A brief thank you to That Pond Guy and his superb team. When I suddenly lost a lot of water from my pond some of his team called in at short notice this week (same day as call-out - and in freezing weather) to take a look and give helpful advice with the assurance of further visits if required. My problem with previous pond people has been being able to get someone to look at any snags in meaningful timescale - especially if a ‘one man band’. not so ‘That Pond Guy.’ Seemingly a largish team who give a great, friendly and terrific service - I highly recommend them for new work, maintenance and servicing. Thanks so much guys.

I was very happy with the work done by ThatPondGuy. The 3 young people who came and did the complete pond clean were very polite and worked extremely hard. Communication with them and with Matt in the office was very clear and straightforward. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone wanting work done on their pond.

The three team members arrived on time and got to work straight away. The pond was emptied and the fish were carefully recovered and placed in a container. The vegetation was cleared where necessary and trimmed. This included plants in the water and on the edges. The pump and filter were both cleaned. The pond was given a thorough clean and all plants, fish and equipment returned to the pond. The team were quick and efficient and can be fully recommended.

My garden fishpond has been drained cleaned and a new fibre glass liner installed the filters have also been cleaned and replaced. All the work was completed by Matt's team of friendly efficient and competent people and I am very satisfied with how the job has been completed.

Our pond was covered in red sludge/ overgrown pond plants,algae and duckweed. Initially reluctant to have pond emptied and completely cleared Matt talked us through each stage. Our fish were put into a holding pond and then later returned to a beautifully clean pond. There were NO casualties. Natalie, Alice and Ashley were quick, very professional, and nothing was too much trouble. Our fish are VERY happy and so are we.

The "That Pond Guy" team worked together carefully and efficiently to renovate my pond. This involved removing and cleaning the original ragstones of the surround , replacing the lining, re-fixing the ragstones and tidying the area when the job was complete. I was impressed by the knowledge, skill and attention to detail of the two ladies who completed this work and would recommend this company.

I commissioned That Pond Guy to clean and renovate an old pond. It had been neglected for a long time. The pond vegetation was overgrown and the roots matted in deep silt. An added problem was that the pond bottom was covered with silted up large sea pebbles. Matt's team were enthusiastic and cheerful and did a great job on the pond. They rescued the remaining fish and trimmed and repotted the water lilies. We are delighted with our 'new' pond. We will be using That Pond Guy again on another pond.
