Contacted Matt who gave me a date and time and as promised his team turned up bang on time. Very friendly staff who did a great job. Big thanks to Natalie who was at the pond build 5 Years ago and her two assistants. Pond looks lovely and clean. Thank you.

Clear communication throughout. Team arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently and politely. Delighted with the result - we have a new pond. It wasn't cheap but we have had cowboys in the past who just empty the pond and throw all plants away. These guys know what they are doing. Matt, the boss also checked the work and whether we were happy with it

The guys turned up at the agreed time to empty and clean the pond, cut back any vegetation, cut back, repot and replace the existing lilies in the pond. They were very professional in their approach to the work, careful when removing and relacing the fish, frogs etc. Before starting they took the time to find our requirements as to what we might want to retain and what to dispose of, and where to disposed the material. All in all we were very satisfied with the work, which was complete exactly as their quotation, and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others

After not having any proper maintenance done on my pond in the last 10 years, Natalie and Ash carried out a deep clean, and fitted a new filter and pump, of which they did this to the highest standard. The team were excellent, created a friendly atmosphere, were extremely helpful, and were a pleasure to have around. Thank you all very much!

First time we had used That Pond Guy so felt a bit apprehensive, however as soon as the 3 crew arrived we felt at ease, we have no side entrance but they treated our property with care and respect. As always the Pond Guy delivers what it says on the packet. I have been using this excellent team for over a year and never been let down. This afternoon, Natalie and one of TPG teams turned up on time to give my pond its annual clean of pump and filter plus new UV bulb. Not only that they checked out and hopefully sealed a leaking splitter joint plus kindly repotted a Lilly, which I had forgotten about! Again they went the extra mile for customer satisfaction, just as they did when checking out a suspected leak on a cold day last January. Unlike many of the other pond servicing firms I’ve used over the years TPG came out briefly that same day in January to put my mind a rest and wouldn’t accept payment. They are thoroughly reliable, reasonable and friendly - real gems. I’d always recommend them for any pond work. Malcolm

My first time using That Pond Guy, and I've now got a regular date in my calendar set...Matt came himself with two staff, to ensure my appointment was kept when his other staff were overrunning. The pond was ready for their attention as the water lily was an absolute beast, needing a huge amount of cutting back - all done within 90 mins, pond restored and looking good. Thanks guys!

Very pleased with the work carried out by the team. They arrived on time immediately started work thoroughly cleaning the pond after removing all fish and plants. A new filter was fitted together with new plants and fish returned. All work carried out efficiently and pond left tidy by a very friendly team. I really can recommend The Pond Guy and his team.

The team arrived promptly and began work immediately, they were affable and friendly and keen to do a good job which they did! The pond was created 30 years ago and this is its first clean. We are so impressed!

I just wanted to comment on the re fibre glassing of our pond and waterfall. I think I should explain that I am a retired self-employed engineer who has always been described as a perfectionist and that I originally fibre glassed the pond myself some 43 years ago. The job your team has done is quite simply superb. The work was split into two operations, the first team settled the fish into a temporary home with aeration and filtration. Then thoroughly cleaned and inspected the pond, repairing any cracks and problem areas. After this had dried the second fibre glassing team arrived. I know from personal experience that chopped strand mat glass fibre and two part resin can be very tricky to handle. They made the job look so simple, one guy mixed the resin and fed it to the two other guys who applied it over the matting to the entire pond and waterfall. Both teams arrived on time, discussed what I wanted, and understood exactly my requirements. They were very friendly, polite and respectful. We all got on very well and they cleaned up and left us all neat and tidy. In this day and age it can be quite rare to find such a set of workmen. You can be rightly proud of them and I would wholeheartedly recommend your Company, definitely a 5 star operation. Many thanks for returning our pond to its former glory.

A brief thank you to That Pond Guy and his superb team. When I suddenly lost a lot of water from my pond some of his team called in at short notice this week (same day as call-out - and in freezing weather) to take a look and give helpful advice with the assurance of further visits if required. My problem with previous pond people has been being able to get someone to look at any snags in meaningful timescale - especially if a ‘one man band’. not so ‘That Pond Guy.’ Seemingly a largish team who give a great, friendly and terrific service - I highly recommend them for new work, maintenance and servicing. I was very happy with the work done by ThatPondGuy. The 3 young people who came and did the complete pond clean were very polite and worked extremely hard. Communication with them and with Matt in the office was very clear and straightforward. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone wanting work done on their pond.

The three team members arrived on time and got to work straight away. The pond was emptied and the fish were carefully recovered and placed in a container. The vegetation was cleared where necessary and trimmed. This included plants in the water and on the edges. The pump and filter were both cleaned. The pond was given a thorough clean and all plants, fish and equipment returned to the pond. The team were quick and efficient and can be fully recommended.
