A variety of jobs were needed to make my elderly mothers' home safe and comfortable to enable her to continue to live independently. Richard provided good advice that sensitively understood the challenges around access and communications with the householder and the need to ensure that she felt safe with the team. The work was done to a high standard, proportionate to the needs and any delays were communicated in good time. Richard was at all times responsive, courteous and helpful - a real advantage when most of the comms needed to be dealt with by phone rather than on site.

Excellent roof tiling job carried out by Tess Contractors. Well-managed, friendly team who knew their trade, worked to the agreed programme and cost with minimum disturbance and maximum tidiness. No loud music or shouting and all rubbish removed. We were kept well informed of any issues that arose. As a retired architect, I know a little bit about builders and building work and would definitely recommend and use them again.

Recently used Tess Contractors for roof repairs and a new extension roof. Excellent work, good price and a knowledgeable, polite and professional team. They kept me informed on progress of work, any queries and always turned up on time and when they said they would be there. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to others too.

We needed lots of different jobs on a house we were moving into - damp proofing, insulation, plastering, new drains, velux etc. Everything done to a high standard, good price, friendly team, good communication and really helpful with advice. Highly recommended.

I am happy with Tess Contractors and will use them again for sure. I contacted them a couple of weeks ago regarding my Garage Roof Leak and they responding promptly. - They were polite and professional. - Their pricing was fair - I did have other quotations so could compare. - They were punctual - the first time I've ever had tradespeople show up at the time they said they would. - They didn't try and sell me a new roof like other tradespeople. - I needed a repair and their repaired it for me. They did such a good job - I don't usually have positive experiences but glad I found them.
