Here at Aqua Sensation we are a family run, local, independent supplier and installer of Water Softeners, Filter/Purified Water, Water Softener Salt and Quooker Boiling Water Taps.

We have over 35 years experience in plumbing and heating trade. After experiencing the damage of hard water and seeing the benefits of soft water, I started to install water softeners in 2001. I now only fit water softeners, filters and boiling water taps.

We are the only genuine dealers for Kinetico water softeners in our area, and authorised dealers for EcoWater and Harvey Water Softeners and work in a 30 mile radius of Letchworth. We only supply and install the major water softener brands that are reliable and have long warranty’s.

Based in Letchworth, we cover most of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridge. We supply and deliver water softener salt and all the prices are on our website along with various payments options.

Tom sand his Son were professional throughout, from initial survey to installation of the Water Softener. We have a very old house and Tom adapted his standard install to suite our circumstances. Tom explained everything in detail and left us with a full working system and all clean and tidy. Thank you

Absolutely delighted with the work in installing the water softener. Everything was carried out on time and exactly as agreed. The quality of the work was exceptional. The installation team were extremely pleasant, polite and courteous. Everything they said they would do they did. Even any waste was cleared up and taken away. Thoroughly recommend them. 5 stars to Terry and his team at Aqua Sensation. We're so pleased with our new water softener. From the initial survey and getting the quote, Terry has been very professional, giving great advice for which products would work best for our home. On the day of installation, the team turned up on time and worked professionally until the job was complete. Our new softener has worked so well since and we do not have any limescale build up on taps or shower screens (3 months on). I would highly recommend them :-)

Terry and James are both kind, patient and meticulous at their work. You can tell they know their stuff and are proud of what they do, and they should as they are excellent. They have attention to detail and go the extra mile. The house is as clean as it was before they arrived. First class service, they have set the bar really high for the next tradesman!!

This is the third time we've used Aqua Sensation to install a water softener/purifier. Terry and James backed up by Daniel in the office are a first class team. They are punctual. Meticulous in their workmanship. There's zero evidence that they were ever on site, save for the fact that we have lovely softened/purified water. We wouldn't go any where else and we are delighted to endorse Team Aqua Sensation. Absolutely first class. Oh, they're also jolly nice chaps!
