Here at Aqua Sensation we are a family run, local, independent supplier and installer of Water Softeners, Filter/Purified Water, Water Softener Salt and Quooker Boiling Water Taps.
I am a Gas Safe registered plumbing and heating engineer with over 30 years experience. After experiencing the damage of hard water and seeing the benefits of soft water, I started to install water softeners in 2001. I now only fit water softeners, filters and boiling water taps.
I am the main dealer for Kinetico, EcoWater and Harvey Water Softeners and work in a 30 mile radius of Letchworth. We only supply and install the major water softener brands that are reliable and have long warranty’s.
Based in Stotfold I cover most of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridge. I supply and deliver water softener salt and all the prices are on my website along with various payments options.

Terry and Son arrived on time to install our Ecowater 200, which was achieved quickly and quietly, we are working from home so this was appreciated. All packaging removed, and they cleaned up as they went about drilling holes. Really helpful in explaining the steps taken to install and maintain, was very knowledgeable.

Terry and his son worked their magic today, installing a Water Softener & Refiner, which now lives in its own little house outside! Every effort was made on their part to conform with all the Government advice with regards to social distancing, while still being able to carry out their duties in a timely and very tidy manner. Once installed, Terry ran through the instructions and answered my inevitable questions, then finally discharged a 'bug bomb' to ensure everything was left in as safe a condition as could be hoped for. It's only day one, but already we're enjoying the benefits of the installation, as the glass of water at my side has never tasted this good before! From initial enquiry to final installation, Terry has provided an excellent service and we can heartily recommend Aqua Sensations.

Aqua Sensation local family business installed a water softener for us this week. Father and son team were excellent in every respect. They offered advice, arrived when expected, were clean, tidy and respectful of our home. The quote for the job was very reasonable and at all times they were professional and mindful of Coronavirus. Aqua sensation gave me confidence from the word go with their enthusiasm for and knowledge of the products they fit. They are clearly in this business for the right reasons and I recommend them whole heartedly. They were organised, on time, tidy, wore masks and sanitised the whole room before leaving. We were consulted on the best position for the softener and trained on the product. They also deliver salt, which is great! .....oh and the price is very fair indeed.

Terry was very pleasant and professional for our first interaction via email/phone. He provided a very competitive price for a salt based water softener and fitted it within 2 days of placing the order. He was very courteous and I glide to in explaining how the water softener and stayed until he completely checked I had soft water through my entire system. He went over and above to apply COVID-19 guidelines and sanitized the area after he completed the work.

I was on the hunt for a decent, local company that would do a complete and thorough installation of a water softener in my 100yr old property. The expertise was first rate, no hard sell, and the pricing and options really clear and honest. When it came to the day, the installation was so well handled by the father and son team. The plumbing work was exceptionally neat and reminders and handy pictures were sent after to remind us little details to help. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Terry came and surveyed where we wanted the water softener. Our mains came into the bathroom so there was only a very narrow cupboard to fit it in. Terry suggested a Harvey minimax would do the job as it was narrow and didn't need electricity. He quoted very promptly and we arranged a fitting date. Terry and his son turned up exactly on time and were very good with their PPE and social distancing. They did a very neat and professional job and left everything spotless. I would highly recommend them.
