water tap and even though we didn't think we could have a water softener due to our existing plumbing, Terry was able to think outside the box to come up with a solution. Terry certainly knows his products and was able to provide detailed advice of the pro's and con's of each and there was definitely no hard sell involved. All of the work was carried out exactly as planned and everything works perfectly. Highly recommended

I contacted Terry at Aqua Sensations to arrange a survey and price quote to have a water softener system installed in our home. One of the reasons I chose this company was from reviews I had read and also as I live in Stotfold, I wanted to use a locally based company. Terry attended to carry out a survey and told me what the options were and explained the work that would have to be done and explained to us the benefits of having the system installed. There was no hard sell at all. He said it would involve some pipework under the sink and some drilling and would not disrupt us. I later got an email with the quote and I contacted Terry to go ahead with the work. He gave me dates and times that I could choose for the work to be done which was carried out on 02/08/22. On the day Terry attended with his son to install the system. Terry explained again what they would be doing and after completion showed me how to download the app on my Iphone to make the system work. He then showed me what they had done and what all the pipework etc was for. There was not a lot of pipework involved and what there was neat and tidy. Minimal mess and a very clean job. More than happy to recommend Aqua Sensation. Best decision I have made in using his company.
