We've used TFS over the last few years, first making contact with them when we noticed a water-leak upstairs. Neill and George were able to trace its source and to prevent further leakage, which would have otherwise caused substantial damage to a ceiling. Since then, the firm have regularly serviced our boiler and have also replaced the fan in the boiler when it broke down. They are willing to come out at short notice, even, as we found out recently, on a Saturday morning.

My hot water wasn't working, Neil came out and identified the problem, he ordered a part and temporarily fixed the problem so I had hot water again. 1 day later George came out and fitted the new part so all is well. Excellent, friendly and reliable service as always

Back from my holiday I dicovered that my boiler had a flashing blue light and shut down. I was advised by Worcester Bosch customer service to have a boiler service, they recommened TFS Plumbing and Heating as one of their installers. I spoke to Neill and he arranged for George to come the next day. George immediately spotted that the consendate trap was blocked, he repaired the boiler, cleared the trap then did a full service. Checking the radiators and the gas supply. I am an elderly customer and live alone, I felt real relief to have the repair and service so professionally handled they were courtious, supportive and helpful. But the work I would top rate because of their professional approach and consideration. I have decided to have their sticker on my boiler and I am in their system for an annual service, I have complete confindence in this company and would recommend them.

Rang TFS approx. an hour and a half ago as the heating thermostat/boiler wasn't showing any signs of life. I had used TFS before and knew I could rely on them but I was delighted when they said they would call - probably within an hour - I really didn't expect it to be so soon but it was 😃 George the engineer sorted the problem pretty quick explaining what the problem had been. I found him professional, courteous and pleasant. I have no problem recommending this company and would certainly use them again.

George came out to the property on time, he is very friendly and carried out the required duties to issue a new landlord certificate. We previously used TFS to install a new combi boiler in this property, everything was great, quick and hassle free. Payment is also quick and easy to do, we also get reminders from them when our certificate is due to expire. Would certianly recommend.

Contacted TFS to give us an estimate to remove two gas wall heaters in bedrooms and fit new radiators. TFS fitted a new boiler for us a few years ago and they service it every year, so we knew that the workmanship would be good.We were more than happy with the estimate, and the work done by George was absolutely brilliant.Overall I would highly recommend this firm, five star service .

A radiator was replaced and a new valve fitted. The work was carried out on the agreed date and time and to the specified budget. The heating engineer, George, was thoroughly polite and professional. A relatively small job, removing and replacing a washbasin so the wall could be skimmed and tiled. However, TFS was very helpful in scheduling that work to coordinate with the plasterer and the tiler, and in completing it to a high standard close to the estimated price. It was only after receiving my receipt, I discovered that they do plastering and tiling as well but I cannot comment on their skills in such work.
